Skip right over this facility and go elsewhere. Save yourself the trouble and the attitude. First, this is NOT a typical uhaul pick up or drop off. This is a business run (poorly) out of two other businesses. The person who “handles uhaul” was not there for our pick up time, and copped a major attitude that she had to come back from her errand and “deal with customers”. So that was a joy. Then they did not want to add my husband as a driver.. they put right refused to do it because she didn’t feel like adjusting the paperwork she already put through WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION. Then proceeded to try and tell me that he did not need to be added on, and he would be covered by the additional insurance I purchased. The corporate rep I got ahold of confirmed that was a LIE. The employee also FORGED MY SIGNATURE on the rental agreement, inspection, insurance paperwork, and anything else that required a signature. I received copies of documents via email that were not only not correct and had the wrong driver listed, but they contained signatures that weren’t mine. Had we had an issue, uhaul would have opened themselves up for a major lawsuit. Go elsewhere.. where they don’t lie because they’re lazy and they don’t forge your signature on paperwork. Oh! And if you’re reading this, corporate is looking into your poor business practices as well as the forgery you committed. I genuinely hope they revoke your contract with them, because you’re a major liability.
