U-haul doesn`t hold true to what they say-will provide the price promised with paperwork that was for storage unit held on reserve. employee of u-haul said I didn`t need to come down to select a unit.
Good check out and turn in service
The equipment was very old and although in working order, one of the tow chains broke within 30 minutes because it was too long. I had to wait 45 minutes even though I had a reservation; customers were taken first come first serve, even without reservations and business only had one employee to handle all the foot traffic, and hook up device or get truck because anyone else that worked in the store "didn't do that". I also had to wait for someone to come remove trailer at drop off for more than 15 minutes. I had already unhooked chains and lights myself. This business has a large selection; however, they have staffing issues. Its unimaginable to me that with multiple people waiting they only schedule one person to hand the counter traffic while others stand around and don't even pitch in at the counter because "I only do storage" or "I only do hitches" - they do not value the customers time.
Always great customer service, a good sense of urgency, getting people in and out quickly and efficiently. They are the absolute best!
Staff wandering around behind the counter perhaps trying to log on to a computer but not succeeding and , not helping customers. This was a white female I didn't get the name.
My agent was a black male and he was very helpful and friendly.
I was told that I needed a dolly for my car. The personnel there told me they had checked and that it was OK to tow my CRV in this manner. After returning to my home and consulting my car's instruction manuel, I found that the vehicle was never to be towed in any other way than "4 wheels down" or risk serious damage to the transmission.
I had paid for the truck and dolly and when I read the towing instructions regarding towing of my car I decided to use the tow bar previously used on my coach when hauling my car. The dolly was returned to the Bozeman store the next morning by a friend as I had already left on my trip West.
He was told that the refund would be given when the truck was checked in at the return site. At that site I was told that the refund would have to be made at the Bozeman store.
I have made several phone calls to the manager of the Bozeman store over the last couple of weeks and have NOT received a reply of any sort from him or any of the other employees. Nor have I received a refund for the rental of the dolly (which I did not need or use )!
Later, on the first day of my trip, I discovered that the air conditioning did work !! With temps hovering around 104-110 and driving West into the sun, the excessive heat made me physically ill. I stopped at a rest area on the West side of Coeur d'Alene, Id and asked for "road-side assistance" from your company.
The needed repairs required my staying a night in Spokane and a half-day the following day to complete the repairs and filling of the freon (which was totally lacking).
I feel I should be reimbursed for the overnight stay and meals , the dolly that was not used (and would have distroyed my car's transmission), as well as time lost on my drive.
I would much appreciate some sort of response from Uhaul.... hoping it is not necessary to involve a 3rd party.

One tire on the Auto Transporter was bald. I was concerned that it was not going to make the trip. When driving 1200+ miles, having a blowout while driving 55 mph creates a non safe condition. Auto Transporter # AT2398W

Facility and Staff were great
We made reservations online to pick up the truck and trailer; they didn't have what we had reserved, sent my son 20+ miles (plus 20 more back) away to pick up his Uhaul. Unfortunately, the place they sent him didn't have the dolly to tow his car so he had to leave his car, take the truck and go back to the Uhaul dealer in town, pick up the dolly, then drive another 20+ miles to pick up his car, then the 20+ miles back to town. When I rented a truck years ago I had the same runaround, and when friends rented a truck about a year ago they had to drive 40 miles out of town to pick it up. It would be one think if we had been made aware that the truck was not going to be available at the location that the website said to pick it up from; it's very poor customer service to tell someone to pick it up at one place, then send them 20-40 minutes out of their way to pick up what was supposed to be at the first location. I would like to be reimbursed of some of the hassles and frustration we encountered.
The truck scheduled for us was not turned in the night before, and wasn't ready for pickup the next morning. A call would have been nice. Once the location admitted our truck wasn't ready, we were transferred to a bunch of different corporate representatives who were extremely unpleasant. I've worked in customer service for 11 years and found the interactions completely inappropriate. A manager told me that if I book for the 21st, Uhaul can provide that truck any time on the 21st and it is still considered to be on time. I will never use this Uhaul location again, and would be hesitant to ever use Uhaul at all.

