This vehicle was not maintained. The window was stuck in the down position, and the tires were not sufficient to get up a clear, inclined driveway. Roadside assistance did not provide a solution, so we had to return the truck and rent a smaller truck at a different location d/t no availability at this location.
Customer service was excellent...Garrison is very competent and has a great personality. He made our day.

I only gave this location a rating of average because of the poor service I received from the 1st rep at the front desk. He as slow and did not bring me out to the truck I was renting, pointed me in the direction - to the wrong truck, didn't verify mileage, condition of truck or gas, etc.with me - I had to return to the store and, thankfully, got another sales rep who was awesome - he was also the one who checked me back in when I returned the truck. The first gentleman needs to have some serious training or be let go. The 2nd should get a raise for doing all his work on top of his own!
Location is difficult to exit going west but staff was excellent!

disappointment-someone ran into our trailer in 48.Mgr did not tell us about camera-Film kept 2 wks.Police came damage est.$800.Longer lasting film for storage area would be suggested
For the first time ever renting a UHaul truck I was told that if I didn't have the truck back by the end of the day (6 hrs not the 24) I would be charged a penalty fee of $80! Really! This was told to me by "Garrison", the individual who helped me rent the truck. once I return the truck he indicated that he did not say this to me! He lied! So, if this is the type of employees that you UHaul has starting hiring, then I'm not sure I will continue to rent trucks from Uhaul in the future!
This facility is very well run with excellent equipment choices, boxes, dollys, etc. Also the staff was very helpful and most PROFESSIONAL, especially your man GARRISON.
I sure would like a staff VP or supervisor to personally thank GARRISON for me.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and professional. An item was left in the rental truck. When we contacted them, a staff member located the item and held the item for us. It was recovered intact and returned intact. That is an example of Outstanding Customer Service and Integrity that is almost unheard of today... Well Done to this store and staff.
U-Haul has provided unusually good service the last few times I rented something. You could always have more people on duty to speed up the rental process.
Associates were very friendly and helpful. The store and vehicle were both clean and organized. There isn't much additional parking, so it was good I had someone drive me to pick up/drop off truck.
The Manager there was EXTREMEMLY rude and they only 1 person working at time and it takes a long wait to be helped. Took me about 40 min to pick up my truck and close to 45 min to return because the poor man working by himself had to attach a trailer check in two truck in front of me. My wife even thought I was sneaking out on her because I took forever to return the truck!
Truck 26 for was dated with shifting rough and steering loose and difficult to drive. This truck needs to be retired. Service and location were average.
Make sure you take a picture of the milage before driving of the lot.I got charged for 179 miles when I only went 80. Lesson learned

The location at Sante Fe , in Littleton Colorado ( where I have rented from many times ) wanted to charge me more than double what I paid at Wadsworth. The guy needs to be fired !
Was overcharged. Manager was rude.
Staff was friendly and went over everything with me to make sure there were no misunderstandings.
Other than the construction on Wadsworth and not having a gas station very near by, the rental was easy and a smooth process. Although, I have experience with U'Haul and know that there are always extra fees, saying $19.95 + $.79 a mile is not really good, or accurate marketing...I had the truck for about 2 1/2 hours and drove 10 miles and my bill was in the $37 range...
The actual location was as expected. The central call center to reserve was horrible !!! I reserved for Lakewood colorado and asked for confirmation twice from the rep. When I called the day of pickup they had me picking the trailer up in California ...really? They has to then find a location for that morning. Uhaul fix your call center and get your computers right. This is the third time we have had a problem!!! Wish there were other places to rent from
The person that helped me when I returned the truck was helpful, nice, and excellent. The person that checked me out in the morning, not so much. Probably would not go back to that location, even though it is the closest to my storage - there are so many other options.

Check in was quick; check out took a long time and the employee/manager made me back in my own trailer. I rent with u-haul every quarter and this had never happened. I said something and he seemed put off by me saying something. I needed to be out of there and it took a lot of extra time. Check out took too long. There were no other customers and the time was inexplicable. Overall, the experience would have been positive had the check out not been so befuddled.
Your staff at this location is extremely friendly and professional. "D" in particular does a great job. He had already checked out what I would need for trailer lights before I got to the desk! On check-in I was a little challenged backing the trailer and got help from your guy - I think I can do it now. I will be coming back to this location in the future. Thanks so much - this was a great experience.

