Truck was dirty. The cab filled with gas fumes when I was driving it so I had to have both windows down all the time.

Actually call the person renting the truck to tell them that the equipment they also rented wasn’t available especially if we get charged and it’s not there prior to the pick up time. This added an extra 40 miles you will compensate me for and an additional hour to find other ones. This pickup location looks like a hillbilly dump and smelled like maggots. Should be shut down.

When I arrived to check in, I was told that I had canceled my reservation. Supposedly the site manager had called me, and I told him I didn't have a reservation. Not true. You would think a person would be more careful to confirm he's talking with who he thinks he's talking with.

The managers are great people. The facility is clean and very secure. For only 60 a month you can't beat it. They even came to my house and picked up bags and took them and helped me unload my stuff... Im happy to be back in a home and no longer need the storage but i will miss Gillian and Eddie. You guys are doing a great job...

I was charged for fuel even though I refuel to the exact amount that was in there when I received the truck. Not happy about that, but other than that I would use this location again. Only to make sure and photograph at pick up and return and fuel receipt.

This is a very small UHaul location that is also a storage facility vs a dedicated UHaul location. Easy to get to and staff was very nice and helpful. Check in process was quick and easy.

Well the man who got all papers done was very nice but some how our papers were all messed up and charged us way more then what we was suppose to be charged and one paper said 2 days allowed with u haul but then other papers we got after we drop off u haul said allowed only 1 day . So anyways somehow everything was jacked up and trying to get it fixed

I was overcharged $6.42 because the system calculated the allowed mileage incorrectly. The people at drop off tried to correct it but couldn’t Due to the computer system, even though my paperwork clearly showed I was under mileage allowance

The lady was rude about dropping off the truck. She said they have a small location and didn’t need more. She also told me she made phone calls to higher ups cause I was not supposed to get a discount for dropping it there. This has nothing to do with me and why was she telling me that. It was a company discount. Also I called ahead and she informed me they wouldn’t be open until 9am. She acted as though I was bothering her??? Will not rent anything for this location or send friends there.

extremely poor service this trailer was rented under my name Dondee Brown gentleman by the name of Brandon Lewis that rental should have never happened in somebody else's name if this location was doing their job they would have seen that it was under somebody else's name I got nothing back from Uhaul about all this happening like it was no big deal and that is really poor service if you ask me . I was charged an additional $25 for cleaning fee event though I swept out the cab and box. They said this is automatic fee; however, it is not in the contract. I believe this was incorrect and should be reversed. The truck was cleaner when i returned it than when I picked it up. If I had known about this I would have returned truck with all my trash and saved my time.

Eddie and Gillian were very good . I was able to drop off and complete my transaction in less than 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend this location.

The 24/7 pick up and drop off through the app was terrible. Had to wait an hour to be verified for pick up, then another hour for drop off because the site kept crashing.

The staff is excellent, I read current reviews from others stating that you can't move in to the storage units after 6pm well I’m here to tell you that is not true. The gate hours are from 6am to 9pm so you can move in anytime between those hours , they are under new management and the couple that is managing is always willing to help.

Manager was awful. Cant move stuff in after 6pm nor til after 9am. the rental truk had to be returned before 10am. He caused us alot of problems. We had to cancel the entire move bcause of the problem

I’m a bit disappointed that UHaul either didn’t or have or lacked an intuitive map experience for selecting a location. I thought I had rented my uhaul from a location much closer nearby but didn’t realize it was 6 miles completely out of the way. Though I should have researched the location first, and the individual who helped me was friendly and got me on my way quickly, I would’ve preferred saving those 12 additional miles I could’ve easily seen from a friendly UX map.
