Your business closed at 8:00PM, I returned the vehicle at 8:03PM. It was obvious to me that the employees had left before 8:00 (light out, no employees inside). Was disappointed, prefer leaving keys with a person and not in mail/key slot.
Need to expand the store... it's a little tight geting in &out especially if someone is purchasing boxes
all that I was expecting.
I ordered furniture blankets. I was not given furniture blankets. I called the store when we discovered this, and asked the store to remove them from my bill. The store said they would, and did not.
So, this location charged me for furniture blankets I did not receive and did not refund the price of the blanket rental when asked.
Everyone was friendly and helpful everything went smooth and fast.
Employees did a satisfactory job handling my requests for rental equipment. Recommend a seating area for customers when they get busy. Lobby is very cramped with all the material. Seems to need a bigger building and lot.

The radio in the truck was not working so I called and told a rep about it. the rep said that she would have the manager from the store call me but I never got the call. it's awful to drive nearly 300 miles without music.
I had to change my reservation several times and each time the representatives were very nice and didn't make me feel bad about changing it. Being in customer service for many years I can tell good service and that location is awesome.

Rent a pickup didnt have the 7pin adapter for trailer lights needs to be installed on truck no one carrys a 7pin to 4 flat. 7Pin round female adapter wired to truck other that it did what i want thxs until nxt time uhaul
I had made my reservation the day before pick up and my reservation was for 7:15am and I got there at 7:30am and was told my reservation was not in the computer until I got there and so my vehicle was not ready.
Personnel was very professional. I received excellent service and would recommend this U-Haul location to all my family and friends.
The CSR was extremely pleasant and polite. Transactions were smoothly.

The service they we received was awesome.
The dollar for the first month is a flat out lie. The add should read 1 dollar plus addminastrated fees, other wise it's faust advertising.
I made an online reservation at on U-Haul. Got a message from them that the car carrier had been delivered to a different U-Haul and to go there to pick it up. I went there and they had no record of the rental. It took about 40 minutes for them to get it straightened out.
The guy hooking the trailer up forgot to check the running lights, to be fair I forgot it as well, but I'm not renting equipment to someone. And the running lights didn't work.
Person behind desk was rude, did not give the right dolly to move stove & refrig. did not pull up our ref. number from call in and charged a higher price. we had to accept, because it was closing time,this was our last load to move.
The customer service agent Doug was very cordial and efficient.
This was the worst experience I've ever had with Uhaul. I will not return to this location ever again.

The truck i rented leaked water from a rainfall overnight, and the windshield wipers did not work.. totally unacceptable.

Better explanation of how to estimate how much gas to put in the vehicle when returning it. There are tic marks on a scale, but they were not explained how to use it to gauge the amount of gas to put in.

The staff was very helpful, courteous, and professional above all else. I cannot believe how fast I was able to get a rental truck. I would recommend this location without any hesitation.
Worse uhaul location ever over charge my c. Card by 200 dollars customer service was terrible
I am very dissatisfied with uhaul services. I use uhual trucks often in the pass, but after three days of a horrible experience. I will not use uhaul services again.

A pleasant experience during a stressful time.
The desk agent was friendly and well mannered. However,could benefit from a thorough education to policies. When I called ahead I was told no additional cost. When I arrived I had a deposit required and more than4X the rental. By the way I used a credit card. The hold remained several days and inconvenienced me.

My experience at the location was perfect. My experience with the scheduling department was terrible however. I made a reservation and someone was supposed to call me back within an hour to give me a time an location to pick up the truck. Two hours later, I still haven't heard from anyone. I called uhaul after two hours to get my time and location, and I was put on hold for 45 mins. I finally got in touch with someone, and I was informed that my rental wouldn't be available until 4pm. As I was asking if there was a larger truck that was available sooner, I was hung up on. I called back and spoke to a rep who told me that my appointment wasn't really for 4pm, it was for 11am. The entire phone experience was terrible! Once I made it to the location however, the staff was extremely helpful!
Have your employee Denzel Washington there so he can wait on the next customer. Because he is excellent.
I reserved a truck and was sent to pick it up at a location that was closed.
Once the reservation was sorted out, I went to pick up the truck from U-Haul at Telegraph. I waited in the lobby to be helped for 5-7 minutes because the clerk was having an argument with a customer.
The truck was in decent shape and clean but the transmission light was on in the dash; wasn't very comfortable with that not knowing if the truck would break down or not.
I was very upset I made a rsvp at the u haul located on telegraph and 9 mile. When I got there I was informed that my rsvp was moved to a different location. I feel I should have been notified if this change prior to my pickup which caused me to waste a lot of my time!
My only concern is the Battery on the Truck that I rented. It seemed like it was going to die at any moment
It's a small lot but everything went along just find ! No problems what so ever !

Don't send them to the uhaul dealer on 6 mile near telegraph in detroit.

I really didn't like having my reservation "assign" to a location other than the one I made it at. It resulted in 2 hours of my time, my gas and effort to use U-Haul . That is UNACCEPTABLE! I also didn't like be "lied" to. Being told the trailer was "owned" by the point. Well it had Oregon plates on it making it hard to believe it was "owned" by a point in Michigan. The trailer was pretty old and beat-up too, tires were crap. But, trailer was maintained. Your traffic person in Detroit I had my first contact with regarding the reassignment laughed at be on the phone when I complained. It pissed me off so much I swore at him. Which was not good. But, for him to have a glib, flippant, laughing attitude when a Customer is put out by a U-Haul issue is VERY UNACCEPTABLE. The folks at the Telegraph store were very professional. I did return the trailer a few hours late and was charged a whole extra day, not to fare when regardless of when it had been returned it could not have been re-rented. No discount for being "reassigned" no leniency for a few hours over which is what I spent based on the reassignment.
Upon returning the truck, the employee checking me in told me I went over my 100 miles that was included and would be changed. I told her she needed to check my contract because I paid for 300 miles knowing that my round trip would be very close, but we'll within that amount. She did check with another employee who verified I'd pay less because we used less than what we paid for. Glad it was resolved without issues. She mentioned she doesn't do the computer stuff....maybe all employees need to have this training for future smooth transactions because I heard there was a customer prior to my return with a similar situation.
This location is amazingly efficient. I couldn't believe how many trucks of all different sizes were packed into this tiny lot, but there was still plenty of room to maneuver. The staff was incredibly friendly as well.

Let customer know their's a hold on debit card 3 to 5 day no credit if picking up a new haul the next 1 to 2 days call me 313 415-8828
call customer, also let customer know it take 3to5 day to get your money back when using debit card.

Be sure to clean return vehicles... Encourage customer to check inside vehicles before signing agreement.
Had to point out scratches and dents on the truck to representative.
The employee who connected the trailer to the hitch neglected to tighten it to the Ball, so it became disconnected and caused damaged to the item in the trailer.
I use this location every time I move and I will continue.I will also refer others.They provide excellent customer service, the staff is very friendly and I am always provide top notch

This was not my reserved location, but I was satisfied with the compensation to go to a further location.
Steve was very helpful and the gentlemen on the afternoon shift was pleasant as well. We recommend to family and friends.
One of the yard helpers was not very professional he was trying to assist me with a problem with the latch on the U-Box while talking on a personal call.