It'd be nice if there wasn't just one person working on busy Sunday's. There were 10 people in line as soon as the doors I locked at 9.
Guy was actually closed but still took care of me.
They accomodated my upgrading to larger truck without any problems.

It seems like the man working at this location the Thursday morning I picked up the truck and also Saturday morning when I had the tow-dolly attached needed more help. He was the only person I saw and appeared to do everything for all customers that morning.
Great customer service by the manager on duty on the morning of September 20th, 2015. Truck was clean and pickup was seamless. Would recommend.
I will certainly go back. It wasn't perfect, but when I showed up, the GM was the only one working and despite having 4 or 5 customers, I had to wait a lot less time than I have at other locations with fewer customers. When I came back, it was super crowded. I didn't have to wait, but I did so I could park the trailer where they wanted. Go in with patience and should be a good experience.
I've been to this uhaul location a few times and the staff this visit was different. The previous two guys that used to work here were much better. I found the staff from today's visit unfriendly. When I was picking up the truck, the man whom answers the phone told the person on the other end it was very busy...yet I was the only person in the store.
Before you promise something, make sure what you promise can be done.
Cluttered store. Boxes in front of door and like walking through a maze to get to front counter.
The truck we were provided was not even safe to be on the road. We almost died trying to get it into the high country. Truck was practically falling apart and one of my staff was even injured by the glove box lid smashing onto his knees. Truck took many attempts to get started and the suspension was so bad almost everything fragile we transported was damaged. Worst rental ever!!
The truck was not safe. I brakes and power steering failed at the same time, almost causing a rollover.
It was clear that fluid had been leaking for some time and had been driven with low or no fluid in the past. Uhaul simply keep filling the resevoir, not making the repair. No Brakes, No steering on a 26ft truck. Wow.
Don't send out trailers that haven't been properly maintained.
Construction made it difficult to gain entry to the location. Friendly and courtesy service.
Very knowledgeable and service oriented employee that helped my upgrade from a 2 wheel car dolly to a trailer. I had to haul a vehicle with oversized tires, he showed me what to buy and how to secure the vehicle. The store had the tow straps he recommended and got me on my way very efficiently. Great store, Great service.
Be more friendlier. Also specify to customer what to do when customer needs to drop off keys during after hours.
Have more than one employee working for the busy morning time in order to make things quicker and more efficient.

Ivan was very professional and knowledgable of the products and process. I trust Ivan to do a good job overtime i rent from U-Haul. one of the associates even helped me out with my boxes when he saw me struggling to get out the door. exceptional customer service.

The 800 operators are scavengers tricking people into renting trucks with the promise of a month's free rental of a storage unit but after you've loaded up all your belongings into said truck and get down to where you think you have a secure storage space they want to try to charge for a storage unit that was supposed to be free. And the price is well over 150.00 plus the cost of the truck mileage and gas. ...... Never Again. But the actual place where I rented the truck was great. The attendants there were nice and very helpful with my predicament extending my time with the truck to 24 hours instead of till the end of the day.
The yard person had me unhooked and on the road very quick.
Gentleman was cordial and helpful.
Our reservation was for pickup at a location further north on Wadsworth (closer to our moving area) & when we arrived at the confirmed destination, there was no truck for us. After several calls to both the main Uhaul # and a local hub, we were told that our truck was at another location further south, costing us both time and extra mileage. When we finally picked up the truck, we were told that it was unlikely that the extra mileage, due to no fault of our own, would be waived. Other than this we had no problem with the truck or the return but this initial issue caused unneeded stress during an already overwhelming time (moving - ugh).

Nothing at this location! The person who set me up with the truck and auto transport, was very knowledgeable about everything! Unlike the people over at your Greenmountain location. And also unlike the truck I got from the Greenmountain location, this truck worked perfectly as did all of its gears on all the steep hills, both up and down! I highly recommend this location to everyone in need of renting trucks and/ or trailers!
I know rules are rules, but getting charged an extra day for being 1.5 hours late is expensive. Too bad you don't prorate for things like this.

