DANA KThe app was a little quirky checking in and upon return (wasn’t able to save photos or process pickup without calling rep). Dropping off keys shows a drop box. I didn’t see a drop box at this location. Therefore I placed the keys in the pickup box and locked it. Otherwise the experience was good overall. Easy to use remotely and worked with my schedule.
Larry ETruck was clean. The check engine light was on, the brakes were in need of replacing (brake noise), exhaust was a little loud.

The truck was clean when I picked it up and operated perfectly with no mechanical issues. I would definitely rent again at this location and would recommend this this U-Haul location to anyone who needs a truck or trailer.

ANNA KThe truck was clean but it smelled terrible, like antifreeze. The head lights were dim, which made driving at night very difficult. The door to the back was hard to close. The customer service at this location was excellent and they were extremely helpful.

DOUG RIt would be nice if the trailer came with a jack stand. I couldn't disconnect the trailer from my jeep Cherokee & I arrived home late at night & had a dentist appointment the following morning. I couldn't unload the furniture from the trailer myself so had to borrow a car from the neighbor. Teach your employees to cross the chains when hooking up the trailers. In California you can get a ticket if the chains aren't crossed.

Jim BThe mobile check-in process with the app is a little cumbersome. I understand why you need all the things you do but having to get alternate people or a passport or other things to be able to get your rental was a little time consuming.
