He started hooking the trailer up to my truck . After finishing the paperwork in the office. He checked the lights and then I was on my way.

What’s the point of having the employee there that’s supposed to actually clean if I’m threatened with an additional fee even though I did as the sign says?
RENALD PI have ordered the 26 feet truck, they gave me 20 feet instead. When I called them to enquire, theysaid they called me which not true text message I couldn't check. The manager hung up on me without providing satisfied wayout. The app is complicated dose not work well. Customer service is horrible. Management is unprofessional and not trained to handle complexities. We are small airfreight company do alit of business with penske, they charge more money but they treat respectfully and mentain their promises. Consider this our last transaction with uhaul.

Chanel bThe mileage, I didn’t understand how to mileage was calculated from a different vehicle, not the vehicle that I rented for whatever reason the lady was having a hard time with the vehicles cluster so she went to another vehicle and took a picture of the cluster then we went back inside of the U-Haul, and she gave me the bill. I actually took pictures of her with another vehicle taking pictures of that cluster and also said I did 400 miles when I never left impossible.

edgar cThe man that was checking me out was so terrible. I cleaned the car, and was spotless but he told me to wash it with water. He sent to the gas station nearby but it had no water. He was soooo desperate to charge me the cleaning fees. He said even if I clean he will still charge the cleaning fees. Which I did the self checkout after. Was the truck clean enough? Of course it was.

JUNES JI don’t think there’s anything you could have done to make thi experience more delightful. The two guys working there were so pleasant and helpful. You don’t get that kind of service anymore. It was Sunday morning and they seemed grateful to be there. Most young people show the opposite. You guys are lucky to have these two not one but two beautiful young men hats of to them . Cleveland WThe 1st rep was very helpful and nice I said to myself wow I will always use that location not so fast when I returned the truck it was a different person there he was as nasty and impatient he wanted to overcharge me he counted the day that I picked up the truck as one day we argued about that I asked if I brought the truck back the next day at the same time that I picked it up and he said that would be 2 days he went and did something on the machine and stop talking a few minutes later he just leave while i was calling u_haul to find out my option. He was just awfull in a nut shell too much to write would rent u haul again but never that location

Mario LSmoky cabin when I picked it up. later found the van leaked on to our sound equipment. It was a rainy two weekends to have a van that was not water proof.
ANDREW CThe check in process is to long and technical , not everyone is 18 years old and is internet savvy. Also if you don’t have a person with a phone that answers you can’t get a rental. Since when are my needs based on a 3rd party answering the phone ? They don’t tell you this when booking the rental. What if I have no friends or family with a phone? You got my credit card and all other info why are you dragging someone else into my business? Thank you.

DORRETTJ MI booked the 9' van at Regency hall, Springfield blvd, Queens Village. I checked in online but the lock of keybox stuck and did not opened despite several tries. I made a call to customer support. They gave me back up codes but nothing worked. all this fuss waisted my precious one hour. later I have to go to Linden Blvd, Cambria Heights locations where a desk representative gave me a 10' truck. nobody gave me a compensation for westing my time and effort.

Cedrick JI recently rented a vehicle from your company and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. Firstly, despite returning the vehicle earlier than initially agreed upon, I was overcharged. The final bill did not align with the estimated usage, and I feel unjustly billed for added charges that I should not have been charged.. I used less miles than was estimated and returned the vehicle with more than the gas I originally received as well as brought it back earlier than intended. Moreover, the customer service I encountered was in poor taste. I believe in fair and transparent transactions, and this experience has left me dissatisfied. I hope that future customers receive better service and more accurate billing.
