Judith STotally irresponsible and unprofessional organization. The individual that was supposed to help me with my trailer was useless and smelled terribly of recently smoked marijuana. I got charged an extra day for my trailer because they were incapable of organizing pickup and drop off. The useless individual with the gold grill is a disgrace to your company. Will never go back again.
John PNot necessarily improvement, but we were accidentally charged for an item that we did not receive, I notified them, and literally within minutes, they issued a credit receipt. I really appreciate their prompt response, as this is why they were given an excellent satisfaction rating, which they deserved, and which is why they will be used in the future, and why they will be recommended.
Stuart Conce again, I used U-Haul to move and scheduled a week in advance, and my truck was not there at the time I scheduled it for. And because of that, I lost a lot of money. I will probably go with a different truck rental place next time.
Thomas WInside service staff were exceptional. Return staff outside not as accommodating. Had to go inside and get checked out as team outside were busy talking with friends. I was told yeah, I’ll send your email a receipt. I wanted a receipt to show vehicle was returned timely and no issues. Because he was busy with a friend,I went inside where the young lady inside was. Great. Didn’t get her name. This was about 11:30 am 3/25/24. Thanks

Al Lopen trailer being not available for one way rental is something that would stop me from using again having to tow back 550 miles to return didn't make sense
Edward bThe trailer was very dirty and had massive water leak. Very disappointing. I do not think that anybody maintains the trailers. The goal is just to rent them out never gonna rent U-Haul again…. budget is the way to go…

JEMESHA RIt took 2 trips and over an hour on the phone and a total of 3 weeks but the manager Kevin noticed my frustration and did a good job resolving the situation.
Sam HPick up Location was very far away from moving location. Trailer had trash inside including 1 plastic container with straw, three used napkins, two cloth rags, and a water bottle on outside fender. Top closing and lower locking areas were rusted and the lower one required an improvised metal hammer device to lock & unlock it. The Jamaican outside employees were helpful & polite. The 12 foot UHaul road well.
JOSEPH CTruck had no AC! Floor was covered in food and the whole cab was filthy and disgusting!!
Peter BOf the people working in the office, only one of the 3 had even a reckoning of a smile. One did answer but no emotion and the other 2 looked as if you didn’t matter ans one stayed on his phone. The guy that unloaded the dolly outside, now he was engaging and acted like an employee should. From the laughter down to the business side he was great. Now I tried to change the drop off point. I was told to call the 1 800 number which I already did and sat on the phone forever. So I called the desires drop off point and they simply told me to call back the 1-800 number or be charged $200 some odd dollars for using the wrong drop off point. Not the U-Haul I works for as a young man! My how times have changed!

rachael mLets just say I had to wait 20 minutes to hook up the trailer (which I had to do myself) and move a few out of the way to get the one that had the correct license plate on my invoice. Customer service inside was very nice, but the fact that I had to wait and hook up the trailer myself was not very pleasant. Not to mention I did not have anyone verify that it was hooked up properly and that the lights/turning signals were working properly.
Jeffery GMy booking was at the location in 9377 Highway a1a. I showed up and the trailer was not available, I never received an email or text saying to go to a different location. I now had to go south and I hit a huge amount of traffic, and this added an hour to my commute!

Antoinette JThe staff was very unprofessional I ran trailers and trucks from U-Haul about 3 to 6 times per month in different states This location has got to be one of the worst locations there is to employees who were supposed to help me with my trailer for one. They were very rude not willing to help just sat around as if I had to beg them I would never ever ever go back to this location again and I do recommend someone looking to retraining the employees from the front desk, who are watching movies on their phone to the two gentlemen they were supposed to be helping customers with equipment

I made an appointment on Monday for the next Tuesday and several days in advance they called and told that they need to move my appointment one week forward. terrible. when I made the appointment I have the price for $180, when they started installation the price were increased to $260. the reason was mention - we do not know, who provided you the price. but I got it from the same location. terrible and terrible, highly unrecomended. I will write the same review on google.
Grigorii BExcellent service, vehicle and I got last minute movers too through U Haul. Movers were good. I forgot my airpods in the U haul by mistake. Kevin the site manager was prompt on action, he recovered and kept them secured for my pickup later on. The staff service while picking up and returning was exceptional too. Great job, will rent again. The only constructive feedback is for the U Haul website - I did not quite clearly found an option to return truck to different location. When I used to choose it, it was removing the original pickup location. Please check it later. Thanks.
Nirav JMy only issue is I reserved a truck from sisters towing on southern. I also reserved a an appliance dolly in which that location did not carry and I had to drive to this location to pick one up but couldn’t get the one I needed because they didn’t have it. Then was told I had to drop the dolly back off at this location and still bring the truck back to the other V location. Moving is stressful enough, this was a huge inconvenience in an already stressful situation.
SOPHIA DI reserved a 20ft truck but noo e at Uhaul could find the keys so I was given a 26ft truck which was WAY TOO BIG. Also paid for a dolly but was charged for two and there were no dollies in the truck. After getting to the warehouse we were called by Uhaul and had to drive all the way back to pick up the dollies which put us behind schedule. Terribly disappointed. Won't go back to this Uhaul.

Shirley S20 foot truck I reserved was not ready, they could not find the key. Then I got the remaining one and the AC did not work. I also reserved the dolly and there was not one available.
