Nothing at this location! The person who set me up with the truck and auto transport, was very knowledgeable about everything! Unlike the people over at your Greenmountain location. And also unlike the truck I got from the Greenmountain location, this truck worked perfectly as did all of its gears on all the steep hills, both up and down! I highly recommend this location to everyone in need of renting trucks and/ or trailers!
I know rules are rules, but getting charged an extra day for being 1.5 hours late is expensive. Too bad you don't prorate for things like this.

I had my pickup location changed three times on two different days where is my damn credit, ended up having to drive well out of my way and took a good deal extra time as well
had me sign for initial for clean return before I saw truck, did not do a walk around for preexisting damage or to verify mileage or gas level, handed us keys and said theres your truck that I had to have them move out of space so as not to take mirror off on other truck that was parked next to it. Hard to get in and out of lot, even in small sedan
Location does not keep track of orders and returns
Inadequate staffing, resulting in customers leaving without rentals, was informed I would be emailed a receipt due to the backlog they asked me to leave after the employee disconnected my trailer. Several calls to uhaul to resolve and ensure no further charges, took more than 5 days to resolve and have receipt.
Inspect the trailer hitch. The drop off location showed problem with trailer. It did not track straight.
Not the tow hitch I wanted. and the attendant didn't secure the wire harness so it dangles down low.
have more than one person working, great guy but I had to wait till he completely finished with the person in front of me. There was no one in the back(garage)
Only having one employee working really slows down the process and people can wait a long time.
Reserved a truck online 1-2 days prior, but my reservation was changed with NO notification. When I arrived to pick-up the truck, I was told "No, you reserved this van." as if I had no idea what I was talking about.
We waited for 45 minutes because there was only one person working and there was a line and the gentleman that was working was not friendly and was not acting like he was in a hurry to help anybody !! Very poor customer service !! Need more help at that location !!
No problems with people just trailer was dirty and never swept our and had problems to return back to Denver with broken truck so left in Monte Vista, Colorado. Customer service was extremely professional pleasure to work with.
I rent form Uhaul on a regular basis the last manager that was at this location was difficult to deal with the new assistant manager she is very polite courteous and porfessional it is so refreshing to deal with someone who is knoledgeable in there field iI dont no her name but she deserves to be noticed
The service man were extremely understaffed but still very courteous in attending to everyone's needs in order of arrival.
Location--- great. U-Haul phone contact & interactions were terrible. MANY problems scheduled my & errors made in this. Will not be recommending U-Haul overall.
Your web site for rental has some issues. When I was using it I wanted to rent the truck for two days but the site seemed to limit it to a maximum of 24 hours. This caused some issues when I could not return it within 24 hours.
Yeah, when you promise to rent a vehicle for 24 hours, it should be 24 hours. I reserved for Friday morning 8am till Saturday morning at 8am. What i got when i picked up was told I had to bring it back by 4 pm on Friday. My helpers who were to help me move my furniture, didn't get off work until 5 pm on Friday. So I didn't get to move my furniture at all. I have emails from you stating I was to keep until Saturday. So I got cheated out of being able to move.
I was pressured into excepting this because otherwise i wouldn't have been able to have the truck at all. That is black mail. If you are going to over book, you should tell people this so they can make other arrangements to rent somewhere else. I feel I should be refunded. I have been renting from U haul my whole life, I may rent somewhere else next time.
Having to go to two locations, one for picking up the truck and another for picking up the transport was a pain. Fortunately I was not pressed for time.
Despite arriving 15 minutes before my scheduled time, and having checked in online, I waited 30 minutes in line and it was 15 more before I left with the truck. At least when I returned the truck it was fast.
There was 1 person working and there were several people in line. We waited in line for a very long time. The location also had a very bad smell. The clerk stated it was from a sewage problem. Why would you only have one person working on a busy weekend day?
My clerk was informative and polite. He also started early to help the customers who were queued up. A+

