The agent and I inspected the trailer and neither of us noticed a screw to the door latch was missing. I discovered it when I was about to load.
Your customer service is terrible. You locked the doors and left a family with children to fend for themselves with a truck that had a blown radiator due to your mechanic's inexperience. You lied to us telling us that the mechanic could use parts from another truck and that we would be reimbursed for the gas we had just put in the truck.

The trailer I was assigned was old and in poor condition. When I got it home I tried to patch holes in the top. Even so it rained before we could unload and some of our things got wet.
Fix the gas gauge on the truck.
The problem with this location is that it is to small to handle all the trucks there. There is also only two to three people working the counter when there is a high customer rate.. U-Haul really needs to increase the size of this location soon. Because of people not knowing where they need to return the trucks, customers pull the trucks up and block the entire area that does not allow any other customers to enter the site and they are lined up down the public road.
More staff to reduce wait time.
I am always over charged for the use of the u-haul. When you talk to service center and they are to make a note of something so you are not charged it is never done. So a person winds up paying double the amount. Poor communications on their end.
David Garcia and his team have always been very helpful and accommodating. However, this time the trailer on my contract was not the trailer hitched to my car. The reservation was sent to another location, and UHaul claimed they called me when they had not called me. Shaun Walsh sorted all of this out, and in the rush, hooked the wrong trailer (right size and everything) but wrong trailer number onto my vehicle. It created some minor confusion when I turned the trailer in at UHaul in Scottsdale.

I think having a truck with working gauges is a priority. This didn't happen with me. Because of my gauges not working properly, I paid for 19 gallons of gas when I only drove 16 miles. $70 in gas for 16 miles...but they're not responsible for over-filling!
The wait was long and only one person doing everything. You need more register workers and more people to inspect and finalize deals.
I have a pending complaint with this location. The computer showed that the tank was at a half but when myself and the manager of the location inspected the vehicle it was at 7/16th and he saw this as well I returned the van at this level and was still charged to put the tank at a half. The next issue that I am having is I rented the van on June 30th and it was due back by 9 a.m. the next morning. So I came into the store at 8:30 on July 1st but the store was crammed full of people so I took the key and contract to the manager and told him I was running late to work and if it was ok to leave the key and contract with him and he could get it checked in. Well today I got my receipt in my email they had charged me the extra gas as well as saying that the van was not returned until July 2nd. Meaning that over all they charged me an extra $30 for the rental then should have been authorized. I hope that they fix this issue quickly but at this moment I am not happy with U-Haul at all right now.
Parking was almost non-existent due to returned U-Haul trucks being all over the place.
The employee who helped us "Shaun" was tremendous. He helped us with an unexpected complication, which helped us get on our way.
The man named "Pope" was very accommodating. The track was in nice shape.
just a few that I used but I was charged $30 for fuel that I didn't use. The vehicle was not topped off when I got there and I had to replace the fuel that was used. It's usually 2 quarters of a tank it was only one quarter of a tank. I just won't use this service anymore.

The person that checked in the trailer that I rented failed to do the proper inspection. It was out of brake fluid and had lights that were out. It also had a bad wire connection that got me pulled over by the cops. Evey thing was fixed except the faulty wires which couldn't be diagnosed until after it got dark and the wires shorted out. I would defiantly recommend the people that worked on the trailer to a friend but not the person that inspected the trailer I used when it was returned.
There were signs that said there was an elevator and there isn`t an elevator. It was difficult to get our furniture upstairs to move in and downstairs to move out.

