They were able to make an adjustment to my reservation (switching a car tow for a trailer) which was nice. I requested a bigger truck at the time of the reservation but it was too late. I would have liked if they had been more informative about my options but they did what they were supposed to do at least.
It took 2 days to process return the miles was incorrect poor customer service will not use uhaul again
The owner was there and provided the services. Outstanding customer service, good quality equipment. I don't see any need for improvement. This location came highly recommended by my daughter. I will certainly contract there again. Will recommend the location to anyone needing a rental, or supplies.

The location was fine but your appointment service was terrible. I made a phone call asking for a reservation to rent a 10 foot truck yesterday. (05/17/2015) for the reservation, we gave a credit card, and an email address. when we got there there was no truck, no reservation, no card, no email and no available vehicles except a van. This ended up costing us more due to limited space. Please make an effort to not let this happen again. This was a costly hassel that I didn't want to deal with.
A little pricey at $104 for 55 miles. Other than that, everything was fine. Want to give a shout out to Stephanie who took my reservation over the phone and to the gentleman who did the paperwork when we picked up the truck. Both were very professional and courteous.
Manager was very helpful and pleasant.

Staff member on pick-up and drop-off was professional and courteous although it was busy with other clients on both occasions.This location is great for me, so I'm very happy it is there and that making the reservations is so easy. Keep up the good work.

Overland didn't have trailer I needed and recommended me to U city. I was a little concerned about going to the U city location, but Larry was great. Very personable and great service. Maybe I shouldn't, but I have to say that part of my apprehension was due to the black and white tensions in St. Louis lately. Being white made me all the more want to commend Larry for his service. People like Larry go a long way toward easing black and white tensions.
Man who checked me in was great! Also think the merchandising of dollie and blankets is a very smart move, bet they are used more times than not!! Will use this location again!!!!

Erica Norman is so nice. If I need to rent a U-Haul for me personally, I will drive across town passing up other stores to go to her store. Well managed!
I'm 63 year old man and they actually made me fold up the blankets I rented. Really? Also the fuel guage and the picture of the fuel guage for marking fuel use had the "E" and "F" on oposite sides making 3/4 full look like 3/4 empt. Thank the Lord my mileage was less the 10 miles because they insited that I used a 1/2 of gas and owed the more money. All of this made me extremely unconfortable
It was unclear to me that the rental of the truck was only for 6 hours. When I have rented in the past it was for the entire day and couldn't imagine a U-Haul truck needed for moving (the larger trucks) how they would ever be needed for less than 1 day. The website was could have done a much better job making that transparent. The 6 hours was mentioned as "typical move" or the average amount of time needed is 6 hours. NOT this truck you are renting is only for 6 hours. When I showed up the woman told me it was only for 6 hours because it was there peak season. I would think we are getting close to peak in the spring/summer and beginning of Fall but that was her justification. I had people lined up to help with the move and planned to have the truck all day. This was a shock but somehow managed to get it all moved. Luckily my move was close and I have amazing people helping me. Moving is stressful enough on everyone involved (including your team) please don't let this happen to someone else and make it more transparent. Perhaps a confirmation that they click on, or remove all the extra non-value added stuff that customers must click through to add a truck/trailer reservation to their cart. The extra's are distracting and irritating as people try to quickly click through those. The checkout process could be enhanced and I tried to call multiple times and no one answered as I would prefer to book over the phone/in-person vs internet because of these exact reasons listed above. Last thing, I was also told my truck must be back by 2:00 and that I couldn't extend that time and I couldn't rent another truck. However, I went online and saw an available reservation for 2:45 that I booked. I assumed this wasn't valid since the woman said there were not trucks available but it was valid as I had to cancel it to make sure I wasn't charged for another truck.

The persons in the morning when I checked the truck out where very good. However, the person (Brian H.) when I returned truck in at the proper time I was told to return the truck was extremely rude and pushy. I did remained calm and just wanted to review the travel mileage before I completed payment but he refused and I had to get a satisfactory answer from whom I believed was the shift manager.
Everyone there was excellent -- friendly, quick service and almost new truck.