Loved the van! So easy to maneuver. There was a bit of a wait at pickup, but professional and thorough. Drop off was faitly quick and easy
The main guy at the front desk was personable and friendly, but the wait was around 44 minutes both picking up the truck as well as dropping it off. I think additional staff could make things much smoother
I drove two 525 mile hauls and both times I received very good service when I returned the trucks. The check-out process was less then 10 minutes both times. I hope I dont have to move again but if I do, I will use U-Haul again at this location!
the service is fast, but the location makes it rather difficult to get in or out at times.
It took 4 calls to get reservation days right. One person said they wouldn't charge me for two extra days because of confusion then the next call they told me that I had to pay. Really nice customer service!!!
This site was very nice and the lady that helped was very nice.
I was asked if my rental would take the average of 6 hours. My reply was probably. My rental "time was 6hours" I picked up my rental at 7:33; I received a call from this facility at 1:00pm asking about my return. I returned the truck before 1:30pm. They charged me an additional $50.00 because it wasn't returned in time to rent for their scheduled re-rental time frame. I will never rent from this company again. False advertising, False representation, Poor service. No recourse if there is a dispute other than appealing to "corporate" after the fact. Please be advised to rent from other providers!.
The van was covered in dog hair, had shoe marks on the dashboard and food debris in the cup holders and the manager of the store insisted it was a clean vehicle. I rented it to transport food for an event I catered and noticed after getting out of vehicle my cloths were covered in dog hair. Pretty much the last thing you want to see when catering. I had to take it and vacuum it out myself and yet the manager looked me in the eyes and told me it was clean when rented. What happened to costumer service? Choose another location. This guy is a liar and doesn't support what customer service told me.
I was scheduled to pick up my truck at 1901 Wadsworth but there was no truck or reservation for me. ?? I was reschedule for a location 10-12 miles away. Worker on the phone was quite unprofessional and seemed like this mistake happens all the time... He just didn't seem to care at all. Bad experience for me! I will never recommend U Haul to anyone else.
This location was accommodating the sales floor was cluttered. Overall experience with U-Haul was an absolute terrible experience. The Manager at the County Line location said he was 'to busy to take care of customer satisfaction concerns'. This is unacceptable in any customer service roles. It is now apparent to me that U-Haul is to big to focus their resources on customer service. No longer will I ever use U-Haul for again after the way I was treated at the County Line location and by the scheduling/traffic dept.
I can't recommend haul to anyone! I am so shocked at how poorly we were treated. We had the price of the truck reduced a slight bit but that pales in comparison to what we had to endure with this company. It was as if the company had our money and knew we were in a bind and were not going to be fair and reduce the price to make up for things. I have never seen such greed. I will not recommend U-haul to anyone because of this poor treatment. I wish things could be different but so far the company has not reached out in anyway. very sad.

Better communication when pickup location is changed. I didn't realize that my pickup location was different from what I requested.
The person that helped me was slow and had no sense of urgency. There was a line and there was only one person working the counter. I have been to other uhaul locations and they hustle when there is more than one person waiting, not here.
Very good service and availability. Was able to reserve truck with very short notice and then even upgrade to larger truck at the last minute which was DEFINITELY the right thing to do!

We have used this location many times, and it has always been a good experience. The staff is friendly, helpful, professional and accommodating. The equipment is always tops!
I rented a similar trailer last weekend and it worked great. The trailer that I rented this weekend had some sort of bearing problem that made loud squelling noises about 48mph. I had to drive at 45mph from denver to loveland so it wouldn't make noise. It took twice as long as planned and really changed my moving plans for the weekend. Probably won't rent here again. The customer service was pretty poor when I picked up the trailer and dropped it off, last weekend was such a different environment. Its amazing how customer service got worse in one weeks time.
Pick up personal was curious and explained the details of the contract well.
For the drop off time need better process for checking people in. There was confusion if we were to go inside or stay outside. Personal was friendly.
It doesn't seem to matter what day or time of week there is never adequate help. Therefore, the customer must wait at least 30 or more picking up, returning or both! Also, having proper room temperature would help with customer patience. Doesn't help when outside is 80+ degrees and its not much cooler inside!!

