Mileage was not calculated at return as previously indicated at pickup. I had previously rented at North Fort Myers location and had 100 miles free per day as well. Even on prior to rental phone calls it was explained as “ maximum of $80 a day or .49 cents a mile. Will likely use a car rental Company in the future.

The after-hours drop off lanes should be restriped. I left my vehicle parked against your building last week while renting for a few days, and when I returned the truck late in the evening, there were multiple trucks backed up directly behind the parked cars which made it impossible to leave. I had to wait two hours until another person came and moved their car before I could leave the lot. If the drop off lines were repainted, I believe this would eliminate the issue.

I did not really want to buy one but was forced to get it. This was really annoying and inconvenient. They should have had the equipment ready and in the truck. Moving day is stressful and we didn't have time to make other arrangements. You would think a company the size of U-Haul would have plenty on hand!

Terms were clear. Return check out was professional, efficient. I went into the store only to get a receipt. The team at the counter were confused, tense and unable to be as friendly. The gentleman woh gave me teh receipt was professional, but no one else was. I suppose he is holding teh rest of the team together. It wasn't as pleasant for me as was pick up. I am sure it is a great stress on that team in the afternoon. They need more training and support.

When they finally found me another unit, it was 30 dollars more and they refused to match the price of my other unit even though it was their fault. I will never use U-Haul ever again.

That is the only reason I canceled my unit- poor communication skills & excuses from the manager and staff on why they don’t answer the phone.