Worst experience! I reserved a 26 ft truck and you called me at 7 pm the night before to tell me the truck was unavailable and all you had was a 10 ft. This cost me additional &250 moving fee due to having to make several trips instead of just one! Very poor experience and business practice. If I don't receive compensation I will contact BBB and write poor reviews all over the Internet!
Despite being overwhelmed because of the customer volume, Donald was accommodating and focused. He even managed to correct the error of the one who took my reservation. I was completely satisfied with the transaction.
If there are different options for wiring the hitch, inform and include the customer in the decision. Thanks again for all the understanding and help.
Not a thing to improve on. Rented a 15' truck and car hauler. Donald was very helpful, polite and respectful. Exceeded our expectations! Would definitely recommend their services.

very low gas mileage for truck, a very big added expence, on top of being charged .89 cents a mile.
Only used truck for 10 hours but was automatically reserved for 2 days. Would be nice to get a small refund since I returned the truck 38 hours earlier than scheduled.
While everyone does their best, uhaul centers are grossly understaffed. 2 team members running around in hot parking lot during the busy summer moving season seems crazy.
Comminication between the call center (because you can't actually call the local staff because they don't even have a moment to answer phones) and location seems poor. I made my u box pick up request well in advance of my requested pick up date but still didn't get a call from the center for pickup time. I had to drive to the location and make the request in person, again, to ensure it was set up.
The amount of time I was given was 6hours roughly. I picked the truck up at 7:45 am and they wanted it back at 1:45 pm even though I requested the truck on Aug 4 for Aug 13 all day move. The original employee who took down my reservation didn't even get my name right. The only way the one who helped me on the 13th found my reservation was threw the number I got via email. People were very nice at the location but I got charged alot for something they didn't make clear to me. And anyone who expects a person to be able to move a full 2 bedroom apartment in 6 hours solo is not all there in the head
The 26' truck is on its last legs. The vehicle did all it was asked, but its age and performance made for a nerve wracking driving experience.
The location was understaffed. There were five customers at one time. The one attendant did the best he could but we waited for some time.
I arrived at 7:15 to pick up a truck I had reserved a month earlier and only 1 employee was working. There was 1 customer in front of me and 3 behind me and I stood there and waited over 1 hour just to rent a truck. Then, the truck that was available was smaller than what I requested so many had to make 3 trips on my move across town. To top it off, my total mileage was just about 30 miles. I put 7 gallons of gas in when I dropped it off and was still charged for fuel after the drop off. Your trucks are parked with the fronts slightly downhill making it show more fuel in the tank at pickup than is really in there. I dropped the truck off after hours purposely so I would not have to deal with the same scene as in the morning and I parked it on the flat pad in front of the door. You can't tell me this truck gets about 4 mpg driving across town at speeds no greater than 30 mph. What a bunch of crap! I'll never be back to UHaul or recommend it again. Horrible service and a horrible result after dropping it off. I own two businesses in Bozeman and if I provided the experience that I received at UHaul, I guarantee you I would be out of business.
I think that starting & bringing back the gas tank half full is ridiculous. It should be full when you start & bring it back full. You shouldn't have to spend extra time at the gas station trying to get the right amount of gas. You should just be able to fill the tank. Otherwise, my experience was good!
I would love to have had a better sense of timing for arrival of my uboxes from the Uhaul tracker, similar to how FedEx or UPS track packages. It provided the expected arrival date, but no progress while in transit. I had hoped for and was planning around an early arrival, but was unable to get real time tracking info.
One of your employees could have been a bit more friendly. Nonetheless, I am completely satisfied.
Fantastic Customer Service!
I drove this truck from WY to IA. The fuel gauge was shot, when filled up past 1/4 tank it would only show 3/4 full, it would never show full. When I got down towards the 1/4 tank left, the gauge started to fall fast, I could see the gauge move. Finally I got to the point of thinking i was damn near out of gas as the needle was in the red, so i never really did know how much gas was actually in the truck. Next, the radio is shot, nice when your driving 1000 miles. The A/C worked well, very cold and that was a life saver. The seats are vinyl and causes your body to stick to the seat when it gets over 80 degrees outside, not cool when doing a 1000 mile trip. I had to purchase a carpet square from Wal Mart because my back was starting to hurt from the heat/sweat. The truck needs a front end alignment as it pulls to the right and the steering wheel has to be turned to the 11'o clock position to drive straight. Lastly, I was charged an extra $18 for going a few miles over my limit, and i'm sure this was due to me trying to find a gas station when the fuel gauge failed past 1/4 tank. There is no way I would ever recommend U-haul. The truck was old and drove like a military truck I used to drive in the Army. I was very disappointed in the actual truck.
A total nightmare from start to finish! Cancelled appointment at the last minute, hitch tech walking off the job, wiring done incorrectly resulting in a police escort off the freeway! Stay away!
Staff at Bozeman location was great - very helpful. I forget the guy`s name who helped me - tall, skinny dude. He rocked.

