The paperwork they gave me said the gas tank was at 3/4. But didn't talk to me about that, or show me it on the contract. They just said to take a photo of the gas and mileage. The tank was right between half a tank and 3/4. So I had to go back to the gas station and fill up more, and check it, then put in more, and check it and then I put in too much. It was a very frustrating end to what had been a smooth encounter.

This made it difficult for parking and would seem to be a liability issue for U-Haul. Other than that, experience was good.

The maintenance man stated "Yea, it's time for a check up" After we called to tell them their vehicle pipe line busted (no engine light was on just a jerk noise and a lot of smoke) while on the E-way dropping it off. We was stranded IN TRAFFIC for an hour and was on the Eway for 3! That's insane and very unacceptable. Our lives was in stake & Uhaul could care less. I will tell EVERYONE to never get a Uhaul again.

You already took out the first 2 days. Then I added a 3 day for $64.36. Then my bank account is showing $212.07. When it should be only showing the $64.36 pending. NOT 212.07! I just moved into a new place and paid my RENT on the 2nd. You're holding my bank account hostage with the $212.07. I better not get overdrawn on this crap. Do your jobs right. I will tell people to watch their bank accounts. I was charged years ago for using the hand truck from the truck and I never use. But that was years ago. Too late to do anything about it.
