I've rented a trailer several times with no issues. This particular location, due to a broken Credit Card terminal the rep had to manually enter my card info. It got declined so I had to use another credit card. After calling the bank to verify what happened, I was told a invalid exp date was entered on the card. Had me wondering if it was on my end but it wasn't. I returned the trailer 3 hours late and was charged for another full day. It's happened before and was never charged extra. A little extreme I would say but I guess that's your policy.

Marcelo was wonderful and very informative and he provided me with great customer service.
The sales guy who helped us get the truck was rude. Also make sure the truck is maintained. The check Gage's light kept coming on having the car constantly dinging. It was very distracting while trying to drive. Also the truck stalled a few times and I had a hard time starting it.

I'm handicap, so I naturally park in a handicap parking. One of the employees blocked the handicap parking with a truck, I had to find somewhere else to park. That's the only negative thing about my visit. Everything else was great.
The staff were professional and polite.
While the service and staff were excellent, the equipment received was worn out and had a heavy cigarrete smell. In addition while driving on the I-10 fwy, when it necessitated to accelerate because of a hill, the a/c would turn off and on. This vehicle needs to be better maintained.

Everyone was very helpful and patient with me. I was happy enough to fill the tank of the van all the way when bringing it back. Good job!
The gas gauge was broken it would move back and forth between almost empty and almost full whenever the truck would stop and go so it appears as if I over fueled the truck. The check gages indicator kept appearing and making a loud beeping noise. It also stalled a couple of times while driving.
Everything was good. I would not change a thing.

On 10/24/15, when I picked up the U-Haul truck I believe I spoke with Saul (?) and noted the contract showed the gas level at 3/8 of a tank, vs. the actual gas level of ¼ of a tank. Saul marked the contract at ¼ of a tank, initialed, and told me to leave it in the truck, which I did. I drove 77 miles and put about 8 gallons of gas in the truck, before I returned it, leaving a ¼ of a tank in the truck. When I received the bill today, there is a $20.90 charge for gas and now I have to wait a few days for your billing mistake, and take my time to deal with this, not good and I will let others know if this is not corrected. More pleasant staff, offer specials, ensure bills are correctly charged. I was erroneously overcharged when the system clearly showed that I returned the truck with more gas than I took it with.
Offer to rent me a lock, not just add'l. insurance.

it was very fast and the online check in is a very good idea. I came in early and was pleasantly accommodated even though my reservation was two hrs later...thank you everyone at u-haul
first my reservation was moved to a store 20 miles further than i originally requested. this raised the mileage and my cost. and then when i got the truck to my house i had seen cockroaches running along the back door and bumper when we opened the door the truck was infested with roaches. i called customer services to inform them and they were very apologetic but the damage was still done. i am very disappointed with this whole situation and i do use uhaul regularly but now i may think twice. this whole experience cost me more money and time than i expected with the extra miles, gas and bug spray ,

The worst experience I've ever had with the rental company -- truck broke on the 10 freeway and I was stuck with two minors for over 45 minutes while sitting on the second lane at 3 PM. Called roadside assistance for a tow truck that left without taking this off the freeway. Sat for 4.5 hours and all perishables were damaged in the 110° weather. Spoke with the manager, they recommended either to pay the tow truck or simply have the U-Haul impounded by CHP and I should pick up my belongings 48 hours after. I will never use you all again; EVER AGAIN!
When I picked up Uhal the man at the counter said there was 3/8 gas in the truck. During the inspection of the truck it was discovered by myself and the man inspecting the truck that there was ONLY 1/4 of gas in the tank. This information was never changed/updated in the computer system. When I returned the truck with 1/4 gas, I was accused of not bringing the truck back with enough gas and was going to be charged the difference. After 20 minutes and several calls to upper management I was not billed the difference.

It appeared the trailer I rented was previously used to haul mulch, it had debris inside and outside the unit. I returned the trailer cleaner than I received it. I did make a note on the paperwork it was dirty. Other than that no issues with the unit or service. It says on the paperwork if you return the trailer/truck and it's not clean you will be charged extra and the staff will clean it. Apparently this rule is not followed by some and not enforced by management.
The guy at drop off was super nice, and the whole process took less than five minutes before we were on our way back to our new assortment.
There was dirt and debris from the previous rental inside the trailer...not a big issue but noticeable. Also theremember were some computer issues or something while checking out the person ahead of me, causing a delayed rental. I waited over 15 minutes while it was resolved. Again, not a big issue for me but could cause others to not return.
There is always an issue with you guys. I told every representative I spoke to, that I needed the truck for 2 days. There was complications. I had a hitch installed by uhaul, and I have had nothing but trouble from the wiring harness. You guys did a sloppy job. And I would actually like it all done again, Properly. And with ZERO missing parts from my NEW vehicle. I absolutely HATE that when I call a specific uhaul location, it redirects me to an OFFSITE operator. Or that useless 800# They can't tell me what really is available near me, nor help me. They are always wrong according to the ON SITE employees. I'm actually convinced that at least 1/2 of them don't even input anything as they say they are. You guys don't communicate well with each other and each location I've been to is understaffed. All these have created huge inconveniences and extra money to me. Which then directly effects my family and everyone who has to help me. Get it together. Call me when you have a solution.

Quicker drop off/ return would be better
the facility is perfect the employees are great the only issue I have is the homeless people who like to camp out in the restroom it`s kind of creepy

Gave me the wrong trailer number. When returning it I came to find out I was charged a wrong destination fee because the trailer that was assigned to me actually was in a completely different city. I waited over 45 mins for issue to be resolved and refund back to my card.
Everything was swell. Smooth as possible too.

