Office space was a mess. Things piled up in the corners of the room, looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in months. The office manager was late.

KAYLA CVehicle was dirty and the gas was near empty. The vehicle was covered by snow and the back did not have snow swept out. The U-Haul employee informed me that the pickup had been stolen and that it was found deeply stuck in mud and was towed. In my view, the truck was not sufficiently checked out to determine if safe to rent. I found debris still stuck around the inside of the drivers side back wheel.

Kurt HI was changed for gas to top off the tank, which I had already done before returning the vehicle. Not happy.
Kari RRod was very accommodating while we were turning in our 26-foot truck, auto transport trailer, and appliance dolly. He made it easy for us to return our auto transport trailer early so that we could go about our task of unloading our truck.
Don CGREAT experience. Amazing customer service and friendly people. Best DOGS ever too. The only UHAUL thing that needs fixing is the contract/rate we sign up and pay for online somehow doesn't not translate to the locations. The rates were doubled, the insurances were doubled and not the correct ones we selected, etc. What is the point of online reservation and pay if have to complete all over again at different amounts.
David DWell, I was told to return the truck with half a tank of gas but not told how big the tank is and how many gallons constitutes a half tank. Had to guess and overshot it. No big deal. Truck was super and the location perfect for my needs. People working there were very kind.

Linda STo be honest, the dogs that were left inside continuously barked and banged on the door while I was simply trying to return my U-Haul. Other than that, it was an easy and great experience.

Having a 26' truck towing a trailer, I could only block the road as there was no place to park and noboday was at the location even though it was 4pm on a tuesday

William KFor starters this is not the location I chose for pick up. This location is not easy to get in and out of. The can of truck was filthy. The bumper on passenger side was falling off and the is front end issues with truck and transmission issues. I tried to call the number on the door of pick up location to no avail. Over all horrible experience with location and the truck
Faye WI was charged an extra $30 for 6 gallons of gas when the odometer was only 25 miles. I didn't use anywhere close to 6 gallons of gas and it was below the halfway mark when I picked it up. Kind of scammy if you ask me.

Ron JI’ve rented trucks/trailers from uhaul across the country over the last handful of years and I have to honestly say that the experience I had working with the gentleman that runs this location is hands down the best experience I’ve had.

Lori WThe Bruneel Tire location in Star Idaho rented the truck out from under me 10 minutes before I got there. They called me to check if I was still going to pick it up and I told them I was right around the corner. I showed up 10 minutes later and they had rented it to someone else! I had to drive 45 minutes out of my way to get another! Wish there were other rental trucks to choose from. They were sympathetic at the alternate location in Boise, but it should never happened the first place.
