I was inconvenience when I showed up to pick up the truck by them not having a dolly or furniture pads that I had requested in my rental. When I picked up the truck it only had a 1/4 so I had to get gas before ever starting. There was no compensation. They charged me a fuel charge of 44 dollars for the needle be barely under a quarter when I dropped off. So I ended up having to pay $157 dollars for a truck with no equipment….no person available to talk to in person had to file complaints about the equipment through online and phone services… I wouldn’t rent from them if you are smart

ajahri sDouglas West Emissions was great, however the POS truck was horrible. I hadn’t used uhaul since August 2014 and this experience confirmed why the alternative has become prime. With Penske the issues I experienced with uhual would have never been present.
