So far, so good! The staff was ready to receive us from a three day journey across states- ready to help and get all accomplished to put all into storage. All maintained well! The truck and the tow dolly all returned before the movers arrived.

Geremy is very rude. And treats customers like they are dumb. I sat for 45 minutes waiting for a key they said I had picked up. They argued that I had picked it up. Finally around 720 they found it. And didn't bother apologizing for accusing me or making me wait. Also had water damage in 1318 and geremy told me and. Argued it would not be covered. All the other employees and aaron were nice to talk to.
Over-all a good experience with staff and reliable equipment
Check ashtrays. I'm a non smoker and kept smelling cigarettes. Looked in ashtray and found ashes.

Make rates consistent I had to downgrade from to you Box 2 to1 but the price of the initial UBox went up by over $200 that's not right.

Place a focus on the fuel efficiency of the vehicle. I noticed it burned quite a bit of gas for a little miles as we used the vehicle for.

it was so terrible!! I just drove 2 mile from u haul to my apartment and I loaded my stuff. when I started engine it did not work. it was out of battery and one of tire pressure was so low. it was like flat tire. I called road assistant and waited. I wasted 2 hours!! u haul did not check up trucks before customer rent them.I will never neverrrrrrrr rent a truck from u haul. so suck...
Check in was great and fast, wonderful experience, personnel were great & friendly
Systems and processes seemed quite well refined. The only suggestion I have is to ensure that the rented truck's fuel tank is full at time of delivery. Mine was between 1/8 to 1/4 full.

The issues we had were not with the locations, but with customer service. In attempt to find out our drop off location, I was hung up on several times. When I finally got someone, she had no clue what she was doing and informed me the drop off was my home address, she then without telling me,transferred me back to the que. I got another lady who said I needed to speak to another dept and again without telling me, I was transferred then the automated system hung up on me. Ridiculous. I gave us and tried again in the morning. This is when I was told I could not drop off when I originally said I needed to at the time of reservation. I had to drive to the next town. I will stick to independently owned uhaul companies because at reservation it felt like they were being sneaky and pushy to make the sale. Not satisfied with this experience at all.

Aaron and his team are always friendly. Truck was fantastic. This was a brand new cargo van (FORD). It drove better than my own vehicle and was only $19 plus mileage. Fantastic deal, thank you! Your new showroom and storage looks great as well.
Only one staffer working at the time I arrived...around 6:30p...had to stand around about 20 minutes while he took care of another customer. Otherwise customer service was good.

This was my first time renting from u-Haul and may end up being my last due to the experience I had overall.
To start I reserved my rental online a week in advance of when I would need the truck and changed the drop down from 6 hours to 24 as I am moving on my own and not in a position to rush loading and unloading my stuff. The site accepted my reservation without issue and didn’t indicate any problems with the fact I wanted it for 24 hours.
The day before I was supposed to pick up my truck u-Haul calls me and says that I can’t have the truck for 24 hours because of “demand”. This was never indicated on the site and why didn’t they call me sooner about this? Annoyed that I’m going to be forced to drive at night in an unfamiliar vehicle I agreed since I wasn’t really given a choice in the matter and they rescheduled my pick up time from 9am to 4:30pm.
Trying to make the most of my time since my schedule has been thrown out the window by this rescheduling, I take the time in the morning to finish packing up my things so I can be ready to load as soon as I do get the truck, thinking everything is good to go for me to pick it up at 4:30pm as Traffic had supposedly scheduled for me. I check my phone later and find out that u-Haul had called me wanting to know where I was for the rental that u-Haul had supposedly rescheduled the day before since I hadn’t shown up at 9am as I had scheduled in my initial reservation.
So I call them back and manage to get them to adjust my reservation since apparently the lady in Traffic didn’t do it properly the day before and get a slightly earlier time of 4pm. So I finish packing my things and go to pick up my truck at 3:45 so I can be sure to get all the paperwork done and what not to get on the road as soon as possible. Except the person who rented it didn’t bring it back until almost 4:30 so I ended up wasting almost an hour waiting on the truck due to more scheduling issues.
Finally get my truck and get it back to my place, load it up and head out to my storage unit to drop off and pick up a few things and realize that the headlights are incredibly dim and the dashboard light isn’t coming on so it’s very unsafe to drive at night, but I manage to get where I’m going in one piece at least. I park the truck and get out my flashlight to unload/load stuff rather than use the cargo bay light, so the vehicle was completely off while it was not in use.
By the time I get done and go to get into the truck and get on the road to my final destination, the truck won’t start. The engine tries to turn over but it just fails to do so. The battery meter is all the way on Low as well. So I called roadside assistance and the lady I spoke with on the phone admitted that dead batteries have been the theme of the evening. We try to roll it over in neutral but no luck there either so she tells me she’s going to call around to find a local service person to come help.
I’m given an ETA of 90 minutes for the assistance
The truck we rented had square tires and when stopped at red light the cab filled with exhaust...
Everything was well taken care of. When the truck I requested was not at the location that I was to pick it up at Uhaul directed my reservation to this location, and everything was handled with excellence. Thanks U-Haul!!
The staff at this location is very well trained, very knowledgeable, friendly, proactive and a shining example of what every customer service driven business should strive for! I was very impressed with the entire staff. I originally attempted to rent a trailer from another location that is a little more convenient to me, however they were out of stock at the time I needed the trailer. What a pleasant surprise to be sent to this location. Even though it was a little out of my way, the friendly and engaging staff made it well worth my trip. It will be a hard decision in the future as to whether I go to the convenient location of the one with the superstar staff!

