FRANKLIN N.The service at the location was fine. The truck however was extremely old and broke down 25 minutes into my trip on the middle of the interstate. I am still waiting for a full refund that I have not yet received all of. Charge on 2/10 $282.45 Charge on 2/12 $48.83 Refund on 2/13 $240.42 This leaves $90.86 of charges that were not refunded from the day. I lost a day of work and missed my pick up because although not feeling extremely safe I agreed to stay with the truck on the highway for over 3 hours.

Robert Q.This rental was a nightmare. I reserved my 10 foot truck a week in advance. The day i was supposed to move, i was told that the truck was not available at the selected location (Woburn MA) and i would need to go to a different location much farther away (Saugus MA). My storage unit is at the Woburn location so this was extremely inconvenient. I showed up to the Saugus location and could not initiate the self check in process. I had to call for assistance, and this was resolved. I got to my truck and the dials on the lock would not move. I had to call again and they tried to send me to a different truck, but the passcode they provided was not correct. I spent over an hour on the phone with someone was extremely rude and unhelpful. I ended up leaving this location that night without a truck, and had to return the next day. This postponed my moving. I should not have had to pay full price for this experience. I will likely not be returning as a customer.

LAZARO S.I picked up my trailer and went on my way and had to return it,because it needed repairs. And that location didn't have another car trailer . And I was sent to different location.in another city To rent another car trailer and that one was broken too, Then turned that one in and got a 3rd that was roadworthy.finally, Also he had me take this trailer without any updated documentation this is unacceptable, I should be reimbursed for my experience. When I checked out.and I have this on video,of another customer with your biggest moving truck.not knowing how to drive it-hit my turn in,numerous times and also dragging my turn in car trailer. I went inside too tell the manager what was going on,and his reply was "I KNow" I've been watching it on the surveillance cameras. He didn't want too leave that seat. I'D say that's someone I wouldn't have working for me...

Michael F.The 15' truck that was assigned to us was horrible. It was a very old model truck and when driving you would think it was about to break down. I hope the next time we rent a uhaul truck, it will be a newer model. Please consider this.
BURNE S.We did a one way rental from SC to MA. When we dropped off the person checking charged us for fuel (6 gallons) without speaking to us. I found out threw the automated email while sitting in my car. I went inside to question it and it was buisy. i waited in line and when the Rep walked outside to show another customer there truck I followed to speak to him quickly. When I told Joesph my issue and said he must have checked the fuel while standing on the ground. he said no and sat in it (I had taken pictures both before I left SC Uhaul and when I dropped it off) it was where is should have been. He said he would refund it. no I am sorry for stealing from you just I will refund it later today. it has not been refunded yet.
Ronald H.I was proactive and did the rent from your phone option. I did everything and just had to get the keys from a worker. There was no worker anywhere to be found for 45 minutes. Then the truck we rented was almost on empty. It made an awful sound any time we pressed on the gas pedal. The back door would barely open and close. It was a mess.

VICTORIA C.I have nothing but positive things to say about the location and Bill Seaman, the GM who performed the installation itself. He was communicative, flexible, courteous, and incredible apologetic for the back-office logistical problems that required me to make three separate trips to complete the work. Whatever you pay him, it's not enough. I understand that not every site can have all of the necessary equipment available for any given model of car, but you've got to a do a better job openly communicating to both your colleagues and your customers when the necessary equipment is back-ordered or otherwise not immediately available. On my first visit, some of the required parts hadn't yet arrived; a simple phone call or email would have saved me a trip. On my second visit, we discovered that the wrong model hitch had been sent to the site; here, some open, customer-facing communication might have caught the error and saved me another wasted trip. I'm very pleased with the end result. I just wish it could have happened without so much wasted time.
