The van I Rented was great. Inexpensive, clean, and convenient. When I returned the van, it was after office hours. But they was a gentleman who works for the office that was just leaving and he stayed about one hour to hour and half, just to help me close out the rental online properly. He explained exactly what I needed to do. Tale Take pictures, he even helped me with wifi at one point because I lost connection. About and beyond stellar service and I'm greatly appreciated his assistance. Thank you

After reviewing my receipts from my past rentals, I noticed that the U-Haul dealer in Miami Beach charge me $89 for my rental of a van which supposed to be 19.95. Customer Service was able to reverse the charges and provided me a reference number. In the other hand, U-Haul needs to do a better job on training those individual at this location on customer service skills. As a business owner for over 24 years and a high volume rental customer with U-Haul, customer service has to be our top priority. The day of the rental when my employee was picking up the vehicle, when asked to speak to the uhaul individual he replied"I don't want to talk him" Next time I will have my employee drive a little bit further to rent a vehicle from another location. Fabrizio CI rent only one day (from 10.30 am to 7.30 pm). They charged me 3 days.
Lucas VPersonnel at the location was not trained at all and had not access to the system, Luckily, I could rent the unit talking with traffic department over the phone...
