Truck had no nighttime running lights. Could not depart at night as intended. Serious electrical short in truck. When headlights turned on, there would be no turn signals,brake or running lights.

there should be some none smoking vehicle, and when a vehicle is returned it should be checked out properly for cleanliness and gas. twice i rented from this location and had to replace gas for other users

Great location, across the street from some of the cheapest gas in the area, and close to HWY 95. Great customer service and very friendly attendants. Will certainly rent from them again. I dislike U haul's rental strategy with no "unlimited' daily rates on their trucks. It is a major drawback.

Service and equipment were great, one recommendation, offer non-smoking vehicles. The vehicle assigned smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. I went to the store to purchase Lysol spray to spray the vehicle down, several times, before I was able to sit in it for any amount of time and drive. Otherwise, a favorable experience.

The organization of the location was messy. There were papers scattered everywhere with no rhyme or reason to the order. Then the person that initially started helping me called a coworker to the floor because a family member came in. This doesn't look well to customers if the employee is willing to drop what they are doing because their family member is more important. In my opinion, the family member could have waited patiently while the employee finished with their "sale". The next employee was much more helpful and sounded like she knew the procedures well.

No recommendations for improvement because the experience was so positive. Reserving the truck on the web site was a breeze. The reservation was easily found and acknowledged by the staff when I arrived to pick it up. There were few, but not an excessive amount of papers to sign and I was on my way. Checking it back in was equally easy and trouble free. Well done! Here's a suggestion. I needed a local rental and I knew it would be a few hours. In actuality I used it for about 2 1/2. I think 6 hours was the minimum rental time afforded me on the web site. I guess a 3 or 4 hour option (or hourly options) might be helpful, maybe more affordable for the customers or maybe a pain in the neck for everyone. Suffice it to say, my experience was positive and I'll rent again when I need a truck. Thanks!

I picked up a truck to remove the last few boxes of household goods to Springfield, because my storage space in Stafford was full. I was told that I couldn't rent a box truck, but had to rent a larger truck to transport up to Springfield, which cost me $100.10, and that was for a one way trip. The location to drop the truck off wasn't disclosed to me, so at 2:30 in the morning I was looking on my phone's GPS for a UHAUL drop off point. This was not a pleasant experience with UHaul because of cost and being put out. Because looking for the location cost me extra gas and fraustration. Marion Washington
