Franstine KPlease take the trucks for a test drive before letting someone else drive them. My husband had a hard time keeping the truck from veering into the other lane. The steering wheel shook the entire trip. He had to white knuckle it the whole 90 minute drive to PA. When we turned it in, they said they would give it a test drive. She even said it was one of the NEW trucks!

Joseph SJust one simple note have your crew clean the inside of the windshield a little better in this colder weather the windshield likes the fog up on the inside and if it’s not clean, it’s like looking through Venetian blinds.

Greg LMy van was towed on1/9/2024 at 8am. My return date was 1/9/2024 at 130pm. I talked to the cantonsville location, explained to him what was going on. He said he didn't send a tow am I sure it was U-Haul because I didn't have to return it until 130 today. I said yes he told me he would make some calls, he called back and said someone sent a tow because it was extended until the 9th but in fact it was. Also they said I drive 1400 miles. That's a complete lie I drive back and forth the work nothing more and maybe a market run. I probably drove about maybe 200 miles. This I've never experienced nothing like this in my life. The lady that actually got the towed I spoke with her and she said I didn't pay FALSE FALSE. I have proof of paying and also proof that the van was extended until 1/9/2024 at 130pm

James SReturned equipment two days early. Three employees were on their cell phones completely disinterested that a customer was there. Reported alignment problem, but they seemed unconcerned. Received call from corporate about returning the truck, which alerted me that this location had not even bothered to report the return. Probably still on their cell phones.

Vida GAll I can really can say is I was not happy with the customer service. The 2 girls that worked there was not friendly at all to me. That's the way I felt. And when they finish my order. They had me go into the parking lot to look for the truck that they rented to me. I just didn't think that was the Professional at all. I would not refer anyone to that location. can

When I arrived to pickup my truck at 10:00 am there was on female on duty who had to stop waiting on customers in line to assist other customers outside to include myself. Although she provided a great customer service I didn't find this acceptable for good customer service. When I returned my truck around 4:45 p.m. there were at least 4 staff working but no customers in the building.

Gregory AThey need to have more than 1 person working the entire store. This is Catonsville’s MAIN uhaul location it is pathetic the amount of time that you have to wait to even get to the counter, let alone get hooked up etc. Also parking is a nightmare!

Angela MThe gentleman, my apologies for not recalling his name, was extremely helpful, professional, knowledgeable, patient, and polite. He acknowledged everyone and handled a situation very delicately and courteously. He explained that the reason the system pushed out returning the Cargo van at another location was that such transportation cannot be a one-way trip. He gave me another option, which saved me time and subsequently cost, which is why I'm lable to use U-Haul two more time this month.

Jeanette HThere was no one in the U-haul store when I arrived, exactly at my reservation time, but there were 10+ people in line waiting. After a while, one of the customers left and brought an employee back. She was the only employee and she began processing all the customers. It took over an hour to get my rental. Also, many of the pictures of the van did not capture some of the minor damage that was there before I rented the van.

roderick pThe guy who waited on me was competent and personable. But he was the only employee on duty, and he needed help. At least one more person, probably two. Long wait times. The big problem, however, is there is nowhere to leave your car when you arrive to get your truck. The only parking is 100 yards away in a shopping center, requiring you to walk across 6 lanes of heavy traffic moving at 40-50 mph.
