Infinite PiperI’m very unhappy with my service. Yes the truck was clean and fine. But they forgot to give me my additional tools (the dolly) and I only had 4 hours to move that day and it was before the location opened. So if they didn’t give me what I requested, I was screwed. And that’s exactly what happened. They extended my time for the inconvenience, but that’s not what I needed. I was relying on them and they did not provide the service I needed.

Pratik MatkarTruck had no dollies as reserved and locations response was only sorry we don’t have any and none in the area. If items aren’t available I feel communication needs to be provided prior to pickup. They were unable to help with billing adjustments as well, I had to reach out to customer service to get my bill corrected for unavailable Dollies and unused mileage.

REINALDO CASTILLOI would like to take the chance to thank U-Haul team for the Great experience (my 1st time to use U-Haul) to move from Arizona to Texas (1000mile driving). I would highly recommend U-Haul to anyone planning to move either inter or intra state for the following reasons: 1/User-friendly and easy to use online application for registration & booking, 2/Organized process to contact you (in person not Automated message) to confirm next steps "Where to Collect" and "Where to Drop" in addition to text message, 3/Providing variety of tools/equipment for rent "covers, dollies, trollies, boxes, plastic wraps, locks..etc", 4/Friendly staff that are willing to help and explain details in different stores and over the phone, 5/Car is well-maintained (mechanical/electrical), clean and wheels(tires) were new [which is the most important and critical factor to judge the overall experience that you reached your destination safe without issues], 6/Ease-of-Use process to return the car back during the week after hours, 7/Choosing the right partners who are willing to help, where I collected and returned the car from U-Haul partners not U-Haul original Store, 8/Finally the price and mileage provided compared to the market competitors was the most affordable as long you can handle the loading and unloading (DIY). Normally, I don't write recommendation, but I totally appreciate and understand how it is important to support the customer, therefore, I was willing and happy to write the above recommendation with detailed explanation and reasons to thank U-Haul team and share the experience with future movers. Sherif AbdelhalimThe van was overall very good. The front right tire was under inflated when I picked it up. (35 instead of 53 psi.) so I had to air it up before I could get to my site. Otherwise, very fine.

I checked in online and then had to be re-checked in once I arrived, so I guess my online check in didn’t work or maybe the process was just different than i expected. I still got my vehicle in just a couple minutes and it was in great condition, and also served its purposes efficiently. Thank you!

Infinite PiperI never got my dolly When I called in on Jan 13 , I let an agent know . Come to find out they never noted my account & now you guys have $7 dollars of my money for a dolly I never even got to use
Aryelle CashawThe associate got frustrated because I extended my rental.. Her comment was I should have let her know ahead of time because she had someone wanting to rent the truck.. My reply was ok well I didn’t anticipate the move taking as long as did.. She could have offered the option upfront and everything could have been cool.. actually the is a way to upsale because most people moving a 2 bedroom themselves don’t know how long it takes to move.
Anthony Wagnercalled and asked if i could return my truck at a different location, gave her the exact location i wanted to drop it off at and she said that would be great, i show up to that location and they say they don’t receive 26 ft trucks only the other location does. she then told me not to worry, she will get it taken care of. then the next day i receive a phone call saying my rental was late when actually it was returned the day prior. as for the moving help hired, I booked Veterns Movers through yalls website 01/03/22 for the evening time. I made my reservation around 10:30 am. Around three pm i had not heard from the company and decided to reach out, i left a voicemail as well as sent an email, still never heard anything. i finally received a text message stating they were finishing up nearby and would be at my place between 6:30-730 pm. 7:30 pm rolls around and i can no longer wait due to my 6 month old baby, so we cancelled the reservation and told the company we had cancelled. after canceling he stated he could come back the next day for a discounted rate, we reached out the next day and he brought two men out to move our things out of a uhaul into our apartment. they damaged multiple items including our very expensive recliner, and tv and multiple decor items. after they were done, i gave them the payment code as instructed and they left. after their departure i am getting multiple messages from the company and movers about them wanting me to apple pay the movers myself. they have taken $134 out of my account and on top of that he wants me to send $68 to the movers. The movers are threatening me because they think i stole their money

Malik russellThe picture was not the correct location of the keys. We ordered a dolly and it wasn’t provided until we had to contact support and had to drive to the local store to pick it up. We were charged for an extra furniture dolly but there wasn’t one. It took over an hour before we were even able to get started on our move.
Tyler NorrisUhaul changed my reservation to a day sooner and changed the location. I go to the new location just to be told it's at another location. The Uhaul people told me no problem they can fix it by moving my reserve truck to where I'm at currently. That's when everything went sideways. They quote me a price that's more than double what I agreed to online and gave me a dumb look like I'm lying. The Uhaul is already a day sooner than expected and now I had no choice but to change my two day rental into a one day rental, Because of the bill being more than double to what was quoted me online. Then being told I have to bring the truck back to the same location. I told them I couldn't but I'll try. The Uhaul people warned me there will be additional charges if I don't bring it back. I wasn't able to bring it back and Instead dropped it off at my nearest location to my new place. I did the three step thing online that's when I noticed the mileage was never kept up to date, The last documented mileage count was 70,000 miles ago. I got a call from Uhaul nine days later saying they've been calling me all this time, I told them no this is the first, Then the lady over the phone told me I never turned it in and it's still in my possession this whole time. She claimed their is no record of me turning it in online and starts to quote me extra charges that are five times what I already paid. I feel taken advantage of and just financially bulled. I don't believe one bit they switched my reserve over more like they canceled it and typed up a new one.

N & M movers were terrible to try and get scheduled with and at one point they simply stopped responding. Uhaul was very helpful in processing a refund for the moving help. The movers are just doody heads.
