Didn’t catch the name of the lady that helped me but she was great!
Scott REverything was fine except the truck I had needed the brakes checked. When it was loaded, it almost didn't stop in time at a signal. I started breaking way before the light. Otherwise, everything was fine.
Ronald MThis was by far the worst experience I’ve had a a truck rental place. The guy at the counter was extremely slow and seemed like he didn’t know what he was doing. He inputted my name and my phone number incorrectly. The truck itself was horrible smelling of smoke. When I returned the truck I couldn’t use the after hours turn in on the app because of the mistakes on my name and phone number. I ended up calling the help line and the woman on the phone was delightful, knowledgeable and helpful. If not for her, the entire experience would have been horrible. I will not be using this location again in the future.
jessica bTheir printer ran out of ink, so I had to have everything (multiple) emails sent to me and some things in those emails made it hard to find.

Wadeedah EI have never had to rent a U-Haul before. Was a bit nervous, but Jessica at the Crescent City, CA U-Haul office was excellent. She was kind, courteous, always had a smile on her face, knowledgeable and went out of her to accommodate my needs. She made my experience pleasurable and easy. The truck I rented was clean, everything working probably, up front and ready to go when I got there. Most definitely will return should I need a truck again and will most definitely be recommending U-Hual in Crescent City, CA to my friends and family. Thank you again...

Pauli DEverything was very good even the guy at Brookings Or. Uhaul . Up until the very last it seems we tightened the straps with the ratchet system and could not release the tension .After many attempts to pull the handle or maneuver the loaded car to lessen the tension...I cut the straps at one end( I know some will complain ...BUT) . THE ACTUAL HAULING part went better than expected and everything and everybody was safe. And for those that may not know....its much quieter when the car is loaded! I did have the insurance and that helped . The Crescent City ca UHaul person was very polite as well even though I told him I cut the straps. Thank you to both Uhaul stations and I would rent again. ANY TIPS on how to UNSTICK or learn from this mistake?? THANKS!

They were very understanding and willing to work with you when it came to dropping off the vehicle locally instead of taking 2hours away and wasting 4hours of my day. It was such a relief to be able to drop it off 2mins away from my house instead of 2hours especially after a long move.
