The headlight were fogged over so, driving at night was impossible, the truck had a difficult time starting, the defroster only worked part of the time and the driver's side wiper was not making contact with the windshield. It was horrible experince! Will never use them again! When advised of these issues at the drop off, it was ignored.
The equipment worked, the lady that processed the order was rather rude and had no apparent customer service skills. There was no pleasantries, good afternoon, or even saying thank you after spending a fair amount of money. The only thing she made clear was were to sign, and stressed a few times to bring the vehicle back with gas.
This was the same for the pick up and drop off. I have used U Haul in the past, and got great customer service. However, the people at this location were rude, and acted like they were doing me a favor by allowing me to rent equipment.
I would strongly recommend appropriate coaching of this site, and help them understand what basic customer service is.
well I have never rented a uhaul before this one, the day I picked it up the kid didn't know what he was doing, and brought us out back to get the truck, made my wife and I search for the trailer, and then 15 minutes later brought us out the wrong truck. we waited about another 15 minutes and finally got us the right truck, I also requested that the truck and trailer be hooked up upon pick up, then I was told that he couldn't hook up the trailer and then I had to do it, not at all happy with my experience at this location!
The person that helped us was very nice. He showed great customer service. The inside of the office could be a bit more tidy but overall, the rental went very smooth and was quick & easy. Thanks.

there was a mixup on were I could pick up the equipment, it set me back by about 3 hours, I was moving from Texas to Arizona. It got resolved and I was finally on the road.
Web site and CSR stated site was 24 hr drop .. There was no drop box for keys, no directions for after hours drop off , better lighting in the lot
I dropped the truck and tow dolly on Dec 15, there wasn't a drop box for the key and paper work. But all in all it was ok, I dropped the key off the next day and the man there was kind and told me he would take care of it.
The people were businesslike, but not very friendly. No smiles.
From start to finish, everyone was professional and performed their tasks as i would expect. Great job! I will rent from U-Haul again.

the guy who help us was very friendly and helpful and answer our questions that we had :-) I would go back again if I ever need a uhaul :-)
Bill and Terry were friendly and very accommodating.
I returned the truck after hours and checked the mileage before I turned off the truck....I drove the truck 11.5 miles total....I get my receipt and it says 30 miles...call this place and they say that is what the truck has as mileage but they are looking at the wrong truck. He told me the mileage out and it wasn't what I signed...this place is a joke and shaddy...I will never recommend U-Haul and I'm in the process right now of posting it on twitter facebook and my internal HR site at DELL who will then post it on our internal site for all co-workers. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had...The girl when I rented the truck I think gave me the wrong truck and that is why everything is all mixed up but after 30 minutes of her not finding my contract I didn't bother saying anything. I knew I should've taken pictures of the mileage because I could tell this place was shaddy and going to try to screw me.
Hook-up and pull out locations had very little maneuvering room. Could relocate the parking of some of the equipment to improve this problem.
