For the money that’s paid to rent a Uhaul, a customer should never receive it as filthy as the truck I received on yesterday. The customer service was in between unprofessional and ghetto. I purchased a dolly and instead of it being put on the truck properly it was thrown on it and slid around the truck as I drove.

She could have told me that she was waiting on a return. I almost left without my truck because she didn't let me know exactly what was going on!

I was very surprised to find out that it is U-Haul policy to charge for two days regardless. and I also came to realize the drop off location closed at 5 instead of 9 or 10.

Couldn't even use the dolly but still had to drive all the way back with an empty dolly to avoid a fee for something U-Haul could have prevented. U-Haul is supposed to be for the average person that doesn't tow or haul a lot. Hard to give them that recognition when half the stuff you get doesn't work properly.

There was a leak in my storage unit and most of my belongings were ruined!!!!!!! The unit reeked of Mildew. Mold covered my furniture, luggage, shoes,and clothes it was awful!!!!! The staff at the location just gave me a number to call and said they have nothing to do with insurance claims!!!! There was no empathy or compassion, shown toward me, It actually could have helped me feel a little better about the situation, but, I guess it’s still just business as usual for them. Now, it’s not their fault my unit leaked, however, I will NEVER use uhaul again!!!!! On top of that, I had to get someone to haul all my ruined belongings to a dumpster for disposal.