Nothing really. The 2 young men at the front counter Cody and Brendan were extremely professional and very knowledgeable and whoever trained them really knew what he was doing. Due to their input and experience they really made turning in my truck and AT very smooth and stress free indeed. I highly recommend this UHAUL location to anyone in the Pueblo Colorado location cause they rock!!!!!
This was not my original drop off location. I tried dropping off my rental same day to Mullets which is supposed to be 24 hour drop but we were unable to locate drop box. I paid people to unload me the same day cause I needed to leave town but was delayed due to no drop box. I had to make arrangements to take truck to another location. A bit frustrated with sll the extra running around I had to do.
I originally contacted uhaul via landline at 8 am, I was told that i would get a call within an hour to confirm my reservation and it never happenned. Complete nightmare.
I am very upset I went to get the trailer it was so dirty we were on a very tight scheledule so we couldn't go clean it out every bit of my luggage got horribly dirty I am extremely upset my daughters cap and gown had dust all over it .I realize it is a argo trailer but it should have been swept out and sprayed out as dirty as it was I had to pay 100 dollars for 4 days,i only needed it for one day .I returned it the next day so I don't think its fair that I was charged so much I don't think I will use uhaul again I paid too much for a very dirty trailer now I have to have all my luggage cleaned.
Shaun was a FANTASTIC rep! We were unable to get the size we needed so we had to make 2 trips. Shaun worked with us so we wouldn't pay so much in extra mileage! GREAT experience! :-)
Your employees were not very organized and lacked professional customer service. No apologies or not having paperwork together and having record of monetary deposit. I will not use a uhaul again
When someone makes a reservation for a certain truck at a certain location dont wait till the person shows up to tell them you gave it to someone else and now has to drive 11 miles out then 11 miles back n charge them mileage for the business mistake. They were rude laghed in my face and then when I called to speak to the manager they told me to get a life and hung up. My lawer will be contacting your business
national number said there is no pickup in canon city or Florence Colo. I found out there was a pickup uhaul in Florence had to gp 30miles to get pickup when one was onlt 3 miles away
The employees at the freeway location were great. I wish i could say the same the three customer service reps i was tryiing to deal with. I was so misinformed at every turn. Rudeness not given correct information. They did not seem to be train enough.
I requested a 17' truck over a week in advance because I knew that was what I needed. Only a 14' truck was provided, and no real effort was made to obtain a 17' truck at that point. The stuff being moved was barely fit in. I will not use U-Haul again for this reason,
Very good customer service. Nothing I saw needs improvement, but I was only there for a few minutes.
I am not a big UHaul fan...however, this location has been pleasantly different than other UHaul experiences. I have rented from this location now 3 times and everything went well all 3 times. The 2 guys at this location are helpful and take their jobs seriously.
The staff was very professional, helpful, and answered all of my questions. I upgraded the rental, and added some more options. They were located on North Freeway in Pueblo and I have used their location in the past and will be a continued customer. Good job.
They're not willing to work anything out with a customer the truck gas gauages are not accourate and overally priced

When we turn in the car carrier before turning in the truck also. We needed to unload the truck without the car carrier attached. We received no receipt for the car carrier and when we called to have one emailed to us. We received no email.
We called back the next day about the receipt and the girl who answered was rude about it. We still did not get a receipt till we turned the truck in too.
You have done well in your customer service and provided us with professionalism and courtesy. I would use you again and recommend you to our friends.

Rent out trucks that are in good working order! We spent way too much on gas and oil for the truck, it had no power to climb hills, had the check engine light on after only 100 miles, oil pressure was very low even after adding two quarts of oil, there was a serious clanking noise when accelerating. We had to stay overnight in a motel because the truck didn't want to go any farther that night so that was an extra expense we did not have money for either. We spent in excess of $1,400 on this move and it ate up most of our budget for the rest of this month. We would like a refund of some of our excess costs associated with our truck rental and the stress of wondering if we were going to be stuck on the side of the road with a truck full of all of our belongings - I literally got sick to my stomach from the stress. Hard to get into, it stinks inside, its very small so not enough staff to help everyone.
The manager on duty took a phone call during the time he was dealing with me (we were almost finished with the rental transaction), and left me standing there for 15 minutes. Finally I asked another employee to assist me and he did. Then the trailer I rented had a bad sliding door that kept getting stuck, so I finally took it back 3 days earlier. It was like pulling teeth to even have $15 taken off my bill for this problem. It was the same manager on duty that dealt with me tonight and he was not very kind, but finally did give me $15 off my bill. I was not able to finish my move due to this problem. I am very, very disappointed in my treatment and the poor equipment. I will just hire Two Men and a Truck to finish the job. :(
The service and amount of time it took me to get the truck were excellent and the employees were very knowledgeable and friendly.
The worker was very unfriendly & took a very long time to figure out his job, but was rude & authoritative rather then nice about it. I just rented another truck from your competitor due to this terrible customer service.
Our truck had some problems. There was a short and the lights stayed on causing the battery to die. Once we got the truck started again it would not go into gear. We were not compensated for our trouble which was upsetting.
I explained the problems I had encountered with the rental truck before they did the post rental check. They noted these for repair and thanked me. I really enjoy using this location.
When we reserved 17' rental on Thurs. we explained to the sales associate that we would need the truck until Sat afternoon. He said no problem. When I went Fri morning to get the truck, I was told to return it by 3:00 that day!!!! I told the nice man that was not the arrangements. He set me up with a 14' instead of a 17' and I told him I would return it by closing on Sat. When I returned the truck, I was going to be charged for 3 days instead of 2 as scheduled. Thank goodness I showed him the confirmation for 7:00 instead of 3:00.
I will NEVER mention this location EVER again to anyone. This was the WORST experience I have EVER had with U-Haul!!!! You need to train your employees on customer service!

