Had to wait 30 to 45 minutes for them to "find" the trailer I reserved online. The trailer was sitting in the parking lot but was not available to the agent in the computer. The U-Haul employee was great but the U-Haul reservation system is a joke! All the time I spent entering information online while I made the reservation was wasted, we had to do everything over. Also, after making the reservation online I received a VM telling me that the location I selected to pick up the trailer had been changed to a location 30 miles away. Shortly after the VM I received a text saying the pick up location had changed again. I've reserved a number of trucks and trailers using the U-Haul online system and it's always been fine - this was out of control. Extremely frustrating!
My husband was extremely put off by the manner in which he was dealt with by who he thinks is the owner. She did not acknowledge him and he came in to the store and was extremely rude when he asked questions. She never thanked him for his business or had any other pleasantry to offer. Quite to the contrary, she was gruff and rude. I had to speak with someone on the phone twice, but found that person to be very helpful and very friendly.

I am rating the service at the e. Colfax location as well as the "Express check out" that I did online and DIDNT experience at the counter. I spent one hour waiting for an employee to give me keys to my rental and that guy said he had to check something. And that was express check out. There was no other customers actually there when I arrived. I got through the desk portion and was then directed to go to the truck in back. I waited. I waited. And then another customer drove up. Eent throuhh the rental counter proceeded to have a trailer hooked up to is vehicle snd then got out od there in less thsn 15 minutes and the guy helpingg him eas they guy who was heloing me first. I watched him put me aside and all he had to do was give me keys. The entire process, one hour. One hour for express check out.
I have much better experiences at other uhaul locations. I rent several trucks a year.

Improve the drop off/return processing. It took longer to return the truck than to rent it. I would only recommend this U Haul location to someone who was close to this site.

First thing in AM always busy but never enough employees to help everyone. 2nd time we have used this location and they are very good in customer service but always more customers than people to help. Noticed both times other customers impatience while waiting.
Yvonne and her staff were excellent.
The customer service was great when we picked up the vehicle, minus the fact that the dolly was not available. They upgraded us to a better dolly for the same price, but it was more than we needed. We waited about an hour to return the vehicle which was stressful. I will not recommend this specific location nor return.
Very nice and helpful. Very quick and on top of it to get me in and out quick. I will recommend to everyone I know. Very helpful even though I was a little over on my 24 hours still only charged me 1 day. Thank you for being so understanding.

Very friendly staff. The computer system is slow -- seems to be an issue at all U-Haul locations that I've been to.
They were good, but when called to make my reservation was told the wrong info. Asked if the pick up was at a closer location and was told yes, when I got to the location was told the correct one.
It was a quick and easy drop off. An employee was outside and checked in my equipment quickly.
Siri gave me the old addres which is now a gas station. Had to find the correct address on your website.

Very Bad customer service
The gentleman who was working behind the desk was very helpful but the location was chaotic. Your software is slow and completely outdated. It took way to long to simply get the keys in my hand. Things kept going wrong with the software you guys use. It made for a very long and terrible experience. I will be renting trucks from Home Depot in the future.
Get a better printer. Pay your employees more.
Everything was great until I returned the truck and saw that my car had been hit in the parking lot.
I waited in line for 15 to 20 minutes while a couple were being helped. I was next. A man, whom the Uhaul representative new, walked in and your representative wausted my time while trying to wait on both of us at the same time. He grinned and talked with the man - wasting my time. I already had a reservation so what should have taken a few minutes took an hour ir more. My workers were angry by the time I got the truck to them.
Check-in, check-out all went very smoothly, associates were great. However, follow-up service from manager is where I had a problem, with no follow-up or return call till I was in contact with customer care and issued a complaint with them. I did then get a follow-up from manager within 24 hrs. I was just frustrated that I had to call 3 times and spent time over the phone to get a response
Great customer service. Staff was knowledgeable and willing to answer my questions quickly and with full details regarding the rental process.
We had four tires on the truck. Had to keep putting air in the back tires. The trailer pulling the car was defected And Caught on fire. I did not make it in time To close on my new home. It was a two day Delay
Can't imagine what else they could have done for us. Moving I stressful but U Haul certainly did not add to the stress. Just the opposite. Thank you so much!
Lavonne, was very courteous! She helped me to get an available truck even though I had made my reservation at another store! She went the extra mile for me so I'd like to Thank her!
Keep doing exactly what you currently are, I received fantastic service. I had an amazing experience and will return to this location in the future.
make sure that when you make a reservation on line that that information is forwarded to the store so that when you arrive, everything is ready for you.

I reserved a trailer on at a specific location but was sent across the city which is exactly what I needed to avoid. I was forced to drive through rush hour traffic in downtown Denver 3 times instead of once. This cost me 2 additional hours and additional cost in fuel. This is the 3rd time you have done this. I will no longer use your services.

Our service and equipment were great! The car we were using to pick up our U-Haul driver's battery died in the parking lot, and someone was even kind enough to jump it. Booking was easy, the staff were friendly, and overall it was a great experience.

The person that checked the truck in did not seem to know what he was doing and i didnt get credit or a discount for returning before schedule or that the truck had a full tank and was only supose to have under a half and he charged me for 2 miles that was a wrong estimate not happy with u haul at all!!!!!
how does 19.95 per day add up to $65 per day??
Jose was a great manager. Provided us with a lot of info and is definitely a loyal employee to U-Haul.

