Kelly JThe self-check in is cumbersome. It took 40 minutes. The app does not work on an android phone. I had a great customer service rep who helped me through the entire process. Having the rep call 2 additional contacts was crazy and unnecessary. Return process easier but again app did not work. Would not recommend self-check in/out to anyone.
Kristi SI was charged for fuel even though I returned the tank full. I was charged a SafeTrip fee even though I did not select this when booking. I tried to upload a photo of the full fuel tank, but the app did not work. The truck had dirt inside from the snow and the storage area was not swept from the prior rental.
Gary SI had to clean about 4 inches of snow off the windshield and hood and the dolly we rented with the truck wasn't there. I was already running behind in my day and didn't need this added time of cleaning off the truck.

Jon GI arrived at 920, the building said that it opens at 930. People were waiting in the parking lot. I called and some guy said that they are not open, but could be there in a few minutes. He never showed. We called UHAUL and had a fantastic person help us over the phone. No one at this site explained anything to me! I was there until 1030. Never going back! I was charged 65 dollars it's a rip off.
ANN WDrop off was quick, efficient, and facility was clean. Did not like that the employee would not give me his name, so I had no accountability if there was an issue but thankfully there was not.
Hannah BThe U-Haul drop-off procedures were a nightmare.. It could not detect my phone’s location, even after following the instructions for allowing access to my phone’s location services. Attempted to “retry” several times with no luck. Since you HAVE to be AT the U-Haul drop-off location when using the online drop-off links, I had to dropbox the keys without checking in the truck and call the drop-off location on Monday to confirm everything was ok.
