The individual did not have the knowledge on U-Haul rentals. I downloaded the app, pulled up the reservation, uploaded my DL, then she wanted to know what trailer I was taken. She did not hookup the trailer, take any pictures, and did not have the safety pin. I had to get a couple random people to help me pickup the trailer and one person we followed to his business to get a pin. She did not take my credit card information . They did not have the supplies I requested. NOTE: The supplies arrived at my house after my trip when I no longer needed them.
ROY SThis was not my preferred location. It was 30 minutes north. There was one person there who was cooking breakfast for customers and had no idea about equipment. She couldn't help me with the missing dolly or blankets I had rented that were not in the vehicle. I grabbed blankets on my own from behind the counter and had to leave without the dolly. I had stressed repeatedly that I needed a dolly on the phone with uHaul representative the day before when I learned the location changed. I was moving a piano and had to have a dolly. There was no dolly. I was in a terrible bind and ended up have to purchase 2 dollies from Home Depot to move the piano. I won't rent from uHaul again.
