Very good customer service
The Assistant Mgr helped me when I picked up the truck and he was amazing and helpful. I then ran into some trouble before dropping off the truck and Kareem, the Store Mgr completely exceeded my expectations! He was patient, kind and understanding. He was concerned about my situation and helped me out. The Asst Mgr. was concerned also. I will never go anywhere else! Thank you for awesome customer service! They need raises!!!
The truck I reserved wasn't there. So we used a larger one. It was ok since it was the same price.
justt keep doing a good job. I rented twice fro this location and the equipment is always there, it is always clean and they are quick

Everything was great save the bed lights not working. Employees were friendly and helpful.
4x8 trailer was horrible. Driver side tire was extremely low when I picked the trailer up. An employee filled it up because I mentioned it. While driving all the way from Denver to Seattle I had to stop numerous times to fill the same tire up with air. Did not feel safe at all. When I arrived in Seattle and opened the trailer it was filled with snow which ruined some of my personal belongings. $250+ for that is absurd!!
The guy that rented me the truck was supposed to include an appliance dolly. He failed to get it and I did not realize it until I got to my destination. Had to go back and get it. He stated he couldn't do anything about the rate and the extra miles that I had to drive and would leave a note for the Manager to resolve the next day. I received my invoice the next day to find nothing had been done to rectify this. Called the location and spoke to the manager, Kareem (sp?) and apparently no information was left regarding my inconvenience. He did, however, offered a discount to help offset the additional miles and inconvenience. That saved my experience from being poor to Above Average. Still would have been nice to get it right the first time and not have to even make a return trip and phone call to the manager.
a little more sesitivity to customers' time and also acknowledge each and every one that comes in, letting them knoiw you'll be with them in a minute.
The young man who checked me in did an excellent job overall and has very good customer relation skills.

The guy who was checking in/out the vehicles was excellent. It was busy but he gave excellent customer service and worked efficiently under pressure.
I had to drop off the u haul in a different location from the original given because there is no drop off after hrs in many u hauls. I had to guess how to drop the pick up trailer cuz there is no clear information at the location in the absence of uhaul personnel
The lot the place in Fort Morgan told me to drop it off was full and so the place I was supposed to drop it off told me to drop it off at this location instead. I didn't receive a phone call about the change and used up my time and my gas to do this. Very inconvenient. Very unprofessional. If I had dropped it off at the wrong location you would have charged me. When you mess up though, it's still on me. I guess next time it's Penske for me.
When I arrived at the Uhaul office, I found out that the point-of-sale system was not working. The employees of the office were incredibly helpful, acted quickly, and provided a tremendous amount of customer service to the handful of patrons waiting to complete their transactions. The two men working at the location were absolutely fantastic at taking care of a difficult situation and provided exceptional customer service. Because of this, I will be sure to use them again as well as recommend them to friends and family.
Long time user, last time I will use uhaul. 10 ft with no ramp, wasted my time, I needed the ramp. Appliance dolly was cheap. Staff not very knowledged.
Gentleman staffing the store that morning was very nice and handled the stress of many customers very well. Great job.
Steering out of alignment. Truck tracks to the side. Terrible the to drive.
Gas was said to be at 1/2 tank. When I left it was actually 1/4 of a tank causing me to pay for almost $20 of gas for Less than 15 miles of driving . Other than that
I use this location frequently I should get frequent user discounts sometimes as an appreciation for the business ( Big tooth grin followed by a raised eyebrow look goes here)
I was scheduled to pick my truck up at 7200 e. colfax at the 7-10 mart their hours said 8am when i got there at 9:15 am they still werent open i ended up having to go to another location and had to drive a bigger truck. Definitly not happy with 1st location
Rented a dolly. Got home no dolly. Asked to take mileage off so I could drive back and get it. Lost an hour of time with a paid move crew. When I picked up I had to ask a homeless man to leave me alone because staff never stepped in although it was obvious. Let kids run a store and you'll get this.

Everybody drops equipment in Denver and this location was very helpful, expeditious and friendly even though they had to make room for me after the original location said that they, too, did not have room to accommodate a return. A very nice drop experience and this is not my first time renting U Haul trailers.
Great service -- quick and easy. My trailer had mud on the exterior, but it didn't create any problems.

Kareem was AWESOME and was literally my hero in such a nightmare of a move. Moving Helpers and the moving company that they contracted with is what made this move such a nightmare.

Mark, the manager here is a Grade-A douche-bag and should go back to the food service industry for the level of ineptitude and poor service we received there with our last move. Do not go here.

Been charged not told.Still waiting to be refunded $1680.Waiting 4 receipts.Box was smaller, had to use 2 instead of 1.Staff seemsfriendly, but nothing gets done.NO communication.No recommend.