The online ordering experience was terrible. The vehicle was not where it was supposed to be after a long plane trip & we had no way to get to the new location. We were informed of the change by email 9 hrs before the flight left. The Uhaul reps were terrible on the phone.
service was very slow, the attendant seemed distracted and had a hard time concentrating. I was there at 11 for my scheduled appointment and did not get the vehicle until 11:25, mainly due to the distractibility of the attendant.
The upside to this was that the truck was ready and picking up and dropping off was relatively fast. The down side was being told at pick up that if I was even a few minutes late dropping off the vehicle would be reported stolen. The manager here needs to acquire some interpersonal skills.
There is not much to do to improve I have.rented from this location for several years especially toward the end of the month I am told I have gotten the last truck which is always Busy guys are very helpful very professional.
This rental today was PERFECT! I was pleasantly surprised. I placed my reservation in the morning, picked up the truck 4 hours later, had the truck back 4 hours after that when I was done. Very fast checking the truck out and very fast checking it back in. Thank you,.

Improve overall customer service levels and expectations it is incredibly inappropriate and unacceptable for a representative of uhaul to call my personal cell phone unsolicited cursing and screaming at me and demanding that I bring "his" truck or threatening financial penalties otherwise. Especially considering I followed the proper channels of calling uhaul "customer service" In advance to extend my reservation and was told that it was not a problem. The customer representative at this location is far from being qualified to even hold that position and should certainly not be dealing with the public. I will never rent a uhaul again based off of this experience and will strongly discourage anyone I know from doing so as well. STAY AWAY!!
When a customer reports an issue employees should assist the customer absolve any issues/concerns, rather than just telling the customer to call a random number and speak to someone who has zero insight on the matter.
I inially had a reservation 23988265. I got a call from the local office stating that they were not going to have my truck available and they were going to have to put me in another truck. And that was all they were going to do. The next day I called and asked if I can pick up an hour late and he stated you only have it until midnight. I reserved it for 24 hours. He was not very pleasant. So I had to go out of my way to find a truck at another location further away. The general manager was so pleasant at the location I got my truck at. His name is Jose kudos to him and his team who took care of me. But I do recall your guarantee if the truck I reserve not being available and your policy. Does this apply? Please let me know. Thank you.!
Jose and Bob were nice. I called said I was going to be late, then while I was standing in the long, long line, I got a call from the regional office telling me I could not have the truck cause I was late.....all the customers there were having issues with their reservations too. The lady from regional was very very rude. I will look elsewhere in the future
Only one employee with lots of customers waiting. His computer skills were not good and he was definitely having difficulty dealing with the over load of work. It made for a long wait time for us and all customers; almost two hours!
This was a fabulous experience, with amazing customer service from Jose. Highly recommend, will rent again -- this was so easy.
This gentlemen helped me like I was family.
I had to wait over an hour in line to retrieve my vehicle. While the staff member was working diligently, there were many people in line on a Sunday morning to rent their truck. Losing an hour on moving day is unacceptable.
Was not my reserved pick up location and was an inconvenience to have to drive all that way for the closest 17' truck, which I found ridiculous with all the other locations and a 2 1/2 week reservation notice. However, the location itself was clean, well organized and had a fantastic staff.
Watch their equipment more closely
The gas was reported higher than the actual level when I picked up the truck. I drove 8.9 miles total, replaced 2 gallons of gas and had to justify the level of gas that I returned the truck with.
The right side view mirror is broken. This is not legal--all vehicles must have working side view mirrors. I had to have someone drive behind me to let me know when it was safe to make right hand turns while driving the 10' truck. Also, I reserved a 24 hour rental period, and was told by this Colfax location that I couldn't have it that long. Instead of 4:30pm - 4:30pm, I could only have it from 4:30pm to 11am the following day. I asked why and the employee told me "I don't know, they keep doing this to me and sending me people with 24 hour reservations." Sounds like Uhaul needs better communication and better integrated computer systems. My experience was poor. I was also overcharged for gas. Instead of 2-3gallons, I was charged for over 5.
The most unprofessional employees I've ever seen. Yelling and cursing back in forth with paying customers waiting for help and service. The owner or manager should be fired. My pick up was for 12:00 noon and I didn't get my truck until 12:45 and my movers were already at my house. I was extremely disappointed in this process and doubt I'll use UHaul again, regardless of location.
Reccomend employees stick to helping the customer get acquainted with their rental instead of focusing on how other customers have totally screwed up their whole day and that they have to fix it.
Your company lies about gas levels. It was at three quaters when I picked up the vehicle not over and it was a three quaters when I dropped it off. Be more accurate and not lie about these levels. The woman that checked me out in the morning just complained about other customers and how it was her first day back from vacation.
Loved the experience. Everything was very efficient and orderly. Very quick picking up truck and returning.
Lyvonne was very helpful and fixed computer issues that were holding up the reservation. She got our truck ready to go quickly and was very thorough. It was an easy process because of her!
I had a reservation and I got what I needed. The return was fast, I like email link, and my quick refund. Staff was very pleasant during that busy time.

Kareem was AWESOME and was literally my hero in such a nightmare of a move. Moving Helpers and the moving company that they contracted with is what made this move such a nightmare.

Mark, the manager here is a Grade-A douche-bag and should go back to the food service industry for the level of ineptitude and poor service we received there with our last move. Do not go here.

Been charged not told.Still waiting to be refunded $1680.Waiting 4 receipts.Box was smaller, had to use 2 instead of 1.Staff seemsfriendly, but nothing gets done.NO communication.No recommend.
