The only problem I had was when I reserved the truck through the app it didn’t add the insurance at pick-up. I never rent without insurance and I took a few minutes to get it added. The result was great.

I went in on a busy Monday morning to pick up a trailer I had reserved on-line. There were 2 very busy people working who had me on the road in no time. On my return, I was met in the lot and, again, was back out in just a few minutes.
Fast, friendly service.
The trailer towed easily. Gas mileage suffered much less than I expected, even when loaded.
I have used U-Haul before and I will use U-Haul again.

This location will not answer phone. Pickup 20ft truck up went 15 miles down the road check engine light came on. Tried calling 5 times before we picked up truck to see if we get it early no answer. So when we called after having a problem no answer after another 5 tries. Location is in sketchy area and people working there have no sense of customer satisfaction. The employee who helped me with the initial rental process was no frills and hands off. I was renting a truck due to a negative situation and he certainly didn’t help matters. The gentlemen who were there for the drop-off afterwards were much more kind and friendly. However, how can you beat the price of the rental? So helpful!

truck I had wreaked of Marijuana bad. No other pickup was available so I had no choices. I had to drive with windows open on a cold day because I was getting a headache. When I met my wife, what was the first thing she asked me? "Did you smoke weed?" I was embarrassed and said no! Thank Goodness I didn't have to interact with law enforcement.
Cmon UHaul, your a multi million dollar outfit, you can spring for interior deodorizer for your vehicles when needed!

This facility kept my things secure but also had homeless people frequently staying inside of the storage facility. On our move out day we saw a couple bringing suitcases into the storage facility and no one from Uhaul did anything about it. I am thankful for having the space to store my things for a few months but based on this experience I most likely will not be back.

Well firstly I moved out of my storage on 3/1/23 and it’s says I moved out on the 5th which is not true at all . They tried to charge me for the month and a late fee when I was already moved out . Move in was okay but when I was alone in the facility days later their was a clearly drunk and high man walking around watching me . The door to the building does not close unless you slam it shut . The unit is big but not clean and it’s open at the top so literally anyone can break in if they climbed over it . I was told I would be given a lock which I paid for and there was no lock inside my unit when I arrived . Elevator has been broken for weeks so imagine trying to move out going down 3 flights of steps alone with spiders right above you’re head . Overall not a great experience and I’d only rent again if I absolutely had to .

After making a reservation one month before and leaving my credit card, I arrived to find out u had no units left. After carrying on that I wasn’t leaving after I had a reservation they found me a unit and charged me for a larger space then I originally booked!!!!! Get rid of the rat traps every five feet and rat poison in the hallways. Doesn’t make for a warm and fuzzy atmosphere!!!!! Why take reservations when they clearly mean nothing!!!!!

Height of the rooms is very helpful. An awning over the doors would be useful for when it rains. The metal grating over the drain needs to be much stronger to withstand carts full of heavy items. It was hard to roll over it.
