JESSICA B.roadside assistance took 5.5 hours to get back to me. I am a loyal customer through Uhaul who uses many of uhauls a year. I thought at the very least they could do was assist me within 5 hours, leaving me and my crew with no A/C in the hot PA summer heat. I am disgusted by uhauls poor communication and horrible customer service. I will fuel another moving business with my purchases.

Adam R.I would never recommend UHaul to anyone. With how much I've been through with them losing my items, telling me I owe money after losing my items, and not having an app or answering service that is user friendly. I should not have to jump through so many hoops to get my items. The app doesn't allow you to schedule anything and doesn't even give you the correct receipt information. The customer service department doesn't write anything down so I've had to explain to 7 different people what had been happening

Steven C.The website errored out on me every time I tried to pay, and then my card got rejected, possibly because the employee didn't use the correct billing address/ask for it. Then, because I didn't call back the day before my delivery, after I'd gotten a confirmation text from Uhaul and managed to finally pay via the website, my delivery was pushed back a day, forcing me to skip a day of work. So the improvement would be fixing any of the above problems. As opposed to an employee calling me while I'm waiting for my delivery to tell me they pushed it back a day and that's it's my fault for not calling back after I paid
Jeffrey R.Everything on this end (PA) was super! The drivers were wonderful. The delivery, the pick up went as planned. But when the recipient tried to get it on Saturday, the 4th in Grand Junction, it did not go smoothly. Annie (the recipient) called ahead, (On Friday, over 24 hours in advance), to tell them what time they would arrive on Saturday. When they go there, they were not ready. They didn't know where it was. After 2 hours they located it and Annie & Crew were able to unload it. Fortunately, there was a woman who came in and handled the situation, but no one else knew what the heck was going on. I told the woman it had been scheduled, she said someone had fallen down on the job. Annie and Crew had traveled over 2 hours one way to get this. So it could have been bad had this woman not solved their problem. But they still had to wait 2 hours.