Have a little more space to park...but there's construction going on in the road. Probably not U-Haul's fault. I will be using you guys--and this location--again. And I have already referred you to my friends. :-) Nice truck, drove easily, and handled the tow job I needed it for. Oh yeah--at a reasonable price!
This location went above and beyond to help us when our moving-helpers caused a delay out of our control. They let us return it later than originally scheduled, and helped us by recommending other movers who could help same day.
The "helpers" on the list provided on the website were good, and the ones I used were terrific.
First day my truck wasn't even available, the employee was so rude!! It was horrible! So I had to reschedule my entire move! Then go back next day, the employee had the worst attitude as well! She was just as bad as the male employee day before! Felt like I was a bother both times!
There was only one worker to help 6 customers. We waited for 30 minutes to pick up our reserved trailer. The sole worker was very professional and apologetic and I felt badly for her that the corporation would put her in that position.
There was only one customer service rep manning the counter there was a line with 6 customer s in front of me it took 20 minutes to be helped. The rep was very quick knew the sytem and equipment very competent. Found out her help for the front counter was over an hour late. This was awful on that employees part.
We were told to pick up the truck at 9 am on a Sunday. When we arrived at 9:03, there were already 7 people in line in front of us. There was only one employee there to check everyone in and run out to show them to their truck. We had to wait in line for an hour before getting our truck. This location seems to be very understaffed and should definitely have more than one employee working at such a busy time.
This was by far the worst experience with uhaul I have ever had! I rented for 24 hours and tools me that even though my truck want ready till noon I had to have it back by 9 am. I was told I would get a $50 voucher because of everything that happened DIDNT receive it! We called a different location to stay with and was never told this was our pick up location. Worst experience! Very disappointed.
Had to wait two hours in line to pick up a utility trailer. I had a reservation and did my part to ensure a fast turnaround time. It was seriously ridiculous to have to wait that long. No discount applied. Very disappointed.

Over all I had a very good experience the only issue I had there was only one person working when I returned the truck and it took approximately and hour to get trucked turned back in.
Although the staff were very nice and helpful the location was in another town. There were several locations in Littleton co but I had to take a taxi to a location 20 miles away. A cost I had not planned on. I stayed at a place within walking distance from a uhaul rentals store. The bed and can of the truck was clean but the attic was covered in wood chips. Also the ac was very good but when you step on the gas it would stop comming out the vents and come out the defrost vents. This caused the cab temperature to vary a lot. Otherwise the vehicle ran very well
Didn't catch a name but the young dude working sunday morning was really nice. The truck was clean and ready to go. Good experience.
Our reservation was changed numerous times in one day because of issues from Uhaul - accident, booking problems, truck not returned timely, etc. it made our move much more stressful than it needed to be and we left a day later than expected. No compensation of any sort was given from Uhaul.
Pour attitude, all around customer service , I would not recommend Mr. Ivan or his uhaul kingship to a enemy is how poorly i think of hos service or his store I hope a district manager can see through his BS and relieve him of his Job.
Everything went very well. Only thing I would suggest is having more people to help on a Saturday morning.

The truck was clean but obviously not well-maintained as it broke down.
Very nice young man. Rented a trailer and did all the work hooking up and unhooking. He wanted to be sure we were happy with the rental.
The CSR at this location was very pleasant and happy to help. This dose not change my perspective of UHaul and who they allow to represent their brand..
Ivan had amazing customer service found a way for me to keep moving even though the truck I reserved wasn't returned by the pervious person in time
They need to call the custom before hand if they are going to change the size of the truck.

this experience was good except for my pickup time was at 5pm and at 3:20 I got a text message that I was to call golden store to confirm pickup of trailer I was to pickup originally at union and cedar now I called golden store and they told me they didn't have one to go to store at 8th and Wadsworth so I called to confirm all good but now I have to pick up during rush hour and now its 7.5 miles away on a busy road the cedar location only a couple of miles away and not a lot of traffic the last minute changes are very disappointing I will need a trailer in 8 weeks I hope the service is better as far as location this cost me time and money on gas.

