When I leave my glasses and gloves in cab and call 20 minutes later don't tell me they are not there. Then I come back to facility only 30 min after rental and k am told with a disrespectful laugh "the truck had gone out again". I am totally dissatisfied as a customer.
Staff at uhaul were extra friendly. They were real servicable, and would reserve uhaul there in the future and recommend any new clients to that location.
The employee who assisted was knowledge and provided excellent customer service. Excellent employee!!!!!!
I only put no for one answer bc the truck's power steering squeaked really loudly and the engine took a long time to start...the engine would turn for a long time before fully running
Staff was amazing, I will definitely recommend this location.
Everything was fine. My only concern was that the contract indicated the vehicle was full. I drove less than 10 miles however, when i went to fill the truck, I stopped after 4 gallons because it was clear to me the vehicle was not full when I received it. If it was full, it should have only taken a gallon or two at the most.
Very helpful staff. They came out inspected the trailer. Disconnected trailer from my truck. And I was out of there in about 10 minutes.
Equipment was not check for proper operation or functionality prior to pick up. Taxes and other fees should be included in initial price quote. Was quoted $800 and change. Was charged over $1100. Not happy.

The overall experience was unpleasant. From the rep on the phone when I first rented the truck, to dropping it off!
Overall, my experience with Uhaul has been abysmal. I had issues when my hitch was installed, had issues at the pick up as well. The only issue I didn't have was when I dropped it off, which was at an independent Uhaul shop. My hitch appointment was not properly scheduled in spite of my phone call, and when my boyfriend went to pick up the trailer, they asked him for all the information I had entered into the system when I reserved it. I was out of town for work and didn't realize I needed to give that all to him....since I had already given it to you. I will never use Uhaul again for my moving needs.
I get good help. I will be back for the next moving. Thank you all.
I was supposed to pick up at a different location much closer to me but they did not have a the truck I needed on the date I needed.
VERY disapointed and screwed up my schedule. Not sure I would consider Uhaul again.
rented van 4 hours the bill was suppose to be $50.00 dollars brought van back 1 hour early and was charged $61.77 only went 36 miles the person who helped said it would be less if we went under 50 miles I got charged more. I won't be renting there any more

I think it is insane and misleading that the price of a 8' pickup truck is marketed as $19.95, yet I walked out paying nearly triple that amount. I could not believe I needed to pay for both mileage AND gas. I will not be using Uhaul again and I will not recommend it to my family or friends.
Key drop box is not large enough to accommodate the key for the vehicle I had.
Was not happy with the individual that was trying to over charge me when I went in to pay for a truck. My friend called him and spoke with him why he was over charging. I will not go back to this particular office to use a truck.
This is the only positive renting experience I've ever had at UHAUL. My experience with corporate UHAUL and every other store is very poor. My advice, train all future store managers to do things like this store. They understand customer service.
The service and men Gavin and Gabe were awesome and professional.
We can't wait to do business with them again.
At first I wasn't sure what you meant by location -- at first I thought meaning the quality of the neighborhood it's in. Located close to a very busy intersection with a lot of traffic (5 corners). However, the service was above average to excellent. Staff was friendly and courteous. It was nice to be given some flexibility with time of arrival and the return of the vehicle (within the hour) because I sometimes have obstacles and I needed the extra time to replace the gas.
This was truly one of my greatest and memorable experiences of my life. Such an epic experience that I can only compare it to the birth of my only child. I was truly memorized by the cleanliness of this particular location which reaffirmed the stereotype that Mexicans are God's cleaners. The managers name was Gavin, who is truly a gentle giant. He was very polite and courteous, always willing to lend a helping hand. The service was so quick it reminded me of the first time I had sex, I had no idea what actually happened and was over before I knew it because I was in and out of there feeling much better than when I went in. My experience will be passed on from generation to generation in my family's history to ensure my offsprings will know outstanding service does exist. I am writing this review because I want all potential future customers to know of this location, simply because it's infeasible for me to be at every location in the greater Denver metro area to redirect them to this particular location.

I ordered a 17 foot truck, was talked down to a 15 foot truck. I accepted that. Then I was called 2 days later saying they only had a 10 foot truck available. The guy assured me all my furniture what fit, which of course it did NOT! Then as i was driving back to the shop, a rock flew and hit the windshield. When i got to the shop, they informed me that I would be charge $315 for the tiny mark. I am never renting from Uhaul again. Was pointless since none of my stuff fit in the smallest truck anyways.
We had to fix the wiring because it didn't work for the trailer no stop lights or blinkers. We shouldn't have had to do that and if my dad hadn't checked it before we left we would of never known and drove away with an unsafe trailer could of been rear ended or worse. Also I was lucky he knew how to fix it.
The people working were very nice and polite.
Things not ideal:
- The truck didn't have AC.
- Passenfer door was stuck getting in and out, had to use my shoulder to get out.
- The location was not the one I picked when I initially signed up.
- It cost $53 in gas to go 70 miles? I don't think it was initially a full tank like stated.
- Trying to get a 26 ft. truck into that location is very hard, I was being honked at because taking a left into that location is impossible to do without blocking a lane.
The equipment was clean, but I was concerned about the terrible rusty log-nuts and no spare tire. The policy of U-Haul come to me if I am in trouble was explained to me, but if I am in the middle of WY, late at night - how long would I have to wait?
I would highly recommend this location due to the outstanding service and friendly staff and GM. They went above and beyond to assist me in our rental. Thank you.
I was told the vehicle had a full take of gas found out it was 7/8 full and paid an additional $10 for the last person who had the trunk.
Ordered moving van at Jewell and Garrison location. The person who was at that location was somewhat clueless. She had a 15 foot truck she could have given but was unflexible. Employee at Sheridan location was awesome!
staff was great, truck was clean, but getting pretty tired. Okay for a local rental, but I would not want to travel cross country with it.
The woman who answered the phone at the federal location was extremely helpful in finding a truck for our purposes, going so far as to look up and reserve a truck at a different location for us. She was pivotal to our experience at uhaul

Better maintain the trucks for customer safety.
I paid for a dolly, no dolly in the truck. Driving 800 miles with truck, engine light came on. Truck was 5 quarts low on oil. Engine light stayed on entire time. Truck should have been serviced know it had an 800 mile journey
The staff member who helped me was very accommodating. Dropping off was much better than picking up. I was a day behind because of the pick up issues and needed the extra day. I called the morning of my return and informed them that it would be the next day if not two. He fixed the reservation and processed everything very professionally.
Break lights and turn lights - some were dim and not functional as expected. Trailer was not clean and we requested that it be cleaned before taking.
I still have not recieved my $46 deposit back!
Despite the fact that my reservation was a bit askew, the staff of U-haul were tremendously helpful and pleasant. Kudos to Steven Moseley and his brother and Jeff at 8th Ave / Wadsworth location.
