matt mWhen I first walked in there, both employees didn’t even look like they were know what they were even doing. Their computers kept going down, and the other one didn’t even know how to even reboot the computer or do whatever the second one just putting out a basic piece of paper I said here you could just take the vehicle. Don’t worry about it I walk outside, and the vehicle had so many marks on the vehicle and dents and all kinds of stuff done to it, I go back inside and explain to them they say don’t worry about it that’s normal. My agreement was for $22 a day to use it. I had it for five days plus the miles is 300 I used 304 miles total my total cost for the five days for the vehicle is $571 And I returned the vehicle on the fifth day exact time. Did I said it to o’clock when I first walked into the store there was only one employee that was sleeping at the front desk. The other appointment was gone. I sat there for a little while to allow her to wake up and explain to her that I filled it up completely pass F she said he didn’t have to do that. That was perfectly fine but thank you. I even clean the vehicle. It took her about a half hour to wake up completely and then she just hang in there and does a print out and give me a bill for $571 which I thought was a complete outrage I will never ever ever again go to that location or if it or ever referred to anybody, did I ever know and I have rented these U-Haul‘s for the last 10 years no problem I hope youse didn’t readdress this problem and hire more professional employees not kids are sleeping all the time and actually know what they’re doing with some type of background education it looks like you hired these two adamant comic books
David CI was charged 300 extra dollars for the same trip I took twice in the last 2 weeks. Nobody could give me a clear answer on why. Then I checked my account to say and they had a nerve to take 8.00 out my account. I hope I never have to use any U-Haul again. The worse.

Kim MI was over two hours late hitting the road because my lockbox was empty. I reserved a week in advance to pick up using lock box. That morning all of the locations boxes were unlocked and open with all locks displaying the codes. I had to call corporate who did nothing then just come back when the store opened. I was supposed to arrive on site at 10am but didn’t even get the 8am rental until 9:55am. With an hour drive I was more than late. It was the WORST U-Haul experience I’ve ever had. This location has become so unprofessional it’s shocking.

Darryl WEquipment was a DEATH TRAP! Asked for the best unit on the lot, got the scariest ride i've had in awhile. The rack and pinion on this truck was so bad, i was waiting to be pulled over for drunk driving cause this truck was absolutely scary. I called shortly after i had picked up the load i needed the truck for and informed the location of how bad this truck was. If i could have traded the truck while in need of it, i would have, but circumstances denied that. When i took the truck it was informed to me at the time they just got the truck back from service! WOW if that really was the case, then you as UHAUL, dont care for your customers. cause anyone could have noticed this with just a short drive to see how bad the steering was on this unit. I've rented from Uhaul enough, and my experience continues to go down hill with use of your trucks. Convenient locations is about all you have going for you anymore.

Cynthia HU can improve your trucks. Wild driving the truck the wheel 🛞 locked 🔒 on my husband as he was going over a bridge 🌉 which he hit the guard rail he almost lost his life and his passengers life . What can u do to compensate for this mishap

Daniel PMy rental was quick and easy especially when you check in prior. I was able to use the lot next to the rental to leave my car and pick it back up when I return the truck. Basically I was able to do what I needed to do without any hassle.
Trang LWarn then to keep the load to a minimum. A Rav 4 not a good vehicle to two a 12" trailer. The roads traveling from Phily to Tampa are terrible forcing me to travel at 60mph the whole way.
Craig CThe fan was in good mechanical and reasonable cosmetic condition. The big issue was the cleanliness of the inside of the windows. In daylight they looked fine but as soon as it started to rain or get humid they built up a horrible haze that made it nearly impossible to drive.

Charles GComments about the equipment: 1) Tow dolly ratchet straps were difficult to release (ratchets could use some oil due to the corrosion on them). 2) Ford truck gauge center display (digital display) was too bright for driving at night. Even with the dimmer all the way down, the digital display was too bright compared to the other analog gauges and controls (HVAC / radio). NOTE - these improvements are about the equipment not the about the for the location.

Angela GI was there at 6:10 pm, was supposed to be open til 7:00pm. When I arrived to pick up my Truck, the building was dark, open sign was off and the lights were off. So I called the U-Haul number to see the hours for the location. The customer service rep on the phone was rude and told me that “she couldn’t control the hours of that location” and she said “anything else?” When I approached the U-Haul employee that was outside in her car/truck she mumbled to go inside in the building that was dark. It was obvious that she didn’t want to help me. She wasn’t very nice while taking my information at the computer. I told my wife and daughter to back in our vehicle. Then when I returned the truck, there were fees that I didn’t agree to. Overall- not happy.
Joseph MUpon returning the truck and entering the building, the employee was arguing and screaming at someone on the phone . She didn't realize I had entered the shop. After she saw me, she just ask if I returning the truck. I said yes and she then said I would receive an email bill and then proceeded to continue to scream at someone on the phone. This level of customer service is unacceptable.
Edman RWhen I got the U-Haul I had to put gas in it. It only had a quarter of a tank. U-Haul truck has 116,000 miles the alignment was off centered and the transmission was making a weird winding noise.

She was a joy from the day i called and spoke to her to make my reservation and if yiu look up my account you will see the many times and places i use Uhaul. The woman at your Doylestown location i rented at was fantastic as well back a few months ago.

Uladzimir ROn pick-up truck was parked 4 inches on driver's side from the adjacent truck. I had to enter through the passenger door to get in. Truck automatically stars in Tow/Haul mode, which is not needed for most driving. Finally figured out how to turn that off but until you do that it shows you the yellow Tow/Haul symbol on the dash that looks like a problem. Had to call U-Haul at rental time and once on the road; I think it must be easier to get through to the IRS that to reach someone at U-Haul.