Took the vehicle to the facility and checked in after hours.
I would have like to have been reminded to take my toll tag so that I wouldn't incur higher tolls and an additional fee for U-Haul to process the toll payment. Other than that, I had an overall pleasant experience.
The customer service personnel were at odds with the "down computer system" and it resulted in me "hanging around" for about an hour to lease the trailer. Would have been expected that they could process the lease without the computer, but I guess those days are long gone. Otherwise, they were professional and the equipment worked fine.
I don't have any problem everything was working perfect
I need a $100 Gift card ASAP burning my Gas . Jump the car three times . Horrible. The location I picked up they have to jump the truck. On the road I have to look for the jumper cable and from People and leave the truck on for hours. I want the card mail to my address 5101 North A Street , Midland , TX 79705. # 226.

I made a reserved a car trailer online and the website set it up with Autosport Inc. being that was the nearest location. After getting there to pick up my reserved trailer I was told that their Uhaul rentals had been suspended and that the only person that would know anything about it was out due to surgery.
Thankfully the guys at 811 E State Hwy 121 Business
Lewisville, TX 75057 had a trailer and went above and beyond to have my reservation transferred to their location and meet my needs in a very timely fashion.

I was really pleased how simple it was to get the trailer and how easy it was to drop it off. Both when picking up the trailer and dropping of the customer service was great.

I had originally reserved a 10' truck online and upon arrival was told that the small truck does not have a ramp. It doesn't make any sense at all to have a moving truck, that will typically be loaded with heavy belongings, with no ramp. I was forced to get a larger truck just to get a ramp just so I could load my refrigerator. The people at this location were nice and helpful, but U-Haul needs to rethink their equipment.
The inside of the trailer had an oily residue towards the front of the trailer. Also, the anchoring ring in the front left hand side of the trailer was damaged and inoperable.

There was only one person working the counter area on a very busy Saturday afternoon. I waited 10 to 15 minutes to be helped. Returning the vehicle was a much more pleasant experience. Someone was waiting for me as soon as I pulled into the driveway. The pickup truck that I rented was very clean and reliable.
The facility was clean and the assistance from the staff was excellent. I believe his name was Philip, but he was phenomenal in helping me figure out the right size storage. Thanks!
The gentleman that checked in the trucks was very helpful. The manager was not. We got the contracts for the trucks mixed up and put the correct amount of gas in the wrong truck (totally our fault) and the manager would not let it go. He wasn't even willing to try and do anything. For example: truck A needed to be returned on 1/2 of a tank and was returned on full. Truck B needed to be returned on a full tank and was returned on 1/2.
First Truck broke down. Location was undergoing renovation. Charged for extra day when I shouldnt have been. Brought truck back full as a courtesy. Clearly my time and inconvenience and good will didn't deserve any type of proactive customer service.

we Were charged for only 6 days of using the storage for the entire month. This is unacceptable and very rude from Uhaul. Also locked in when moving out. Attendant left us.

I had NOTHING but problems, dealt w shady employees, the rudest employees in business. A manager hung up on me, then flat lied to cooperate when I called. I tell everyone to avoid this company.

Uhaul raised the rates when they took over from Royal which I did not like.
I could not access the gate with my access card.
When uhaul took over this facility they raised the price 3 times in the first year and reduced the access hours. If you wanted later hours you had to pay an additional amount.

The lighting is poor around my unit. Several light fixtures were not working.

1-U-Haul may be priced competitively BUT they notoriously nickel and dime you. 2-Our unit had a car stored in it and thick oil was on the floor, will seep into boxes and possibly ruin items inside.

I recently rented a U-Haul trailer. About 2-3 weeks later they attempted to charge me for a storage unit as well. They told me they would look into it and get back to me. This has never happened.

When I went to get things out of storage there were mice in the area that ruined some of my things. I had to throw out boxes of towels,a chair had mice droppings on it,

Access to the units need to be a little longer than 7pm in the summer.
My agreement on space and price was changed 3 times by the company. Once the agreements were made, they should have honored it.
I have never been in a U-haul center where the people were as nice and warm as the people are here. I will recommend to my friends and family.

I would NEVER recommend this storage unit. My unit was broken into on Christmas day and U-Haul did nothing. we lost thousands of dollars of valuables, so irreplaceable.
Even though there was a blip in what was available versus what had been promised, the staff was very helpful in coming-up with a workable solution for us.

Nobody was at the facility nor had been at the facility all day - office hours posted were 9am-6pm. We went somewhere else.
Customer service reps had no knowledge of the 6.95 charge and the 1-month free rent. Also, they charged a 15.00 fee. Therefore there appears to be a communication breakdown