I called and explained I was running a few minutes late. The person on the phone told me that was fine. However, after only being 20 minutes late, I was charged for an other full day.
Never received a receipt and now they want to charge me for one
Stores in MI and CO were good. waited the max possible time. TOTALLY UNNACCEPTABLE! 14 DAYS OF SLEEPING ON THE FLOORS! took us 23 hrs to arrive! Very poor delivery! Very dissatisfied with the drivers!

Personnel at this U-Haul office are professional, friendly, helpful. I appreciated always getting a printed receipt for any payment or reservation.
Not enough staff for as traffic comes in. Things need to be explained better so there are not any surprises when you pick up your reservation.

While renting my storage unit they had closed out my unit without me even being present and gave me flack when I returned to enter my unit. I`m very displeases with the management of this facility.
Storage units were totally inadequate. Access is restricted by small doors and narrow hallways. After arrival, I had to scramble to find a real storage space somewhere else.
staff have no clue what they r doing I paid up front 2 mon of storage got email with late fee. Was fixed was over charged took 2 mon to return the over charge fees by discount the rentaltruck
No lights in the storage room and overhead lights in the corridor were out

The Ubox arrived with only 2 functioning closures, and it did not arrive on time.

All was fine. You just need larger climate control storage units. Most of my furniture had to be laid on its side.
They were very patient and understanding with our animals that had to be there while we unload.

So many things went wrong in Pueblo and Santa Rosa that I can`t tell you all of them in 200 char.
Manager Ken Walker in Pueblo was a bright spot working issues with us.
Haven`t received our u-box yet. I have called to inquire on our delivery several times and have gotten no helpful information.

For storage the females were great. Tailer was more Pueblo. I went to Ft. Carson to get a trailer for $267.00. Pueblo wanted to charge me $487.00 one way to Memphis, Tn
The store seems very disorganized. When I spoke with a clerk on the phone I was told one price while in store I was charged a higher price. The customer after me also had issues with the service.
We have been charged way over $200 and can`t seem to get it fixed.

I never received a bill and paid a week late. I was embarassed when UHaul contacted the person I listed as a reference. I also did not have my bill prorated when I left before the month was out.

Every time I thought it was resolved and there was a note in the computer, there was another threatening email. I`ll never use UHaul again because of the endless pain it was to get anything resolved.
The facility was clean and organized. However, my experiance with the van rental portion of my move would preclude me from ever using U-haul in any manner in the future.
I was not told the units had very low ceilings. I was told I had rented a 10X20 unit, but was given 2 10X10 units. I had to rent an additional unit in Boulder, our final destination.

The recent change from having two locks on each unit is a mistake. Lockers are no longer nearly as secure now anyone can enter when the outside is unlocked.

You need to better staff your stores and it is kind of hard to get large things into those storage units. Say, your entertainment center, because you just moved your house...
My payment date is the 15th Paid in full Nov 15 closed the unit out on Nov 19th and was still charged the full month!! Never Again.
