I had scheduled a couple rentals over a few day span for a move from two different location’s. I made reservations online a couple days ahead of time. I went the first day to pick up a cargo van went through the check in process online and went in to grab the keys. There were a couple women working inside whom I explained what was going on. The younger woman began to question why I had two rentals in a manner that I felt uncomfortable and slightly attacked. She then proceeded to tell me that they didn’t have a cargo van even though there were 2 there. She told me that there were no vans available. Then offered me a 26ft truck that I was planning to pick up the next day. I explained it was too big for what I needed to do. Eventually we settled on a 10ft truck. I was not happy with the way I was spoken to or didn’t understand why I had to be the one that didn’t get my rental, as though my reservation wasn’t the same as the other people who weren’t there. It was already 5:30pm. I was definitely not happy with the situation or the way I was spoken to by the U-Haul employee. I brushed it off and came back the next day to trade the small truck in for a 26ft truck. I was approached by a gentleman and explained what I was doing. He told me that he didn’t have the keys to the 26ft truck. He placed a phone call to someone and I overheard him explain that many sets of keys were misplaced. I could tell he was very stressed. I told him that I would just take the 20ft truck. He was very apologetic and sincere and I felt that he was only trying to make things right. I definitely received way better treatment from this gentleman than the girl from the night before. The only positive thing that I can say, is that I was able to extend my reservation. If I was unable to do that I would have lost a lot of my belongings, so that I am thankful for. Girl with the blue hair really needs to work on her customer service skills and making sure keys r put back where they should be for her fellow employees as I got the vibe she was the “boss” at the time. Will never understand why I, the customer who was there couldn’t take the van and the people coming later or whatever could have taken the 10ft truck.

The Hispanic man with glasses who worked at that location told me to “go somewhere else” because “I wanted to throw a little tantrum” and said this in front of a host of customers, humiliating me. I had not raised my voice or spoken inappropriately. I was attempting to navigate the differences between my reservation and what he stated was not available. His temper and disrespect was incredibly hurtful and disrespectful. He refused to identify himself, insisting “he was at the top” and allowed me to believe he was Miguel the general manager instead of owning his actions after I said I would be contacting customer service.

Josette FullerPoorly trained and stupid attendant. Thought a dirt spot on inside of truck was “oil”… didn’t have anything but clothes and glass dishes in the thing. Wanted me to pressure wash the truck or charge me! I roared and she gave me the stupid lecture on “check your truck before you drive away”… I DID and saw the dirt …so what? It’s a truck… not a table for food serving. I rubbed my finger on the spot… dry old dirt spot ..no oil smell even … makes moving even more miserable. Her boss was arrogant and rude so lousy experience!

It's like they had been 'cleaned' with a dirty rag. I had to clean all the windows, both inside and out, before driving the vehicle very far.

Appears that employees are allowed to park in spaces that should be reserved for customers. The trailer I rented had probably six used Kleenex in the back along with some other loose debris that blew out as I drove to my destination. The person working the counter when I checked in, appeared to be very knowledgeable about the process's, as she needed to explain information to another associate. She was however a total bitch and a half and very rude during the entire rental process, and while connecting the trailer to my vehicle. I will avoid this rental location for future needs, and will not recommend this location to anyone.

They were not as courteous as they could be upon my return and seemed confused by my contract. It seemed my contract was extended yet it wasn’t because the paper print out I have specifically said on the 19th; I was unable to return the truck on the specified time on 19th - however, when I called and spoke to a man who answered on the 18th and asked if I could return later on 19th I was told that it’s fine and no incurring charge would be rendered due to this. I couldn’t do it due to work obligations and time constraints. This is frustrating and now on my online banking it appears they wanna charge me in total over 200 dollars for two days and I brought it back with a full tank (after a slight misunderstanding there) and cleaned up the truck as is required. This is preposterous and absolutely ridiculous and I intend to speak with someone about this very soon. All of this has just added and compiled more stresses that I am already experiencing due to moving and they need to be professional and courteous to those giving them their business in a polite manner, I’m js because this is just bad-bad-bad. I wanted to discuss the blankets I had rented, but she would not stop and listen kept walking as I was trying to talk to her. I said " when you are ready to listen, I will talk to you. She then said "you are good to go". So I left. I do not expected to be charged for the blankets as she was not interested in hearing anything from me. I will not be using this location again.!
