Tyson KThe only compliant I have is the after hours returns, the app needs fixed it can't find your location and you need your location for the return process. So basically you can't upload the pictures they want you to upload if the truck and stuff so your left in limbo wondering if they will know you returned the truck on time or if your going to get charged the late fee or what. So I think you guys need a better way to do after hour returns other then that u- haul did a great job for me.

JERI AFuel was under a quarter tank at pick up, ac did not work and truck ran rough. Was charged more than I was told I would be and they were not prepared. You fill out everything online so you don't have to deal with that.

Probably shouldn’t have but the folks around there had a lot going on. They might be under staffed. I was happy to help out.
Steve PService was good. Equipment was as expected. The one issue was that the "service air bag light" came on during my use of the truck. However, that may have been the first time it appeared, or the previous customers didn't report it.
