RAJESH E.I have used this location before and was happy with my service at that time as well. I found a windshield wiper that will need to be looked at and probably replaced. I reported it to them so they can stay on top of repairs so things are perfect for next customer. These things are important for other customers to pass along so they know. It really helps to make it better
DEBRA L.I went over my miles and used more gas because I was sent to 2 locations who didn't return deposits and I still had to spend out of pocket for the miles and gas. Nobody seemed to know dealers and centers were 2 different places with 2 different systems and I almost had to spend $300-$600 for wrong drop off location because I was sent to 1. Two dealers, first one being my original drop off where I did not exceed the gas limit or the mileage. I do not think I should have had to pay extra because the company didn't give me the right information and didn't know how to fix it on my end either

Lori C.The location itself is great. The equipment was probably the worst truck that I have ever rented. The tow system automatically engaged every time the vehicle was started. The engine was loud and the steering was very loose and all over the road. The check engine light was on throughout the entire use of the vehicle but it went off when I was on my way to return it. My original reservation could not be located in. The system when I arrived to pick up the truck. The attendant was great about starting a new one and I was in my way. About an hour later I got a call asking if I still intended to rent a truck that day. I explained the situation and was told they would cancel the original reservation. Oh well, it turned out fine in the end.
Pamela B.It would have been helpful if the owner that set up the trailer mentioned the steep grade of the parking lot. The trailer was not heavy enough in the front to counter weight sliding down the parking lot. Many trailers had wheel stops when we looked around but it caused a lot of anxiety on our part because this was not mentioned. Everything worked out fine since we had two people on site with an after hours drop off but a solo person may have a slight heart attack with something that could easily be avoided by the owner mentioning the grade of the parking lot.
Guillermo B.Coffee splash all over the inside of the windshield. I had to cleaned it in order to see properly. I waited at the drop off for 15 minutes and no one came out… per the sign to stay in your vehicle and an assistant will greet you. I eventually walked to the front door.

Amanda L.I would have given negative stars if I could. I will try to keep this brief. Box was to be delivered to storage unit location, so we needed to be there to let them in. Cancelled delivery on 2 consecutive days. Didn't call to tell me the delivery was cancelled until after the delivery time window had passed. Had people lined up on both days to unload, only to waste their time. Was offered a small $104 credit after I complained, then proceeded to CHARGE me an additional $104 dollars instead. I sent an email and was told it would be fixed. Got a credit for $104 three days later (even though the charge was posted immediately). So, I am break even at this point. Asked that the $104 credit originally promised be credited to my card. Now 4 days later I have not gotten any response. Scheduled delivery for a third time. Spoke with 2 different individuals to confirm the delivery time on the morning of the day before (Friday). It was scheduled for 9 am on Saturday, January 20. Got a call Friday afternoon that they wanted to deliver. We were not available and reconfirmed for Saturday at 9 am. Got a call at 7:30am Saturday that they would be at the storage unit in 5 minutes. Also missed box pickup window by 2 hours on the next day. Unbelievable that communication and follow-through could be this bad.

I was asked to re-book when I arrived on location. and I was told I had to have the truck by by 530pm to avoid an additional charge, even when my original booking (which I did not cancel) only had a single charge for the rental for the full day (6am to 9pm). That sucks. And you all might try to make this right to improve the experience for the next customers.

James G.1-the truck was ok but the weather stripping on drivers door kept coming off. I suspect this wasn't the first time. Your tech crews ignored it. 2-the check engine light was one (usually means an O2 sensor and not a drivability concern. But the guy at the desk never mentioned it. And - the lady in front of me came back n asking about her TPMS light and he totally blew her off. 3 - My main issue is with the guy who worked the counter. Totally not a people person; shouldn't be anyone near customers. Left me (and I assume the lady in front of me) with a bad taste in my mouth from the get go. (Note- when I returned it (aside from sitting in the truck for 10 minutes like instructed, and finally walking inside) a different staff person was working and he was very pleasant.) Important note. I rent a truck just once a year. Even as infrequent as that is, I suspect it's still more than most who only might need a truck once every few years, or five or ten, or just once in a lifetime. The point being - most of your customers are not familiar with your equipment or with your processes and procedures. That said, a little customer-focused friendliness, politeness, and/or hand-holding at the counter would go a long way. (Based on many of the other similar comments I've read on this franchise location's site, I suspect management is well aware of this issue and doesn't feel the need to address it.) Lastly - they pull a fast one with the gasoline. They don't give you a truck with a full tank, but with one that's about 13/16 full. When you top it off at the end , how many people are going to put some gas in, stop, climb in the truck to look at the gauge, then repeat until it's 13/16?. No--most are going to just fill it till it's full. While this is a small issue, I suspect it's a way for them to weasel another couple of bucks from every renter. Very disingenuous.

MICHAEL S.We just had a recent snow the night before I rented this open trailer. I had asked your employee to be sure the trailer had been shoveled out before I left. He did it after I asked again when connecting the trailer. On my return he was right there out the door heading towards me and the trailer to disconnect. That was very NICE!!!
Ken H.They switched the pick up location to Novi Michigan but that store was closed. This cost me 90 minutes extra time with my mover. Then we had to drive to Farmington Hills Michigan to get the truck at the original location. Why the run around? I dropped the truck off in Benton Harbor Michigan yesterday at 12 pm. The guy said he would process the check in of the truck. I have not received an email yet that it has been returned. Usually uhaul has done a good job but this move was really bad.