The service rep added an extra digit into the ending mileage and attempted to tell me that I drove for more than 5,000 miles and then could not fix the problem without her supervisor's help.
Wasn't the truck I ordered or location due to some limitations, but they were very courteous and helpful and took very good care of me. Thanks so much!!!
My experience was very good overall. My one complaint was the day before I picked the trailer up I called the phone number listed for this address and asked whether the trailer included strapping to secure a motorcycle. The woman that I talked to assured me that a set of 4 straps was included in with the trailer. When I arrived the gentleman who helped me said that I had spoke to the national call center and that I was given incorrect information. Forcing me to purchase a set of straps because I had left mine at home. Nothing is more annoying than a customer service agent who makes things up as they go along. The guys at the rental center however were very helpful.
Enrique was excellent. The manager was in top of things. Busy day for them and they kept customers happy :)

I've rented from U-haul many times, this was smooth and easy as usual, probably the best one of all my experiences with U-haul.
I have rented the pickup truck here on two separate occasions previous to this experience. On the first occasion, I was told I would need either my own insurance card or to buy their insurance for the pickup. I agreed. On the second time I was told I did NOT need to show my insurance card (I never buy their's). I EXPLICITLY ASKED and mentioned that last time I had been told otherwise. I was ASSURED that I did not need to show my insurance info. So, on this occasion, I did not bring it with me (I rode my bike) and of course I was asked for my insurance card.
So, I called to complain about the fact that different employees gave opposite answers to the same question. When you call the national number they tell you that the insurance is optional, and they have no idea why that location would do that. They offered to transfer me to the regional office that oversees that location and after I agreed, they promptly disconnected me. I called back and after going through everything again, I was transferred successfully.
The person I spoke to next is responsible for this review. In no way did she seem to understand what I was even asking. She did keep repeating the same script over and over again about how managers have the discretion to ask for what ever they want for what ever reason. I asked why the previous employee had told me something different and she replied that that "could not have happened" and that she was going to "disconnect the call" (she was threatening this throughout the entire call). While you are on hold a voice informs you that the call will be recorded and to "ask your agent if you would like a copy." At several points during the conversation she contradicted herself, so I asked her for the recording. She replied that the calls are only recorded at THEIR discretion and that this one was (of course) not one of those. Funny, the recording said it was so that they can "Keep their promises," so I don't see how that makes sense. Finally, before hanging up on me, she informed me that there was no way that herself or any other local Uhaul employees will experience any adverse effects due to my complaints. They do not care and will BRAG about how they do not care! Wow!
Again, all I wanted to know was what I should bring with me to the rental location. From my call, it is still unclear.

There were only two people working on a Saturday. After waiting 10 minutes, I had to go look for someone to check in my return. I never had that experience at Uhaul before.
The back of the truck I rented was full of water. Had to take it back and exchange it for a dry one. Was very disappointed because it made for a long day of moving being late. Need to check the trucks a bit more close!
Both of the agents were just great...very polite and efficient. We were impressed and have decided to rent another vehicle to complete our move.

The location called multiple times to confirm my reservation. They called several times including multiple times on the day of my reservation.
I am completely dissatisfied with uhaul. I had someone tell me not to rent U-Haul and now I know why. first you should notify people a lot quicker if you need to change there pick location. Second you don't even give people enough miles to get to there disnation. I will never rent from U-Haul again. It's the call center of U-Haul not the staff at this location.

cab and storage area of van reaked of cigarette smoke; location of store leads to customers only being able to turn right when leaving the site and the next turn around possibility is blocks away; staff was helpful and the van clean otherwise
