The phone number for this location had been disconnected and was no longer in service. I returned the trailer a day early and even at 11 am there was no one present at the facility and no way to contact anyone.

Barry GThe pick up location is not set up as a 24 hour location. Still had to go inside and wait while he looked over paperwork to make sure everything was done after fighting with the online portal for about 20 minutes to get verified. Did not have blankets that we had reserved and paid for and all we got was “sorry”. Went back after picking up truck to also rent an appliance dolly and the location had closed almost an hour and a half early with no note on the door. Attempted to make contact with store prior to making the drive out and the number listed on the uhaul website is out of order and not accepting phone calls. Overall very poor experience and made the beginning of our move very bitter. The uhaul truck that held all of our personal belongings also leaked when raining and some belongings are potentially ruined. Waiting on them to air dry and see if the rust. 0/10 experience.
