The gentleman who helped us return the truck was very helpful.
karen hU-Haul had to move me to a different location at the last minute with a much much bigger truck than I reserved. The truck would have been too big to fit in the apartment parking lot. Thankfully the owner of the location I was moved too did a great to help get a smaller truck. He was awesome. I’ve rented from U-Haul many times and always have a bad experience. Uhaul always makes moving more stressful than it already is. I Can count on a last minute U-Haul mess like clockwork. Wish there were a viable competitor. PS the app is an unreliable.

Jack GFor the most part the vehicle was clean, the floor however had mud left on it and could have been from a previous renter. The vehicle was very sufficient for what we needed to use it for . The personnel were very nice and attentive to our needs. I would definitely use this location again.

Donald RThere was no cell service at the location so we had to drive up and down the street to complete the checkout process. There were also two pit bulls behind a fence that didn’t look like it was sufficient to contain them but they put the lockbox with the keys right next to the fence. I will not return to that location.

Sherri RThe equipment needs to be checked, I had to repair a tire on trailer due to a slow leak, and did not have good communication on drop off locations, was told one place and was called by another saying it was supposed to be dropped off at another. And I believe all U-Haul locations should help unhook trailers when people aren’t physically able to do it. Was a horrible experience all together.
JUDY JI was charged for driving 189 miles when I only drove less than 10 miles. Sunday night, after receiving an email of my receipt. I called the 1800 number and had to hold for 40 minutes before I could talk to anyone. I went back to the store Monday morning and Jeremiah at the front desk helped me figure out what the issue was. I'm still waiting to be refunded the money I was wrongfully charged for.

Yvonne WThe person in the lot that was "helping" to hook up the trailer was not helpful at all. After waiting for him to get out of his SUV, He was too busy with his phone to care about the proper hook-up. I had to ask him if he wanted to check the lights after I hooked everything up. I double-checked the lights myself because I didn't trust him. Usually the people here are extremely helpful but this guy was not.

ANGELA SI was supposed to pick up a uhaul trailer from the Shelton Avenue in Statesville. No one ever showed to open the store. Huge inconvenience. Thankfully the David Avenue location saved the day and had a ,smaller, trailer that was available. Katie was great and helped me out quickly and efficiently.
