RHONDA PIt was so complicated to do the auto pick up. The website didn’t have easy to find the “pick up my truck” and when I got the employee help, the website asked me to get the keys in door 1. But nothing was there. The checkout page should be easier and faster.
Amanda BWe ordered a dozen blankets and they weren't there - we were told "oh well," when we asked what we could do since we needed blankets for the move. My driver left. I called another location and they had the blankets so sent my driver there to pick up a dozen blankets. I gave my credit card # on the phone for that reservation. When the driver arrived, he was given blankets but told her had to put on his credit card. When we got to our location my our move and opened the pack of blankets there were 6 and not the dozen we paid for (they were folded so it looked like a dozen) Very disappointing service and responses to issues.

Sayantan BSomeone hit my car with a U-Haul truck and I was given the run around with no assistance. However the staff admitting to seeing the person go in the direction of my car. Also on my return the vehicle was there and staff tried to state there was new damage to the vehicle

Stephen SCustomer service was great. The gentleman there on the morning of 12/22 was a breath of fresh air. He was polite, informative, fast moving, and even had a sense of humor. There was no negative energy or delay. Using the website was impressively easy too. You can improve by making sure to hire more people like him.

Erlene MFire the man who likes to wear an orange beanie, he’s rude for no reason. My partner and I were short on money for the gas and late fee and upon asking this man, he did everything but answer our question. We were upset and tired from moving all day and he just angered us even more. On top of the fact that he caught an attitude with a nineteen year old (my partner).
