We were treated very courteously and professionally. The manager was well informed and able to answer all of our questions. The truck was ready to go at the appointed time.
Okay...I must admit I was not pleased when I walk into the store and found approx. 9 customers in front of me waiting to be helped and I thought, "Boy am I glad I'm taking care of all of this paperwork now rather than waiting when I pick up the the truck later today."
Amazingly, the gentlemen at the counter were in complete control. Upon my entering, they acknowledged me and apologized for being so busy but that they would be with me as soon as possible.
I found a seat, sat down and witnessed some of the best customer service I could ever imagine.
The clerks (Kareem, and Kareem) were like a finely oiled machine: While in the middle of transactions with customers at the counter, Kareem #1 acknowledged a customer that walked in after me and immediately suggested he could send her an email receipt due to them being a little busy. The customer said she would wait. Kareem #1 went back to his task at hand at the register just as Kareem #2 was finishing up with his customer, shot a glance at the Lady that needed a receipt, confirmed her needs and executed the printing in the same moment he acknowledged the next customer in line, without missing a beat, began processing the next customer a the counter, turned momentarily to pick up the newly printed receipt, presented it to the lady with a smile and thanks for her business, then seamlessly completed his transaction with the customer at he counter.
This process continue flawlessly until I was the only person left in the store (Kareem #1 had stepped out to the lot fro retrieve trucks) when Kareem #2 returned to his register and asked me if I knew if I arrived prior to the Man at the propane tank waiting for assistance. I gladly conceded to let him take care of the man at the tank due to the fact that I did not really know if I was first or not, but I did know that I had time to wait. Kareem #2 did not just slip calmly around the counter and out the door, but purposely jogged out the door to help the man waiting outside.
Within minutes, Kareem #1 returned in the same urgent manner into the store and proceeded to help me with my rental arrangements.
Everything went so smoothly and efficiently. I only waited a mere 10 minutes or so.... I had to say something nice to the manager. I found out that Kareem #1 was indeed the area manager. He modestly thanked me and pointed out that there would be an opportunity to say something in this rating email that I would receive after the return of the truck.
Having said that…..The courtesy and efficiency of both Kareem's was exceptional and is what I believe is missing in business today.
They maintained a pleasant attitude even when the customers were piling up. They exemplified an enthusiasm that was contagious and felt by everyone they served. As a customer, if you had to wait, you felt you were the most important thing at hand when it came your turn.

Was very disgusted with the customer service we received here on several levels. Though we were the only people in the store we were treated as a huge inconvenience. When were about to receive keys to the truck we were made to wait while employees has an non-work related conversation. Unknowledgable kids running the whole operation. Uhaul was filthy and poorly maintained.
Manager and other employee working went above and beyond. Great service.
The staff was courteous and efficient. The parking lot was a little bit congested but otherwise everything went well with my truck rental pick up and drop off.
They were very nice and since they weren't busy they said I could keep the van until closing!
It would be helpful if all the staff were properly informed/trained on how the labor portion of the website works. I was very frustrated with one staff member who obviously did not know anything about this other than it is a "separate service". When I picked up my rental, I believe the assistant manager helped me and explained how the payment option worked.

The Assistant Mgr helped me when I picked up the truck and he was amazing and helpful. I then ran into some trouble before dropping off the truck and Kareem, the Store Mgr completely exceeded my expectations! He was patient, kind and understanding. He was concerned about my situation and helped me out. The Asst Mgr. was concerned also. I will never go anywhere else! Thank you for awesome customer service! They need raises!!!
The truck I reserved wasn't there. So we used a larger one. It was ok since it was the same price.
justt keep doing a good job. I rented twice fro this location and the equipment is always there, it is always clean and they are quick

Everything was great save the bed lights not working. Employees were friendly and helpful.
4x8 trailer was horrible. Driver side tire was extremely low when I picked the trailer up. An employee filled it up because I mentioned it. While driving all the way from Denver to Seattle I had to stop numerous times to fill the same tire up with air. Did not feel safe at all. When I arrived in Seattle and opened the trailer it was filled with snow which ruined some of my personal belongings. $250+ for that is absurd!!
The guy that rented me the truck was supposed to include an appliance dolly. He failed to get it and I did not realize it until I got to my destination. Had to go back and get it. He stated he couldn't do anything about the rate and the extra miles that I had to drive and would leave a note for the Manager to resolve the next day. I received my invoice the next day to find nothing had been done to rectify this. Called the location and spoke to the manager, Kareem (sp?) and apparently no information was left regarding my inconvenience. He did, however, offered a discount to help offset the additional miles and inconvenience. That saved my experience from being poor to Above Average. Still would have been nice to get it right the first time and not have to even make a return trip and phone call to the manager.
a little more sesitivity to customers' time and also acknowledge each and every one that comes in, letting them knoiw you'll be with them in a minute.
The young man who checked me in did an excellent job overall and has very good customer relation skills.
