Great place to do business with!
RICK MEverything was easy and good, I'll be back when I need a trailer. The only annoying thing is the getting hounded for the insurance fee. I understand asking once. The local people were nice, and asked once. The scare tactics when I was checking in on my phone was annoying. The fact that the price dropped from $8 in store to $5 online makes it seem like a scam.

Robert BReconsider rates! The customer service and convenience was 10-out of 10 A++ customer service. However I think that a one way trip during the week for a 15’ truck for $140 plus putting $30 worth of fuel in it So -$140 +$30 = $170 For a 60 mile trip….$2.83 per mile??? Just a little much. All in all thank you for helping me with a last minute rental on the spot!!
BRENT SThe employees at the U-Haul location in Wayland are also a bit ... unfriendly. My original call to pick up trailer there was a bit unhelpful. The owner was short in answering questions I had. He acted like I was bothering him. With my experience of doing business there for 13+ years -- not super friendly. The two owners (mom and son) are a bit unapproachable and have many rude comments to customers. They just are not friendly individuals. A few of my friends have said the same thing so it is not my imagination. Maybe a bit if a "superior" attitude. I would recommend using them but I think they need to work on their customer service skills in friendliness.

Autumn KRoll up door was very difficult to operate. Steering was very loose and truck wandered excessively. I put 45 miles on the truck and put 6 gallons of fuel in it. I was charged an additional $8 for 2 gallons of fuel. This means that this truck only gets 5 1/2 mpg!!! Something doesn't seem quiet right.

Brian KThis truck was a train wreck as far as ride. The vehicle has 96,000 miles on it and does not appear to have any suspension left. I brought this up to the dealer and was told that is uhaul’s problem not ours. The vehicle needs serious suspension work completed. Moving is hard enough but when the truck drives like a homemade go cart it makes it miserable. Never again

James JSome of the packing blankets we received were disgusting. One smelled like cat pee so bad in almost threw up. Others had dead bugs all over them. Not the biggest issue in the world, but I could tell that they we're never looked over/inspected much less cleaned.
Adam BThey are trying to charge me for a truck that I reserved&was for someone else&it was put in his name&he signed for it bit charged me app$45 dollars on mu card&saying I owe $101.00 when they were supposed to get Ken sinkler who rented it card info.not mine&I wouldn't recommend the stare to anybody &I worked for a local uhaul dealer foe 10-11yrs&would have never dis a transaction Like that
