My reservation was for 4.45 when I arrived no one was there. I arrived at 4.30. There was a sign to be back in 30 minutes but no time on when the sign was put up. I waited until 4.55 and still no one has shown up. I called Uhaul who got in touch with them and I was then informed that everyone had left early and if I still needed the trailer they could be there in 45 min!! I needed the trailer and no other locations had a car hauler so I had to wait and they finally showed up at 5.50. I missed my 5 year old son's first baseball game of the season. They never said sorry for the inconvenience when they arrived either...it was all just very unprofessional.

Person I called from U-Haul could not help me with refunding the difference

David SI dropped off the truck two days early on Thursday afternoon. It was not due back until Saturday. The person at DLane that I spoke with at the time seemed helpful, However, I am sorry to say that by Saturday I was concerned that I had not received notice that the truck was checked back in. I was unable to contact DLane Auto Sales by phone, so I phoned Raine Booker in Kentucky where I rented the truck. She reassured me that she would look into it and that I would not be charged for the extra time. I eventually received an email notice on Tuesday morning that the truck had been returned.
Gwendolyn MTraining they over charged me & on top of that it took the women over an hour to get my trailer released to me & hitched a random customer had to help. I even return the equipment a hour before my scheduled drop off & they charged me for 3 days instead of one I’ll never rent there again