The corporate set up was not as accurate as it's been in the past. The corporate account rep was actually kind of rude and sounded irritaded
1) The phone is never answered here, answer it. 2)Where calls are transferred to hangs up on you frequently while on hold for long times. 3) Hitch wiring installed on my vehicle is wrong, can't get ahold of to fix it
Everyone was extremely helpful, even when I was given several different details of billing with different costs, insurance coverage, and days!! Autumn straightened the invoicing out and I should be getting a credit back from the overcharge I received. Other than that mishap, everything else was very smooth.
I am very pleased with my experience with UBox. This will be my preferred moving solution for the future! I also want to mention a man by the name of Donald who was especially helpful to me.
When I call a Montana number from a Montana number to make a reservation for a rental in Montana, I would think the reservation would be made in Montana. Not Waco, Texas.
I had a terrible experience which cost me several hundreds of dollars in lost productivity at work. The reason was because my Uhaul reservation was for Saturday at 7AM and they didn't even get a truck for me until Sunday at 10AM which caused me to miss work on Monday.
Jesse was the most unprofessional person I have ever seen. Also they couldn't even tell us for sure where to drop off the car hauler. We ended up making a 20 mile extra trip out of our way and paying extra miles because of their mess up. They changed locations to drop off after we had already picked it up. It was crazy that they couldn't get their paperwork stuff together enough to even tell us where to drop it off. It wasn't just the people on 7th. It was the corporate uhaul. I will be calling to complain about somethings. But the worst was the guy names Jesse at 7th. Horribly rude.
I was given a very old trailer. While the tires looked alright when I picked up the unit, after 1400 miles I had to get road side help. I was very pleased with the help I received in St Joseph, Mo. They came out quickly and changed both wheels. No other problems.
Not very good service - made a reservation on Saturday, 7/25 for Friday, 7/31 - was not called until 7/30 saying no truck was available. Asked if a larger one was available for the same price and again told no; we got one for less than 24 hours and could not pick up until 3pm. Asked for some compensation since we were paying the same rate but only keeping it for an evening, but was told by rep that they couldn't even give us a few boxes that we asked for without purchasing. Should have gotten a price break... UHaul used to ask if you wanted dolly/furniture pads, but now they are permanent fixtures in the truck, hoping you will get annoyed enough with them being in the way that you'll cut the zip tie and be charged just to avoid the hassle... will stick with Budget or another local company next time, I think.

No walk through when picking up truck; poorly maintained truck; dirty inside and out.
The airconditioning in the vehicle did not work! The inside of the vehicle had an distinctive unusual smell :(
Better maintenance of the trucks.
I reserved a 6x12 trailer when I went to pick it up the told me they only had a 5x10 available. Even though I counted I 6x12's in the lot. The trailer they gave me was old dirty and not in good shape. The RR brake light was out. I learned after being pulled over. Luckily I received a warning. When I returned the next day all of the 6x12 trailers were still in the same spot. I was also billed the same rate as the 6x12
They charged me $25.00 for cleaning the van which it had already swept out and cleaned. I will be going back for a refund. This place is dishonest.

The battery died, which was very disruptive to our moving experience. It added to the stress and was inconvenient.
You advertise a nice low price for your equipment, yet the final cost is always more. Quit charging a per mile rate for in town moves. You already require customers to refuel before returning the trucks. If they are not refueled then you charge double the current fuel cost to compensate. For people on a budget it is very frustrating to get billed more than they have budgeted for a move. Moves are already expensive.
Would be nice if a little more attention would be given to cleaning the glass on the vehicle before letting it go on the road. Very nice people to deal with though.
I ordered and paid for blankets and did not get them, I then had to have 2 personal vehicles meet me at my storage unit to help move the fragile items because we did not get the blankets that we paid for. Due to this inconvenience I did not return the U-Haul with the amount of fuel it came with (1/4 of a tank). I wanted to speak with the manager first. I received a voicemail that I would be charged for $95 for the blankets the following morning (7/17). I attempted to call Don (the manager) back and the call center could only send him a message to call me, which he did not. I called the call center again to follow up 2 hours later since I did not hear anything and I was put in contact with Autumn. She said she would take notes down on my issue and have the GM call me back from the location. 3 hours later I received an email receipt with not only the charge for the blankets that I did not receive but a ridiculous charge for the 1/4 of tank of $72.50. I again called the call center to speak with Autumn and was sent to her voicemail. I then drove down to the location since I was not getting a response from anyone. I spoke with Donald who was incredibly rude, condescending, and unapologetic. Unbelievable that he is the GM! I have heard bad things about his customer service but I witnessed it first hand today. After I explained my situation to him he began his response not with "I am sorry, I apologize" but with "You should have checked the rental before you left". He continued to say that since we returned it after hours, this was the reason I was charged for the blankets. He finally refunded the amount for the blankets but refused to reduce the fuel charge for the inconvenience of me having to get 2 personal vehicles to help compensate for the lack of blankets to protect the fragile items. Only after I had mentioned that I would be calling corporate about this issue, he reluctantly agreed to remove the fuel service fee of $30. He overall was very unresponsive, rude and not at all resembling how anyone in customer service should respond, let alone a General Manager. U-Haul should be embarrassed by his behavior towards their paying customers. I won't be back and I will be sure to tell my friends and family about this experience.

