Bryan HWas done a day early was going to return it and he said he was closed and was only going to charge me for 1 day instead of 2 and didn't. Put gas back to where it was and he stated it was on 5/8 of a tank and charged me 25.00 for gas. So why put gas in if he charged me anyway.

Steven GUtility pads were not present 7.00 furniture dolly was not present 10.00 After hours fee was applied at the time of drop off but he said I could return unit early, and there’s a drop box for rental keys so this doesn’t make since 20.00 Extremely rude accused me of being on crack when I tried to return the unit (After being up for 24/ hours at this point trying to move this was very disrespectful and not to mention demeaning And was extremely short tempered when picking up the unit Made the whole experience very unpleasant and uncomfortable felt very threatened by his demeanor He misrepresented UHAUL and he shouldn't be a representative for them!
Dannita EPlace was very nice but out in the middle of no-where. Had to call a number to reach a representative who was at a doctors appt so had to drop off in an unattended lost and trust there would be no issues. I then drove 10 miles to my next destination and there was U Haul location there. Would have been nice to have more than 1 selection for drop off.
