The woman working there failed to check in the car hauler and I was threatened with late fees. She was pleasant for the most part, so it’s not an issue with her professionalism.

Me were late on our unit a couple of times but there were times when our unit was locked for the entire month cause we couldn’t get a hold of anyone in office. And the codes didn’t work and the doors didn’t work. We had to have multiple people come out to let us in due to maintenance issues. And then when returning our U-Haul the people were very rude to one another and overly stressed out. Idk about my experience I’d like to say it was good but it was very stressful

Had rat droppings, smell of urination on my items and signs of nesting in my unit. Upon leaving the location the check engine light came on the rental 26 ft truck causing concern the entirety of the travel across to another state.

Don't have any negative comments about this place. They are very accommodating and friendly. They go out of their to give great customer service. I live 4 hours away and rented a trailer from them and they made sure my visit was perfect.

Second visit to pick up a trailer. The employees there are awesome and very helpful. They even go outside with you to help you hook up and check your lighting. Definitely recommend these guys to anyone.

The equipment appeared awesome. Within 100 miles it became obvious it was not. 14 harrowing hours and transferring the load to another vehicle we were on our way. The store and people were awesome. The truck. not.

There were no tail lights on vehicle or flashers. When I called about it a representative ask me if I checked the fuses? What? U Haul is responsible for renting a safe vehicle I told her. I would appreciate so reimbursement as we had to follow the vehicle close bc I f no tail lights. Very upsetting driving at night in the dark. Feel free to call me Monday (402) 720-3533

My rental agreement stated 1/4 tank of gas, which was incorrect. I had luckily taken a picture before I left the facility but when I called to dispute the charge the representative initially tried to give me grief regarding the rental agreement until I submitted the proof via email. They corrected the charge on the account as they should but had I not taken the photo I would have been charged an additional $52.57 for the fuel.

Management was friendly and helpful, but unit was way more pricey than what it was worth. Very poorly lit; light from the hallway didn't reach into the unit. A single stretch of lights over each row of units could easily be installed at low cost. Access after office hours would have been nice too.

The staff was less than enthusiastic and seemed to be on something. The young lady that helped me seemed annoyed that she had to perform the function of her job. I can’t imagine this being a high demand job but moving is a stressful time and a little smile and thanks for coming would go a long way.

Tire & wheel came off trailer. Left me stranded - had to leave car. They moved car but still charged me. Break down cost me sale of the car. Had to take off work and go back to get it

I was charged twice even though I paid too reserve it days ago. Mentioned it to the lady and she said they wouldn’t charge me twice. Turns out you have lying ass employees because I did get charged twice.

Container actually arrived early. It was mounted on a trailer for pickup when I artived. It was absolutely the best way to ship items from Nebraska to Washington State. I highly recommend this approach!

The hours that i could get into my storage unit were hard when you work until 6 pm Monday thru Friday. It only give you an hour during the week to be able to access your unit. I kept papers that were needed and it was hard to get them before a Saturday. Other than that , the service was good. Not sure the employee's but a young gentleman, couldn't have nicer or helpful.

Accessing my storage before 7pm wasn’t always convenient. I wish the hours were later. I was disappointed to see there wasn’t a recycling bin. That could be a good earth friendly choice!

Your hours of being open needs to be later most people don't get off work til 5 then only have til 7:30 to move stuff or access the unit needs to b til 9:30 or 10.

Your ramp was to steep with no anti-slip markers on the concrete. A little dangerous in the Winter when using the ramp with wet shoes and cart.

Overall I had a very positive experience here. The only reason for four stars is because upon moving out I noticed lots of large dead bugs (mostly crickets) in my unit and on my things.

The ramp leading up to the next Floor is so slippery especially while Pushing heavy carts. I’m surprised there aren’t any grip strips or traction of Some kind.
