This location was very close for us but the wifi was not good so the process took longer than expected. Water leaked into the truck from the rain the night before which got our boxes wet. The drop off process took longer than expected, the cashier was not familiar with the process and had to call the owner who had to speak to my husband and said a receipt would be emailed.
Kathryn BI dropped off at 8:30 am n they stated I didn’t drop off time was 11:56…. They lied… very disappointed!!!
Tracy BNot charge me an extra day charge after I dropped the truck off the day before and you check it in the following morning at 10 am .. I don’t even understand how I was charged for an extra day and the truck was there the whole time that is crazy

Nathaniel HThe online return service worked better than the check out process. I followed the instructions and everything seemed to go okay. The computers were down at the return location, but the staff informed me I could check it in myself, which saved me the time of having to wait for their computers.
Janice RI wasn’t able to get my Military discount because the clerk wasn’t able to locate it. I was assured that upon return I could get it, but because of a Friday drop off instead of a Saturday drop off no one was at the location. Is it still possible for me to receive my Military discount?
DAVE FPls, improve rental process
Suk JWhen I went to this location I was meant with unfriendly attendant who acted like we were inconveniencing him by picking up the truck. I also got the impression he was talking about me with the owner in an unflattering way. I will not rent from this location again. Very rude.
