kevin fThis not something that is really in your control, but according to the fuel gage - it was full when we picked up the van. As soon as we drove away - the indicator dropped. Based on that we had to put extra fuel in to avoid being charged.

Earl AThere was drug paraphernalia inside the vehicle. I also asked to keep the truck a few days later after I had to clean it out myself they told me that it was fine and ended up reporting that vehicle stolen. So now I went to jail for stolen vehicle and I’m being charged $744 for a tow fee and I am not going to pay that because I did not ask you to tow the vehicle and I did not steal the vehicle. It was registered to me at the time.

JAMES ESuper fast, and looks like they did a great job (it included trimming the plastic underneath the bumper). For my previous car, I installed the hitch myself and it took us probably 4-5 hours over 2 days and a lot of aggravation. 100% worth it to have uhaul do it for me. :)

CLARIZA eThe installation was completed early (2 hrs instead of estimated 3). All was excellent....... but the car engine hood was not latched down before giving me the keys and receipt.
Jim HWhile externally the trailer was clean, the inside needed to swept out and had some loose moving plastic wrap in it.

joe rFast and easy pick-up and drop off, friendly staff, well stocked equipment and supplies. My only complaint is that this location is on Tully Road which can experience grid lock at certain times of the day which happened at the time of my drop off. Otherwise, A+ location.

israel aNothing. Staff is great and friendly. No problems with the van rental. Site is a little small and tight, but they let me park there. Overall excellent.
Arthur CHad problems with the online app uploading my pictures. I couldn’t make adjustments to fuel or damages, but luckily I took a video and pics before I left the uhaul and the employees were able to adjust the difference in fuel for me.
Gabriel JI love the ease of using the mobile app for all my needs. I was blessed by the fact that you can document the condition of the truck and the gas gauge mileage as well as return the truck using the mobile app or online and drop the keys in the Dropbox. All these features have been an additional blessing from the support staff to the time I dropped off the truck.

JORGE AThe 9' cargo van that was given had an empty tank so I had to fuel up the vehicle before heading to my destination. I was not told to fuel the van prior to it being handed to me. Does not appear that I will be reimbursed for this inconvenience judging from what I was told by the clerk who received the returned vehicle.

Scott C- Online registration for the vehicle made emergency contact optional. - Upon arriving to the counter to pickup the key, the lady at the front desk refused to give me the key as she said she must obtain the secondary phone number. - If the online check was made, i was supposed to just pickup the key. The lady kept arguing and i had to give a number as she said the system does not allow me to book without that. I would never go to this location and would definitely not recommend the friend to this location. I had 3 rentals this month and this was the worst experience.