The truck was not in the best condition ( sun visor holder was broken on the driver side and the piece holding the visor fell off suddenly during the drive)
They take along time to attend to the customers. I accidently left two pieces of sofa frame in the truck, when I called the number, I was told an email was sent to the store and that they would call me immediately and that they wouldn't throw away anything without contacting my first. They never called me, and when I got there, they had already thrown my rails in the trash. Not acceptable. Obviously, the rails weren't trash.

They are very shady there. They guy tried to get me to sign saying the truck had a 1/2tank when picked up. There was less than a 1/8. He initialed the carbon slip but never changed it on the computer. Like he said. There was a dent in the side skirt that I pointed out. He said don't worry about it. I made sure he notated it. I also had to add 2gts of oil because it was so low. Also the power steering wasn't working properly. That store needs to be looked at by corporate. They don't care about there customers. They only worry about making a buck..
Whatever truck I was driving needs to be retired. This was the most uncomfortable driving experience I've ever had.
This U-Haul has been very dependable for us. We appreciate their professionalism
The facility is clean and well organized. It also provides 24-hour access to storage, so it can`t get any better or more convenient than that!

Windshield was so dirty that it was difficult to see out of. Because the truck was so high, it was doffocult to clean properly. Luckily, the wiper washer fluid was able to clean most of the windshield. Having an extremely dirty windshiels is a safety hazard. Check in was quick and easy once there was a customer service rep available. On a busy day, with more than a couple of people checking in, wait time could be long even with a pre-check in (online) reservation and information form filled out. The area where we were insrructed to leave the vehilce after hours was full so we had to park outside of the designated area. I guess this was not a problem because we never heard anything from the facility.
This was my first time renting a U-Haul. GREAT experience, fast, easy and convient!
I feel I was over charge I drove less than 100 miles I spend $ 55 on gas, car motor seems that was going to brekdown anoying motor sound noise the whole time
Make sure the trailer hitch is assembled properly. The hitch ball nut came off in transit
The truck broke down, we had people at our home to help unload, they all left and we had to unload, just my husband and I. The Ontario Store people were awesome.
More employees than just two or three. It was a busy day.

the truck that I was originally rented, well as I git on the freeway the mirror went flying, for for fortunately I saw it hit the freeway and not some other vehicle, shame on your company to allow a piece of ---- vehicle leave your lot, the sad part was that as soon as I got in the truck I called someone to tell them that you had giving me the worse rental truck I had ever seen, I hope you don't make it a practice to rent unsafe trucks to customers where innocent people could be hurt, to tell you how disappointed I was would be a great understatement, I would love to know who passed and certified that truck,
I had to calll customer service because you failed to complete the closeout. I am awaiting receipt of refund of $107 charged erroneously. I pray you settle this issue quickly as promised.
Customer service was poor, as front desk staff and checking in staff were not friendly nor helpful. They also forgot to load our dolly, which we had to drive all the way back to get, with no sympothy or apology from the front desk or the owner.

The uhaul employee asked me if i would use a smaller truck at a discounted rate.. i reserved the truck a week in advance for a reason. The truck i rented was completely empty of gas. Barley made it to the gas station to put gas in before i even get a box lifted. Truck ran like crap. Door had to be slammed shut to close all the way . Gas gauge did not work correctly and a buzzing sound would go off every 5 minutes. Very disappointed with this experience i had today . Considering a different company for my next rental.
There was no dolly in back of truck! They didn't even check for me.. Gave me wrong pick of time when they weren't even open yet! Very unorganized
Was very satisfied with the service this location provided. they not only provided the equipment i reserved earlier, but answered my questions on alternatives and provided a tour of the equipment that was available.

The trailer was old and damage side n front rails bend up to 7 inches to the inside of the trailer making hard to loaded the trailer . P.S why we paid insurance if the equipment we rent is going to be damage.

Only thing this location lacked was 24/7 access. I would have stayed if it had it. But great staff, helpful and friendly. One of the best Haul locations anywhere.
After 4 years I closed my storage bid. Within that time the price increased multiple times to the point were I had to close it.
I put my things in storage 6 years ago and never returned until I emptied it out. My computer n hardware were missing. All that was left was the side cover for the computer

Waited in line for over forty minutes to get my storage! No cart upstairs and was told by your employee that he would get one, but as soon as he left I never saw him again.. Parking was pathetic.

We had a water leakage and our things ended up wet and had mold growing on it. Fortunately, the manager was helpful in getting us information to file for an insurance claim.
Weekday hours are very convenient but their weekends hours should be more available because those are the days people choose to move in or out more often. Other than that it was all great.

need better access to top storage
The unit was infested with giant roaches and mold and mildew, my things are ruined.
u need an elevator access for us older people I was mislead in when I made reservation that I would have a space downstairs it was 2 small lockers
2nd floor entrance to rooms there is a beam that one has to duck in order to get to the rooms. i find it an inconvenience dangerous especially when moving large furniture.
ALL OF THE STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS.
This facility was excellent till i was cleaning out. My explination will be in an email, was too long for box. i guess the employees only focus when the manager is around.

I had a very unpleasant experience. My delivery scheduled for Friday,never arrived. I was on hold for over 70min and the day it was finally delivered, it was late again with no call.
The problem there was the low ceiling entry into my area. Bumped my head twice over the time I stored my stuff there--the first bump was concusive so feel that is something that should be amended!
When I rented the truck, the fuel was only 1/4 full. I had expected the truck to be fully fueled.

The information I received about free storage was misrepresented, only allowing one of the smallest second story storage spaces available for me to rent.I did not appreciate the service.
