When arrived at the place to pick up the cargo van, there a white lady with a spanish and heavy accent. She was so rude to me and start yeilling. I told her to check the van, she refuses and told that the van checked last night . She'a manager
Left exterior mirror was not stable and therefore was a safety issue in terms of monitoring traffic in the left lanes. Otherwise, vehicle worked fine.
When I went to pick up the UHaul the truck was not there. When I came back to pick up the truck I had to wait for 30 minutes for the cashier to return to help me. I was hours late moving and I had an elevator reservation. The cashier was friendly but it made the experience terrible. I would never rent a Uhaul at that location again.
I drove 14.8 miles and the establishment charged me for 40 miles. I reset the trip odometerswhen I drove out. Marie behind the counter, not the person that rented me the truck said I sho have checked the persons work when I left. No one told me that when I left. I think this is another scam to charge people more. Don't go here and be ripped off for 15 dollars...
Be more accurate on the mileage in the vehicle, so as to overcharge. Give information on the amount of money being held on the credit card before finalizing a transaction. And inspect the vehicle with the customer and mark any current damage appropriately instead of sending the customer to do it themselves.
Did not get the dolly I was charged for. Made moving difficult for the movers. I was at work and not able to make it back to the store. I was charged for late fee. The dolly would have made moving things much easier.
