MARY BThe Uhaul app is not user friendly. The locator on the app took many tries to get it to see I was in the right location. The photo portion took 10 tries before it accepted my picture. I called your 800 customer service number and they were of no help.

MARY BKevin was very friendly and helpful. Truck was in expected condition. There was an issue with the Uhaul check-in computer system, it took overly long time ( est. 30min) to check-in and the lost time was not pro-rated.
Per OWhen I filled out how many miles, and hours I would be using it it should have told me how much it was going to be. It told me $20 dollars and some cents for everything. Then after checkout $60 and they wanted gas put in it before it was sent back. These are things that need to be stated in advance. I wanted the u-haul at 5am, I didn’t get it til 5:45am. Lots of complications.

mark d6 x 12 trailer tongue weight is very high, consider adding tongue stand to trailer that adjusts height for connecting/ y connecting. Too heavy for a renter to return.

Sedric CI rented a 12 foot trailer. Very heavy to lift onto hitch. Do t know why there is no jack. At least at pickup they did it for me. However at my drop off there was no help. It was all I could do to lift it off the ball.