Truck was great but return service was very poor. Took over half an hour as there was only one person and even he disappeared for 10 minutes. Lots of employees shooting the breeze by the dumpster while I waited in the lobby and popped my head out doors to ask for help.
I rented a truck for a few days and told you I wanted the largest truck at $39.95 not a smaller one as I wanted to load over a couple days having limited help at limited times. Despite you calling to confirm reservation about half a dozen times and saying I would have large truck as I asked, when I got there it was a smaller truck. Why did no one call to tell me this? I would of waited a day. I got truck and air conditioning did not work so as it was hottest temps all summer 95-100 we sweated our way thru-not fun! I ended up making more trips and using extra miles and days rental on truck, fridge trolley and blankets due to this and told the agent so. Asked what was he going to do and he said nothing-just sorry. That is not really good enough!

A pretty quick process to both check out the truck and return it. The location can get crowded with trucks and trailers and cars, making it a little difficult to get in or out of the parking lot.
I was initially hooked up to a trailer that wasn't correctly accounted for...so the UHaul team had to reconnect me to a different one, which was not clean. Wasted at least an hour of my time.
Location was way too busy to only have 2 guys working. They were stretched thin, which resulted in longer wait times and not-so-friendly customer service.

I was charged for insurance that was never discussed, they said I had to call the 800 reservation number to get removed. Very dissappointing. doubt I'll ever do business with Uhaul again
I had three calls from the main switchboard and this location, each conflicting the other about whether they had a truck available for me that I had reserved online weeks ago. First they didn't have a 17' but they had two 15' trucks, then they didn't have those trucks but they had a 17' truck. It took all weekend to get it ironed out. The truck we ended up with wasn't bad, however the key didn't work in the driver's side door, so the whole trip the passenger had to slide across the seat to unlock the driver's door. It got kind of old after 1500 miles. Other than that the truck ran fine.
Overcharged thousand miles
When the trailer was hitched to our vehicle the manager did not tighten it on. Simply placed it on. It's a miracle that the 15 miles on the freeway were without incident. However, at the turn onto our road when we went over a bump the trailer came off. We had to jack it up to get it back on. This is the second, and I can guarantee last, such incident like this with UHAUL. This could have been a major accident.
I did not get the name, but a gentleman was most helpful in making this rental work when it turned out that the 5 foot wide trailer was actually a couple of inches less than the stated width, which rendered it unacceptable for our job.

I was told I needed to make sure the unit was full of gas to replace the full tank do gas given to me and it was filled with a quarter of a tank. Took me 60 dollars to fill, when I hardly used any of the gas given to me in the pick up.
Helpful, pleasant employees. Trailer was easier than I expected to use, drive and return. Entire experience gratifiying and I will use them again.

New employee had to ask another associate to check us in. What should have taken about 5 minutes ended up taking 20 minutes. Not the end of the world.
Make sure vehicle passes inspection, ac did not work and there was a gash in the bumper that was not marked. Thankfully I took pictures with timestamps.
Maybe have stacked times for pickups and dropoffs. There were several picking up at the same time and it got somewhat congested.

The truck was old, tires were worn, steering was loose, had to pump gas hard to get truck started. Im glad i wasnt in a heavy rain or snow conditions. The truck was clean and people were friendly enough.

my rental was for pickup & drop off at same location. the day I picked trailer up I was asked to drop at different location as "a favor". drop off location was over twice the distance from pickup location. I was not offered any discount or any thing for doing these 2 locations "a favor" poor customer service on there business.

