The vehicle was in such bad conditions it made the experience very unpleasant.
The way to measure the gas fuel is ridiculous.
I drove 27 miles and they charged 5 gallons based on the pen marks on a paper. If We say the truck used 15 miles per gallon, That is 30 miles which is less than we travelled. BUT you charged us 5 gallons for traveling 27 miles

Improve the way you treat your cusromers
Maybe explain everything to customer before renting a truck and not start adding extra charges when you go to return it. I used an advertised 39.99 truck for 2 hours and was charged 76$ i was never told i had to put gas in the truck when returned... you need to train employees better very unprofessional
More organization for pick-up of truck.
The unit had a roof damages and the rain went in the unit and damaged somethings.
I came without calling first and the service and treatment was excellent everyone knew exactly what to do. Very profetional
The trucks in this facility have rigged fuel gauge. Be warned. rented a GMC Sierra drove 15 miles and it required 4 gallons of gas for the gauge to register. This is not the first time it happens when renting at this facility. Will never rent from them again.
Better training for employees. They have to be friendly, and more than this, they have to be respectable with customers. Almost all employees of this location act as a owners. But bad owners, because a owner of a service company like yours, have to attract customers, no drive them away.
by accident I truck locked up with the key inside. when I called and ask if they had a duplicate key. u haul said not, that I have to call a locksmith. They charge me $80.00 to unlock the car and only that I had to pay $135.00 in mileage. I am very disappointed with Uhaul.
My storage had a lot of cockroaches and eggs!

While I'm sure there is always something that can be done to improve, I can't think of a thing. The staff was helpful and very nice.
Needs personal in the office and the outside, only one person attending, specially in weekends when it`s more people coming.

Worst truck ever old it had a really rough time starting and the steering vibrated a lot almost got into an accident as the truck steering wheel will pull you to the right . Piece of junk will consider penske next time an suggest it to everyone I know. Overpriced for what you are getting.

A special thank you to David who was courteous and helpful both times I went to their facility. He answered all of my questions and made sure the tires were properly inflated on the trailer and helped with the one on my truck.
Truck was extremelly dirty the cockpit was a mess, dust all over otherwise nice truck and millage.
I think you as a great company, could increase salary for your employees to stimulate them to continuing attending customers and take care of the store as well as I saw in my last visit.
This location does not accept cash. Extremely annoying situation for someone like me who doesnt like using credit cards. This caused me to have a poor experience.
Keep and honor reservations for your customers, I had a reservation they gave my truck to someone else.
Everything was great except when we called about being late we were told we could drop off late and leave the keys but shortly after we received a call saying we needed to be back by 7 we hurried to get there only to not get in to drop off.
When we returned the truck we were greeted by Carlos Viga who was an awesome customer service return rep. This young man went above and beyond to satisfy us. We will be renting a smaller truck this weekend and look forward to getting it from there.
Hire more employees. I was in line waiting to get attended for over 45 minutes to pick up a rental, mind you there was only 3 people in front of me. Only 1 person working the register that's ridiculous.
The gentleman was amazing. He informed us very kindly and apologetic about the contract. He informed next time instead of booking online to call and ask questions
The truck we rented had a very bad odor but the service was great. Very polite and simple process since i did most of it online.
The employee by the name Andres is very rude and has a bad attitude seems that he rather work in a none customer service place for that reason I will not be back

I think that when calling a customer it is not necessary to call them twice within a span of 10 minutes asking for the same thing. That is the only thing that really bothered me. other than that I will continue to use this facility
Hi, why was I charged an additional $42? I returned the truck on time and put more than enough gas in it.
I think the parking area, for clients, should be bigger, because, we barely wouldn't park our car there.
But, the rest of the service was excellent.
Tengo la completa seguridad que es uno de los mejores servicio de uhaul en esta ciudad. Con relación a mi reservación, tuve el equipo solicitado y en perfecta condiciones técnicas. Algo que debo señalar como negativo de uhaul de este storage de hialeah no cuenta con vehículos suficiente para rentar a personas que no tienen reservas anticipadas.
They have more than 3 auto transport and in desk the lady said " we don't have any", i ask one question to one guy and the answer was i don't know , that's no my problem is a desk problem , this was the worse experience i ever had
She dropping off the equipment, the agent was very rude. I tried to explain that the gas gauge was not reading properly and he would not listen. He threw the papers at me. I drove around and came back and the gauge measured correctly and another agent took care of me.
The response from the agent was unacceptable.

Sanitize the truck interiors every now and then
I showed up at 4:30pm, your facility closes at 5:00pm. Asked to rent a bay and a van with access at anytime. Returned with the items and had no access, missed a flight for work and had to wait the next day. Terrible. I called your number and they said a GM will call to assist, no call.
Entire service from beginning to end was excellent. Staff was courteous and very helpful.
My only suggestion would be to have additional staff or a separate line for customers who have ordered on line and done the pre-check in. It took me 45 minutes to secure my rental. Otherwise the experience was amazing and the staff that was there was accommodating and helpful.
Overall, good. The van was good. Only negative: i was charged 12$ for gas (3 galons @ 4$ each) for 11 miles traveled in total. That suggests that the average mpg of the van to about 4 mpg, which is not correct.
The vehicle I was given every time I was to press the brake it would jump forward, unfortunately I was racing with time and couldn't call to have it replaced I had to drive with precaution alongside with this
The car had a problem with the tires pressure control.

Air conditioner in the office was not working properly. It's was hot.
I rent the 4x7 open trailer all the time but for the 2nd time after returning it I get a call saying if I ever returned the trailer? Really, wouldn't you check your lot first instead of the calling the customer. Also making an online appointment is useless you still have to stand in line for a half an hour just to see someone and oh yeah...you only have one register opened on the weekends? Really...just one?

There's an older staff member who potrays as a police officer , harassing customers and making it difficult to to continue my business there , screaming and regulating rules that don't need to be implied , ran into this old man the last 3x I been there this year and he is still with the same bullshit
flexibility to allow for truck return to another location. Very different from other u haul locations

Assing numbers to each client! If not you'd be left behind by someone else that got at the location after you.

Van was kind of dirty. Not horribly but not clean either.
The reservations call center was rude and very unprofessional, I asked to speak with a supervisor and they hug up on me.
I called again and the person who answered identified herself as supervisor but I know she was not. I called Saturday August 01 at 9:00 am if you want to identify who was the rep at that shift. My evaluation of consumer service at that call center is very poor to say the least.

Limited times. Had to wait until someone gave back the key or the manager could open the unit. Had to make long lines and be there even an hour to get attended.

The staff was great, especially the kid that was chubby and lost weight. I noticed after leaving was slight water damage and roach/rat droppings. Needs a good extermination.
This is my first time renting a storage unit. My unit has a patch on the roof as if it leaks. hopefully my belongings does`nt get damaged. Very Shocked.

HORRIBLE I was in line for 30 minutes, while I was being take care off the staff kept laughing and making yokes among themselfs then I understood why I was in line waiting for 30 ,minutes.
The service there SUCKS big time! No one knows anything and Cabrera is never around. They overcharged me $80 that I want back.

I don`t like the key system, but if there is their policy. I accept it, but I don`t want to wait so long for some body to give me the key or my driver licence for be in or out of the storage.