I had my pickup location changed three times on two different days where is my damn credit, ended up having to drive well out of my way and took a good deal extra time as well
had me sign for initial for clean return before I saw truck, did not do a walk around for preexisting damage or to verify mileage or gas level, handed us keys and said theres your truck that I had to have them move out of space so as not to take mirror off on other truck that was parked next to it. Hard to get in and out of lot, even in small sedan
Location does not keep track of orders and returns
Inadequate staffing, resulting in customers leaving without rentals, was informed I would be emailed a receipt due to the backlog they asked me to leave after the employee disconnected my trailer. Several calls to uhaul to resolve and ensure no further charges, took more than 5 days to resolve and have receipt.
Inspect the trailer hitch. The drop off location showed problem with trailer. It did not track straight.
Not the tow hitch I wanted. and the attendant didn't secure the wire harness so it dangles down low.
have more than one person working, great guy but I had to wait till he completely finished with the person in front of me. There was no one in the back(garage)
Only having one employee working really slows down the process and people can wait a long time.
Reserved a truck online 1-2 days prior, but my reservation was changed with NO notification. When I arrived to pick-up the truck, I was told "No, you reserved this van." as if I had no idea what I was talking about.
We waited for 45 minutes because there was only one person working and there was a line and the gentleman that was working was not friendly and was not acting like he was in a hurry to help anybody !! Very poor customer service !! Need more help at that location !!
No problems with people just trailer was dirty and never swept our and had problems to return back to Denver with broken truck so left in Monte Vista, Colorado. Customer service was extremely professional pleasure to work with.
I rent form Uhaul on a regular basis the last manager that was at this location was difficult to deal with the new assistant manager she is very polite courteous and porfessional it is so refreshing to deal with someone who is knoledgeable in there field iI dont no her name but she deserves to be noticed
The service man were extremely understaffed but still very courteous in attending to everyone's needs in order of arrival.
Location--- great. U-Haul phone contact & interactions were terrible. MANY problems scheduled my & errors made in this. Will not be recommending U-Haul overall.
Your web site for rental has some issues. When I was using it I wanted to rent the truck for two days but the site seemed to limit it to a maximum of 24 hours. This caused some issues when I could not return it within 24 hours.
Yeah, when you promise to rent a vehicle for 24 hours, it should be 24 hours. I reserved for Friday morning 8am till Saturday morning at 8am. What i got when i picked up was told I had to bring it back by 4 pm on Friday. My helpers who were to help me move my furniture, didn't get off work until 5 pm on Friday. So I didn't get to move my furniture at all. I have emails from you stating I was to keep until Saturday. So I got cheated out of being able to move.
I was pressured into excepting this because otherwise i wouldn't have been able to have the truck at all. That is black mail. If you are going to over book, you should tell people this so they can make other arrangements to rent somewhere else. I feel I should be refunded. I have been renting from U haul my whole life, I may rent somewhere else next time.
Having to go to two locations, one for picking up the truck and another for picking up the transport was a pain. Fortunately I was not pressed for time.
Despite arriving 15 minutes before my scheduled time, and having checked in online, I waited 30 minutes in line and it was 15 more before I left with the truck. At least when I returned the truck it was fast.
There was 1 person working and there were several people in line. We waited in line for a very long time. The location also had a very bad smell. The clerk stated it was from a sewage problem. Why would you only have one person working on a busy weekend day?
My clerk was informative and polite. He also started early to help the customers who were queued up. A+

Loved the van! So easy to maneuver. There was a bit of a wait at pickup, but professional and thorough. Drop off was faitly quick and easy
The main guy at the front desk was personable and friendly, but the wait was around 44 minutes both picking up the truck as well as dropping it off. I think additional staff could make things much smoother
I drove two 525 mile hauls and both times I received very good service when I returned the trucks. The check-out process was less then 10 minutes both times. I hope I dont have to move again but if I do, I will use U-Haul again at this location!