The truck I picked up was unable to access Sirus radio (wouldn't even turn on), despite following the instructions to purchase the service; so I was charged an extra $9 for the attempt to use Sirus, not the use of it but the attempted use of it. Very frustrating and I'll warn future people about it.

Uhaul overbooked the trailer I reserved, so it took over two hours, and I had to visit two locations to get a trailer. With how important timing is when someone is organizing a move, you would think Uhaul would maintain some margin. The trailer worked fine, although overall it was in pretty rough shape.
One customer was tying up staff with multiple questions, another staff was helping another customer so there was a good ten minute wait before another staff came out from the back to help. Perhaps having a way to get help at the counter sooner when customer line up is growing and waiting would be the only suggested improvement. Otherwise high grades overall!

You really need to take a look at this Uhaul in Bozeman, MT. I usually don't take time to submit a comment but my experience at Uhaul was poor at best. First of all the lines are long and the clerks are slow. I stood in a line for 1/2 hour to check out a trailer, I was then told by a man wearing a uhaul shirt that said general manager to move my vehicle to the trailers and someone would be right out to help, that didn't happen so I went back in stood in another long line. The next agent that helped with was very rude and had a bad attitude. My vehicle was blocking another customer from exiting. That customer politely asked if we could move my vehicle so he could get out. The Uhaul agent then got into a verbal confrontation with the customer. He then became even more upset while trying to connect the rental trailer to my vehicle when the lights wouldn't work on
the trailer. He accused me of having a "dirty electical connection", but it appeared that the problem was with the Uhaul trailer which had 3-4 ft of electrical wires hanging off the back of the unit dragging on the ground. The next day when I returned the trailer the experience was more of the same. Long lines, incompetent slow clerks, disgruntled employees, who
gave the impression that they hated their jobs. In the future I will take my business somewhere else.

not enough staff, either at collection or drop off times. They were helpful enough; but I waited in the shop over 10 minutes both times before anyone even came in to help me. Good thing I didn't steal anything!!!
particularly appreciated the staff at the U-haul place...the computer stuff is a bit of a hassle, especially on a stressful moving day, but I know it just takes time. The staff were awesome.
Staff was unpleasant, did not acknowledge customers, and many were standing around waiting for a long time before anyone addressed them. When I was finally served and got my 6x12 trailer hooked up, I did a quick inspection noticed the tires were severely dry rotted. When I asked the tech about it he said here is the number to call if you flat (more like when) and NO you don't get a spare??? So, when a tire blew up in the middle of nowhere Nevada I had to wait and hour and a half in a huge rain storm for a road side repair person arrive. Luckily, I had cell service there, and luckily, the blow out didn't cause a crash.
Wouldn't ion-be prepared to wait. Service was very slow, probably need at least one more well trained person.

Please remind workers that a 15 ft truck is really only 12 ft with a small overhang over the cab. They should have suggested a 17th truck. Workers (men) rushed us through and not very helpful.
Nothing to improve- everything was really fantastic. All employees/customer service reps were polite and friendly; vehicle was super clean and newer. Easy to drive, well maintained van. As an 18 year old who never rented before, moving to my first apartment was made much less stressful due to the quick and easy paperwork and friendly people who work at Uhaul. Thanks so much! I am now moved in, settled and happy thanks to you guys.

Maybe when you have someone who reserves an indoor self-storage unit, you should ensure that they receive what they have reserved, rather than give them something else that cost more than what they expected. I do not recommend u-haul to anyone.
All employees were efficient and helpful. The truck was a bit cranky, hard to start and brake light came on when turning corners but the staff said they would be sure to check it out when I mentioned it.

Employees took a personal approach to serving us. No distractions, and they were very courteous. Very nice facility with all the amenities we needed to pull the trailer.
U-haul provides a first class experience in Bozeman and the staff is always great to work with. I cannot think of anything to improve beyond what you are already doing
I was told there was a hand cart and pads in truck. When I got yo my location nothing was in the truck. Also I was told the truck was full and it was not.
My reservation was cancelled with no notice. I rented a 6x12 for TWO days just so I could be guaranteed to have it Saturday morning as I had people set up to help me. I call to check my pick up time Friday morning and am told my reservation was cancelled but I could get a 5x8. I get there at 6pm, where the guy could have cared less about my being upset as I stare at a 6x12 trailer sitting there on the lot that is going to sit over night but I couldn't rent!
I was not there in person. I called to set it up and my son signed the papers. I have been to this location in the past and this location is great. Never had any problems. Always helpful and clean.
Donald the manager is a crook /he tried to steal money from our checking account by a false auto pay. .I was not given a full reveiw ofmy payment history and I want one ASAP
Did not follow up and call when boxes arrived. Had a hard time confirming their arrival. Gave the moving co. the wrong box to unload.
Brenden was very helpful when checking us in/out. However, the main latch on the box was poorly attached to the box. It was obvious that this latch had been reattached two other times.
I moved out on 1/31/15 but had paid for all of Feb. 2015, I would like a refund as this was not a prorate out. I would like a response or I will not recommend u haul at all.

