The hitch was very worn out and made a horrible noise. The tires were very suspect as well. We made it the 600 miles, so overall it was an okay experience.

We just moved 2000 miles. When we arrived in our new town, we were unable to move directly into our new home as planned.
Uhaul worked with us, let us keep the truck for an extra 3 weeks with a reasonable fee, so we did not have to unload and load up again.
The truck we were given was in excellent condition. Very modern.
All employees were helpful.

The delivery location was vey good to work with. When I rented from originating location I explained 6 days was not going to cover the time needed and they said pay the daily rate for overage days at delivery point, that was not a problem however I was charged the one way fee for the overage days and I had already paid the one way fee when I picked up at originating location.

Place is a total scam, charged me for an extra day because they close at 2pm and we got there at 2:30pm.. pressured into buying extra insurance and then the help from U-Haul was a waste of time.. I’ll never rent from U-Haul again for me or my businesses
