Great place to rent from!
Truck brakes were bad the truck smelled horrendous and before I left the oil light came on and he put 4 quarts of oil in the truck just to get oil to register on the dip stick
Overall it was nice and its convinient for shifting
Take the time to explain emergency brake operation and items on the dash.
I arrived 30 minutes prior to my scheduled time and I want to suggest clients be given the leeway on time even though I understand the system assigns the time the moment the contract is drawn up. Please let your customers know over they phone when making a reservation that you will be offered insurance and the additional cost if desired. overall my experience was excellent. I appreciated Justin's assistance and that of the office managers. The gentleman that assisted upon returning the truck was very nice as well. thank you again.
More parking space for private cars NO PLACE TO PARK had to walk across dangerous Chester Av and trying to enter the facility is bad travaling south because E 55 gets pretty busy other than those things the experience was average
I am very please, and plan on using it again shortly

I prefer that customer parking be available on the premise.
I received great courteous service, the young man was very pleasant and helpful. I always come to that particular Uhaul building for all of my moving needs and I highly recommend it.
This location was clean welcoming and professional. The location on east 55th at the Just Wireless store is a joke. My pick up time was clearly noted for 5:00 PM and when I arrived at 4:48 PM they were closed. They were to be open until 6:00 PM. And I would like some compensation for this unprofessional disregard for me as a customer.
The blanket bag and dolly are always in my way. They take up space where i need to place long structures. Other than that my experience with Uhaul is superior.

I rented a pickup truck for 19.95 + mileage. When I go check out I get additional $10 charge. The cashier said it was mandatory because the pickup is not U-Haul but a third party therefore I had to pay for insurance. I was surprised I was not told upfront and felt blindsided by the charge.
Mr Banks was very helpful and courteous. The truck drives well and we had no problems. Will recommend this location. Keep up the good work

The manger was very rude and not friendly at all.
The service rep was kind, professional, and very knowledgeable about the products. He also offered other products for my moving needs.
if you get there little early shouldn't be a problem getting your truck
moving is hard enough, the same things you ask of a customer you first and foremost make sure your giving.
Make sure the locks work on the back of the truck and make sure the employees explain what is wrong with the truck before paying for it. I was told it may not start sometimes and if that happen to put it in neutral.
The gentleman who checked in demonstrated A++ customer service and professionalism. Had me in and out and was pleasant all throughout despite the fact that I came in 15 minutes prior to closing. Answered all my questions and got me on my way. Service with a smile! A++

Nothing, the location took very good care of me...
Maybe additional help on the last day of the month. It was exceptionally busy and I was told that end of month rentals are always large volume.
The two people that were there were extremely accommodating and professional.
Don't know if that's possible.
The remodeled store looks great, the Dolly's were new and worked well, Andre Bankes made the process very easy and enjoyable, the person making the reservation was very nice and helpful as well.

I reserved a pickup with my credit card from Cleveland Hts. several days in advance. I went to pick it up on Friday and they said they did not receive their drop off and the only location that had them was e55th. This increased my distance for use. Cleveland Hts. said E 55th would discount my miles for inconvenience and additional use. The manager at East 55th told me Uhaul does not discount for any reason and if I liked to call your 1800#. Why would Cleveland Hts. tell me they would and your printed information said it would if I brought the truck back early... I brought it back 6 hours early(only had it for 2)/ no discount. Why NOTstand by GOOD SERVICE.
They did not explain all of the fees that were suppose to be applied and the customer service was very poor!! Rude for lack of a better word!!!!
Just felt a little rushed. We knew that 19.99 was the flat rate regardless of the return time for the day, however we were asked multiple times to try and return the truck before 3pm. When we were unable to, they asked to return before 5pm. We were able to make that deadline, however later realized/learned there was a late night drop off, which would have helped make us feel less rushed.
The truck could not fit a standard size refrigerator standing in it. The manager gave poor advice and I didn't get the fridge moved. Check engine light on also airbag light on. I was terrified driving and the manager refuses to refund me.
Staff and manager are always helpful. I rent several times/month during spring & summer and truck is always ready for me.
We dropped the trailer off after hours and had to go to a different location. I called the number and the gentleman texted me back within minutes with the other location.
It would have been nice to know this prior to going to the first location, but it all worked out.
Staff (lead by the GM) were not helpful not concerned with customer service. Thoroughly frustrated with this location.

My account was over drafted due to multiple/duplicate charges. Service reps were unable to tell me why, I recommend more training for employees. As well as giving me my damn money back!!!
Yes the young man on site was very helpful , i believe his name was Banks.
Although the gentleman behind the counter was great, other individuals on staff were sexist and juvenile at times.
Andre Banks was the best man you can ask for. our moving help "Randall called and changed location for me to this closer location". We had great price movers. They worked well with this location. Andre was more than helpful.

The guy outside was very nice. His hand held wasn't working so he had to send us inside. The guy inside was rude and not friendly.
Not the pickup location I requested. One I requested was in walking distance. Needed a driver and lost an hour driving to it. Then it did not have a dolly, wrong number of pads and directed me to wrong drop-off in Pittsburgh.

Sunday was a busy day and you just need more registers opened. That would help the lines move faster.

Make sure you have reserved items in stock. I reserved a furniture dolly when I moved and when I picked up my uhaul, they told me they were out of stock of furniture dollies. Said that someone stole one and another was rented out. So, you only have 2 furniture dollies? Then the guy tells me that I can buy one if I need one. EXCUSE ME?! Why would I buy one for more money than it costed to rent one, when YOU are the one who, for whatever reason, are out of stock. And the guy who checked me out seemed bored and disinterested, saying that he "just arrived to work and to bear with him". That's no excuse for poor customer service. Won't be going back there ever again and I'm going to tweet, Facebook, and Instagram my experience so that people know what they're getting into by going here. Moving is stressful enough, the moving company is supposed to make it less stressful, and in this case, they failed.

Complete service from beginning to end I was pleased Andre was professional and polite.
THE STAFF WAS NICE BUT DIDN`T KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON AND IT WAS UNPROFESSIONAL. PLUS I CALLED ASKING FOR A MANAGER AND WAS NEVER CALLED BACK.
I had to get my boxes at a time i was under a lot of stress. The staff was not just helpful, but they went beyond what was expected. I continue to recommend these services to anyone that will listen.