should be able to get to storage units without having to get the extra set of keys from the office to have access to our own belongings even when the office is closed.
It was great to have the staff 2 men help me and my friend to unload my heavy stuff from the truck and put in the storage unit for us.
The manager was rude and unhelpful, it took 10 minutes just to find him. The storage units were difficult to get to and we had some mouse droppings on our stuff as well as chew marks on several items.
Absolutely awful web application. Always had to wait in a line to get storage key. Staff always seemed inconvenienced.

My experience with uhaul was awful. I was sent threatening emails and letters stating that I was going to receive a $15 late fee after the manager himself set me up on auto draft.
Very inconvenient hours. No lights inside of units. I got a unit in Belgrade that was twice the size for half the price. In the 1 1/2 years that I had the unit here my price was raised three times.

Employees seemed incompatent on all levels. i.e. Couldn`t find an empty unit, didn`t know how to check me in, didn`t know what size units were where, etc. Don`t give them your business!
Our family just finished a very complicated move and whole team at Bozeman U-Haul helped us every step of the way. We have worked with U-Haul many times and the Bozeman crew are among the very best.

I actually did not correspond with the Bozeman Facility. I dealt with Colorado Springs when obtaining equipment. Their representatives for delivery and unloading were very helpful and courteous.

The staff in Bozeman were great. They answered all my questions about UBox rental, storage, transport. The boxes were read on trailers when I needed them and the staff arranged shipping on time.
Thus far, I`m happy with u-haul amd this u-bpx. I`ll be praying that all my things will make it to santa rosa,ca safely and in one piece. Then I`ll have more to say.

The unit was APPALLING! It was smaller than advertised and a converted space with a hole in the wall and rat poison on the floor. I moved out the next day!
The staff needs to be better trained on how to rent spaces using the computer.They had problems giving me my original receipt. The storage lock needs to be replaced for indoor units.
Sunday hours were not very convenient. 9 am is late for those that want to get things done early.

I was told that the box was to be picked on the weekend that we were leaving.It was picked up the ff weekend instead,arrived a week later than expected,putting everything off schedule.
They took our money and did not ship when they said. They never contacted us. They forward all calls. Clueless about international move, and gave us bad information constantly.
Terrible Service. Store Manager actively mocked me while I was trying to figure out why my boxes weren`t delivered in the expected method. Move arrived two weeks late.

Bozeman, mt u haul was rude and did not make it easy to pick up. I was on hold forever and unless I was desperate I would not use u haul again! Your company has a bad reputation for being rude!
The staff at the Bozeman location was great. The staff at the Clarksville location was horrible. Waited an hour and a half just to get someone to come out to exchange an empty ubox for a full one.
Very untimely with delivery. Kept saying would call back but never called back. Took an extra full week to get items delivered. Multiple items were also damanged
There was a lot of fluff that came through the cracks making a bit of a mess that was constantly there over the years.
Bozeman general manager was incredibly busy, but not provided excellent customer service!! He ran around and made sure every customer was satisfied.

They rented me a trailer that turned out to be already rented out. I had movers go to pick up the trailer only to find out it wasn`t available nor were my U-Boxes ready to put on a trailer.

Requested one U-Box. Two on trailer at pickup time, causing delay. Then U-Haul took three weeks to ship it. Gypsy Moth paper lost by U-Haul. Lock broken off and missing at destination.
Suffered some furniture damage in transit, not sure if my expectations were set too high for the handlingofthe container.
Hours on the phone with the call center, repeating my situation. Box was not delivered on time and no one could tell me where it was. Messages were never returned to me.
When I called the Bozeman location I was transferred to the Ubox help line. Several times I was hung up on and the staff could have been more friendly over the phone.

Impossible to get in touch with local dealership. No return phone calls. Had to go to location and wait in line to get anything done. Overcharged me by $2500 for 4 U boxes
The staff was always quick to allow me access to my storage box no matter how busy they were.
The storage prices are expensive for the size. Mine was along a narrow hallway the made accessibility and lighting poor. But overall my things were safe.