This is my second time renting a truck from this location. Both times I had a great experience. The place is clean. (Including the updated restroom.) The trucks were clean and as advertised. The people were friendly. Reservation by phone was easy. Processing at pick-up and delivery was quick. Nothing but positives.
This place has several rude employees. They treat you like shit and act like they are going to be there until 6, so no reason to hurry.
On line check in made process much quicker. Without that, it took a while. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Make sure the miles driven are 100% accurate.
Some light inside the unit would be an improvement.
I filled up the van and realized that the van was not filled up. That was bit of a disappointment. I drove 15 miles and put in four gallons. But it looked full.
Also, Saturday morning was crazy busy and it only seemed that they had one person working at the desk. This seems to be very poorly staffed. That woman was working her tail off.
Pricing needs to be more visible on the website and the entire expected price needs to be understood up front on the website. I expected to pay $50 when it cost me more due to fees. $86 was my end cost with the cost of fuel.
Nothing everything was professional
When I came to return my rental, there was only one employee present and he was very busy. He informed me that he would email me my final charges and all I got was this survey. I would appreciate if I got an accounting of what I was charged and that people follow through on what they say.

Make sure the checkout is completely promptly. We rec'd a call 24 hours after we turned the vehicle in asking us when we would return the vehicle !?!? And they were rather rude about it. Not sure what happened on U-Haul's end as they said they would call us back with closure but never did. Later that afternoon (the day after we returned the vehicle) we finally rec'd our email receipt.
I could not do my job without Erica and Larry - they take good care of me! This location is the friendliest, most professional, and most efficient in St. Louis.
I reserved a car dolly, I called ahead to tell the employes I would be there before closing I drove over 50 miles, after getting there they said there equipment was broke after telling me the reservation department messed up the reservation, then mysteriously I got a call telling me to go back there the next day, I got the exact unit they claimed was broke less than 15 hours later, this was a inconvenience that cost me money and a customer, not happy at all!!
Everything is is good as is.
I had multiple schedule changes for my move-in date to my new apartment, stating from a later date to earlier. The uhaul reps I talked to over the phone were very understanding and accomadating! And pick-up of the vehicle was easy and quick! Same with the drop-off of the vehicle. Over all.... A very pleasant experience!
The assistant manager Larry has very poor customer service skills and doesn`t know how to properly communicate with customers!
Erica and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and courteous. Next time I need a storage unit or truck rental, I will choose this location.

Hinges pried open, lock ruined. difficult to schedule pick up. Uhaul should check location of box storage as someone tried to break into mine. Strong lock worked, but lock ruined.

The layout of the place is terrible. Upper levels are accessed by a set of rolling stairs that block the rest of the corridor if in use.
I have stored here multiple times and the experience has gotten better every time. If I ever need to store again, I will be back

Very unclear pricing/ unclear that storage unit upper level means a ladder is required, rather than elevator, etc., such that you have to pay a higher rate for a ground floor unit

The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions. It`s a bit wierd that my unit was on the second floor, but there were lots of carts to move all my stuff. Overall, things were ideal.

U ships key to an outofstate address but postage notice was never left. The key location was unknown to me for 2weeks. Erin 3143557920 was hard to reach. U wouldn`t cut the key off. Very inconvenient.

The move-in was easy. The move-out was just OK. When I went into the store for checkout, there was nobody present at the counter and I had to wait around 15-20 minutes.
The people were often not at the desk, but the storage unit wasn`t moldy and my stuff stayed relatively nice.
Overall it was a good storage facility
The storage unit was great, but a little warm my unit was on the 2nd floor but besides that, it was safe and clean the entire time I used it which was over 6 months.

I was frustrated to learn that the lock we had purchased for the truck could NOT be used for the storage room, forcing us to buy a second lock. Why require renters to purchase two different locks?

Initially, my experience was not favorable however, towards the end of my account, the manager extended a courtesy which was greatly appreciated. The lighting leaves much to be desired.
Lousy, expensive, why did i have to buy a lock when my own lock was better than u haul`s and had an insurance guarantee.
The rates deceptive. Access to the upper areas impossible. No lighting in lockers! No 24 hr. access.

The one complaint that I have is that I spoke with an offsight person that gave me wrong information. The customer should be able to speak with people at the facility.

Storage Banc has drive up access, 10x10 for $105. Overall a good experience.

Bill did not address the problem at hand. I had to get over insistent to get him to help me. I was livid I had paid 2 workers to retrieve my items and we had to come back twice time is money.

It said that we would have 24 hour access to the storage unit, but I guess the climate controlled portion closes by 7pm

I valued the items stored at this facility and they were maintained in the same manner.
Storage spaces are not secure.Someone cut the wire grating covering my unit,and stole a telescope.VCR,and three oil paintings.They also broke the glass in another picture and threw junk into unit.

Not air conditioned. Not enough dolly carts for such a large storage facility. Restroom not working. Too hard to get to our storage unit. We will not use this storage location again.

Closing at 7pm really limits the window for putting things in storage for those with jobs. I think it would be better to shift the hours to 8am-8pm or 9am-9pm.
The door of my unit is breaking so that the lock would be useless if someone wanted to break in.
